I am currently in the process of completing my Doula Certification with DONA International! Combining my long skills in Acupressure, I am looking to serve women of the East Bay with Birth Support Services that a doula can provide.

History

Established in 2004.

Acupressure is an ancient healing art utilizing finger pressure to aid in rejuvenating the body, balancing mind and the spirit.

My focus is on helping you manage stress and pain. Whether it be from an illness or life experiences, I am here to support you in your journey toward relaxation, rejuvenation and wellness — mind, body and spirit. We will work together achieving your personal goals for well-​being and vibrant health.

Your specialized session will nurture you and provide support, essential to your body’s natural healing abilities. You will leave your session with personalized self-​help acupressure points, as needed, for your specific health needs.

As a holistic practitioner and educator, my goal is to work in concert with your personal goals for your healing experience. As part of your wellness team I will strive to honor and respect your body’s wisdom for healing. As well as working with you, to provide practical tools to aid in your journey toward vibrant health. Whether coping with a major illness or managing stress in your life, I believe it important to use and provide all the tools at hand to enhance your life experience.

My journey to become a birth doula, was born out of my experience with being labor support for two close friend as well as my on going training and insight into the importance of women and there partners having support, encouragement and nurturing during labor.
