Had a great overall experience here with Audra. She made things very easy for me when customizing my sofa. She was friendly and had wonderful knowledge of the product. I was able to pick a style, make the sofa down, and even made it deeper so it’s extra comfy. The fabric also looks great! She was wonderful and really knows her stuff. Kudos to her and the sofa shop!

I purchased a sectional two years ago from The Sofa Shop and it worked out great! However, I am a shopper and I needed a new sofa and after visiting several other stores no one could beat the price, quality and service of The Sofa Shop. I was able to order my custom made sofa to my specifications, without having to pay outrageous prices. I must admit I always have fun with the staff and I appreciate all their help and expertise. I’ve bought a Sofa from the first store they opened called Comforts of Home… awesome service! Quality (I mean quality!!) furnishings. I worked with Audra and Kerrie and couldn’t be happier as we are in the middle of furnishing our new Dental Office. So many options with fabrics and dimensions. The employees at The Sofa Shop couldn’t have been more patient with helping us put together our waiting room. I can’t wait to share pics! Finding a Sofa can be a hard process, time consuming and only to come up short with finding one that’s too soft, too hard, bad design, cheap material, wrong arms, too low too high. you get the picture. It was becoming frustrating and not very promising especially since we need by Christmas.
We simply wanted a quality made sofa with nice contemporary design and reasonable price. All three were met.
The icing on the cake was hearing there delivery time.
Needless to say, my husband and I were overjoyed that we found exactly what we had envisioned.
The experience was a joy!

We really enjoyed our shopping experience at The Sofa Shop in San Juan Cap — Fabiola was extremely gracious and helped us through the whole process of choosing the right fabric, color and firmness of our new couch. The couch arrived in a timely manner, actually ahead of time, and was delivered promptly and professionally. After looking for months, we were finally able to get our sofa exactly the size, shape, color and fabric that we wanted at the Sofa Shop. Fabiola was extremely helpful and patient through the decision process and we never felt pressured to make a decision before we were ready. AND we got our beautiful safa in just three weeks, it fits perfectly and we love it. Oh, we also bought a fabulous rocking, swivel chair that we love too!

i purchased a large custom made sofa and ottoman from Marilyn and Fabiola last year. They worked with me to carefully and thoughtfully design the perfect pieces for my family/​family room. The cost was reasonable, especially given the spectacular quality of the items. I now needed other furniture items, beyond just a sofa. I had very frustrating experiences with other local furniture stores; the low quality of furniture, lack of interested sales help and overpricing of pieces all combined to stop me from purchasing. I turned to the girls at The Sofa Shop explaining my plight. They pulled out books and together we went room by room and chose the right pieces. They both offered excellent design ideas with absolute enthusiasm. I left the store knowing I (we) had made great decisions. I would never have had the creative ideas to pull together the looks that both Fabby and Marilyn achieved. The combination of high quality furniture, reasonable prices and design input from an interested AND talented design team is truly unique and INCREDIBLE!
