The experience we had with Ryan Broughton was amazing. He is very good at what he does. He listens and honestly has his customers best interest at heart. It’s not about just trying to make a money, he is compassionate and also protective of his customers. He is honest, sincere, and hardworking. He is extremely knowledgeable and any questions or concerns we had he was able to explain with ease. He makes sure you understand the steps and what exactly is going on. After our experience with him we would not use any other loan officer.

Ryan has helped me on several transactions all of which have closed on time or ahead of schedule. I know tons of lenders but only recommend one and it’s Ryan. He gets the job done: is helpful, resourceful and proactive. Time and again I’ve seen him achieve results for my buyers that were unmatched anywhere else. Don’t write your offer without him.

We would recommend Ryan and team to anyone. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable and fast! We went to Ryan for our home purchase and our refi. We were very confident in our decision both times.

This is the only mortgage broker that you need. Do not waste your time with any other mortgage broker. Ryan and his team came in the last minute and made the loan in 10 days saving my deal, while two other mortgage brokers were still crunching numbers. Ryan made it happen.

I had a great experience with Ryan at Pinnacle Mortgage from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about the tradeoffs of various loan options, rates, and fees as well as more technical aspects that greatly impacted my bottom line.
Before finding Ryan through Lending Tree, I was turned down for a mortgage by Wells Fargo and Bank of America because they would not count my rental property income as income since I have only had renters less than a year. Ryan didn’t waver when I told him this and instead met immediately with an underwriter to find out exactly how we could document my rental income properly to qualify it as income and get the mortgage terms I sought. His dedication to earning my business was tremendously obvious even from our first conversation.
I should mention that although Pinnacle Mortgage came up as one of the options at Lending Tree, they were not the first to call me. Two other companies inquired first and I was starting to despair because they were unable to understand the type of loan documentation I was going to need. So I called Pinnacle on a whim and got Ryan. I am sure glad I did! It turned out that the real estate agent I had chosen to work with was also familiar with Pinnacle and was glad I had chosen them. That’s a good sign!
Throughout the entire process of searching for a home and then getting into escrow, Ryan was always checking in with me and on hand to answer questions quickly. His timely and consistent feedback when I had questions during closing was also top notch. I have really nothing negative to say about his service as a loan officer. I tip my hat to the entire team at Pinnacle, including the loan processor Jennifer Mikels. From what I can tell, they have a 5-​star operation at Pinnacle. I would definitely choose them again if I need to refi or purchase again down the road.

A fantastic mortgage banker at a great firm! I just used Ryan and Pinnacle for a mortgage on my new house. He and his firm were fantastic, and I will definitely use them in the future. I’ve closed several mortgages with other companies, but the process has never run so smoothly and painlessly. Ryan was extremely proactive and easy to work with. He always kept me abreast of my loan status and next steps, and he was able to anticipate what question the underwriters would have on my application so that we could answer them in advance and avoid processing delays. Most importantly, Ryan is exceptionally knowledgeable about the full range of loan products available and he was quickly able to zero in on the ones that were the most appropriate for my situation. In fact, he was able to get me qualified for a unique loan program that no other mortgage broker had ever offered me, and that program ended up saving me 0.5% on my interest rate! That kind of result is what matters most, and that’s why I can’t recommend Ryan and Pinnacle enough. Use them, and you won’t be disappointed!
