As planning for retirement we wanted to refinance our home to have a payment that we would be able to handle and still enjoy life. We had refinanced before and we were not looking forward to it. But to our surprise it went smooth and I owe that all to Tommy Osborne. Tommy was amazing and asked for the information the first time and not the usually now we need this and that.

Let me start by saying Jeff Wade has pretty much performed a miracle. My credit had a couple blemishes and we were lacking for a down payment. Between these two things my fiancé and I had all but given up on buying a house after trying for the last three years. I met Jeff on a ride home one evening and our prayers were answered. I don’t think the word «can’t» is in Jeff’s vocabulary. He is very outside the box in his approach to challenging situations and hits them head on. He is the most optimistic person I know and he delivers. We are on the doorsteps of closing on our first home and I definitely know we wouldn’t have been able to do it without Jeff’s help in repairing our credit and being creative with the loan.
In addition to being a miracle worker Jeff is very attentive. I was really blown away how often he called and updated me on the process. He took time to explain everything in detail so I was very knowledgeable about what was going on. This is completely different than any other experience I’ve had. The other lenders I’ve dealt with are hard to get hold of, vague, and not very willing to work to find a solution to my unique situation.
I would give Jeff 10 stars if it was an option but because it’s not, I will put the other five stars here *****

I would like to share my wonderful experience with Paul Lemerise. He helped me and my husband refinance our home in a very quick and painless way. There were no gimmicks; he took his time with explaining any details of the loan, and even took our calls on the weekends. We were traveling out of state during the weekend so he had the notary come to us at the hotel to sign all the papers.

I highly recommend Scott Hemp of Ladera Lending. Unlike my bank and other lenders, Scott offered reasonable rates upfront without the need for protracted negotiations. Scott was responsive and communicated professionally with no annoying sales-​pitch. The loan closed timely with no hidden fees.

We had no idea what to expect when refinancing our house. As such, we were hesitant about making such a major decision. We also knew the difficulty we would likely face, as we were not the best candidates for a refi. (Less than stellar credit.) Luckily, we had the fortune and pleasure of working with Larry Moogashian. This review is for Chris Coble. I just finished my second refinance with Chris and Ladera Lending. Both times everything went smooth and as promised. From the very beginning Chris was very honest with me which I really appreciated since i had almost gone through with a really bad refi just before with another company that would have added $ 11k to my loan with no cash out!!! Shout out to Brock Amos for absolutely crushing it when it came to our home loan. We got an obscene amount of pushback for wanting to use a non-​local lender (we are in Northern California), but I stuck to my guns and said I was going with Brock or no deal. Right out the gate, everyone understood why I wanted to go with this tenacious lending wizard. Brock had everything ready to go within 5 days, communicated to everyone through out the whole process and pretty much made everyone know what time it was. Can’t recommend this guy enough!!!

Scott Hemp is my lending broker with Ladera Lending. He has helped me with a couple of refis in the past and always gets the job done. When I was going through a divorce, I needed to remove my spouse from the loan so a refi was needed. It was a very stressful time in my life and I was very concerned about qualifying for the loan, etc. Luckily, Scott and his crew walked me through the process and made it a very easy transaction. Another great example of the dedication Scott possesses is when I first purchased my home. I found a house I wanted to purchase with my real estate agent on a Sunday. Larry is exceptional! I helped my parents with their first mortgage refinance and I’m glad Larry was the loan officer who helped us. Larry was extremely helpful and very reliable. Whenever needed, he was always there to assist and explain the whole process throughly. He’s very accountable and always updated me with what was going on.
Although refinancing a mortgage is very stressful, I never felt that way due to the hard work and effort Larry put into our file, and our file wasn’t the easiest to complete.
My parents and I are extremely happy that we closed the deal with Ladera Lending, Inc. And we would like to thank Larry for all of his hard work and time he spent making this happen for us.

I just want to say how helpful and informative Paulina Maleszewski was during our mortgage process. She definitely made it as stress less as possible and was always available to answer any questions we had no matter how small.

I am writing this review of Loan Officer Brian Brown.
I used Brian when my wife and I purchased our home in northern CA. He is easily one of the most knowledgeable and skilled loan officers I have ever dealt with. The biggest thing that sticks out is that he is ALWAYS available. I have dealt with loan officers in the past that «just stepped out» or don’t return your calls and nothing is more annoying when you have a question or want to know the progress of your loan. I have found that Brian is easy to get ahold of and returns my calls faster than expected.
I also know that Brian was able to get me THE BEST rate available. I compared his rates to several other banks and two credit unions and he beat them hands down. I have referred five of my friends and two of my bosses to him and he has consistently performed as promised. As you know, you would never take a chance referring your boss to someone that you didn’t have full confidence in.
One of my friends I referred to him was hesitant to call because he wasn’t ready to get a loan just yet. I told him to call anyways and ask him questions about what he needed to do in preparation of getting a loan. Brian talked to him for almost 30 minutes, knowing he wasn’t going to be doing a loan for him, but just to give him the information he needed. Impressive.
In all fairness, he does seem to ask for more documentation than other loan officers have in the past, but I believe that is because he wants to make sure he has all his «ducks in a row» and can put out any potential fires before they begin. I’ll gladly spend an extra 30 minutes gathering docs he needs to save THOUSANDS or TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars over the life of my loan.
If I can add one more reason on why you should use this specific loan officer — NO SURPISE CHARGES at doc signing.
He’s doing my refi now. Give him a call, you won’t be disappointed.

I was referred to Shawn Moore by my best friend who had purchased her home a few years ago. Shawn has been my contact from day one. He’s been a great help and very patient with my many questions. I’m a new home owner so the refinancing process can be overwhelming.
When the interest rates went down by approx. 0.2%, he reached out to me to let me know that, part of his business, was to refinance for free when it’s gone beyond 0.15% or 0.2% (I can’t remember which number it is.)
I’ve been out of the country for a month and he was able to hold the lower rate for me. I’m very grateful to him and his company. I don’t know another company that would lead me by my hand through everything.

Ladera stuck with me and my brother in the process of looking, pitching bids, and finally buying our dream home. Specifically Toby Rodriguez, he made sure we were signing and sending our papers everyday of the week. You wouldn’t believe how confusing everything can get.

When rates dropped into the high 3.0% range I refinanced my home with Brian Brown. I was super pleased with the result.
Brian and his team were able to get me an even better rate than he originally anticipated (3.375) saving me more than $ 400 per month. He always answered my calls promptly and he streamlined the whole process. I especially liked how he was always brutally honest about every concern I had.
