Dentist Riberos form RW Implant Center charged me 2500 dollars for a dental job, he never did. Charged me using my dental insurance and my Carecredit. To my dental insurance he charged the maximum amount of my coverage 1500 dollars and to my Carecredit he charged 2500 dollars. Dr. Riberos never completed the job nor place did any dental job and never placed the dental crown. I decided that i won’t continue with the dental restoration when he broke the dental bridge i used to had because in the process he broke another frontal year old crown. Because he brutally damaged the frontal crown, i called him and said i don’t want to any restoration or dental treatment. His pushy secretary told me to come to the office to talk about, and they needed to see what he broke. So i did, I went there showed them and he immediately started polishing the shattered crown and made it worse. The shattered crown looked like a onion that is peeling off, and he though it would seem better if he polishing off with his tools, but it made it worst. He offered me another dental package adding more than 5000 more to the previous 2500 dollars, and asked me to sign the pre-​estimate. Riberos took unnecessary amount of pictures x-​rays in order to play his scam later on. Riberos threaten me by approached his face really close to mine and started screaming at me. He said accident happened. He also started insulting me, and insulting my new dentist from Smilewave calling him «chino» a very rude racist word to referred to an asian man. he said he went to the ChIno, in Spanish. Later refuse to refund the money he already took from my Carecredit knowing that i will never return. I complained to different organization such as Dental Board of California, BBB, Carecredit, Synchronocity Bank etc. But all he does is lied left, and right. Now he is lying to my Delta Dental insurance from Cigna, that he wasn’t aware of if, and that i waited 2 years to complaint, one more of his lies because i have been complaining constantly through out this two years. Riberos secretary/​front desk administrative also are very unrespecful calling saying one time that now i am ready to pose on playboy when i asked her about the quality of the crowns that it was going to be place in the future. The crown was never placed nor i have never received any dental treatment for those two crowns, but i still have the charges of the 2500 dollars that CareCredit are still charging me. I paid off my CareCredit, but i won’t paid the 2500 dollars left because i have never received the product nor the service. The professionalism is very poor in RW Implant Dentistry and most of the time there were young girls interns working there. However who brutally shattered my front dental crown was dentist Riberos. Stay away from this dentistry, and even farther away from Riberos, he is a rude, abuse, unprofessional, manipulative, scammer, and corrupt dentist. Riberos lies are his best quality, and he should be a professional lier, and scam artist instead of being a dentist. That is very wrong to charge for a job you never did and even worst lied about it to get away with a money that you never deserved. I even heard by his secretary./front desk administrative that he was sued in many occasions by his clients.

Pushy towards making me switch all the crowns in my mouth but helped with my gingivitis by prescribing a needed antibiotic.

Dr Eric Wilson is the BEST dentist! He is very calm, patient and will put you at ease if you have any fears of the dentist. He is honest and will tell you the truth about your dental needs. I send my friends and family to him and would recommend Dr Wilson to anyone! If you are looking for a dentist you can trust and that will take great care of your mouth, this is the Dr for you!

Dr. Riberos, has been my dentist for the past three years. He is personable and friendly. In addition to his dental skills, what impresses me is Dr. Riberos concern with patient comfort and pain prevention He always thoroughly explains the procedure and persistently monitors my comfort.
He uses the latest technology and punctuates prevention, Patient care and follow up are such imperatives to Dr. Riberos that he calls his patients at home, to insure they are doing well after a big procedure that’s what I call patient commitment.

I have the AETNA DMO plan, and I spent an obsessive amount of time checking the on-​line reveiws of all of the South OC dentists available to me on my plan. Dr. Wilson had by far the best reviews, so off I went.
So far, so good! I had two cavities filled, and it was fine. The novacaine didn’t hurt, the drilling didn’t hurt, and the fillings didn’t feel weird afterward. Dr. Wilson and his staff are skilled and friendly.
I had been given a treatment plan by a prior dentist (not this office) that seemed a bit excessive. The treatment plan proposed by Dr. Wilson was more conservative, which I appreciated. I asked a lot of questions, and they seemed fine with my many questions. Overall, Dr. Wilson & Co. did a good job and I’m sure I’ll be back.

Went to Dr R in March as a new patient. After X-​rays and examination, I was told I had 7 cavities and that I needed a special deep cleaning, because a regular cleaning would not be sufficient. Of course, my HMO doesnt cover this type of cleaning. Since I had no concerns and no aches nor tooth sensitivity, this was a regular check up appt and standard cleaning, I was very suspicious of his diagnosis.
Two weeks ago, I went to another dentist in Ladera Ranch, and did not tell him this diagnosis. Dr F took his own X-​rays (Dr rs staff refused to give me the X-​rays except for a panoramic print), and he conveyed that I have 0 cavities and a regular cleaning would suffice.
