OUTSTANDING sales — Trena Dowell ! She’s amazing ! I Highly recommend!
The moment i walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome «HI — with a big real smile !! I told the receptionist I came to see her — I had an instant feeling she would make the sale happen.
She was professional, attentive, caring and presented my offer (she did not make me feel like i’m out of my mind– she politely said she will ask) totally patient! I never felt rushed at all, no pressure whatsoever, just flat out super PLEASANT !!! I will have her help me again on my next car purchase!
Adrian, the general manager was also very friendly and professional! I would have been happier if he topped off my trade from another dealer and a floor mat request considering that I am a repeat customer and servicing my car there,
Finance– Pat Sanders –he’s very straightforward, explained everything and offered a very reasonable extended warranty. Unfortunately it’s not in my budget, i declined and he was very respectful and understanding. I didn’t feel pressured as was my previous experiences with car dealerships.

I took my 2013 Nissan Xterra Pro-​4X here for an appraisal and was met with every high pressure tactic imaginable. After sticking to my guns on a very reasonable price well within range of other dealer offers the salesman became very agitated that I wasn’t folding, this continued after countering his invalid claims on the vehicle. After walking around the car and complaining about «scratches» because it wasn’t newly washed the salesman then started claiming everything would have to be replaced and thousands would have to go into restoring it. Mind you, this car is in like new condition with no mechanical issues, non smoking and no stains or scratches.
He then tried to force my fiancé and I into multiple test drives and to only appraise it for a trade in while «lowering the trade in value to get more off a new car» as a fair deal. I think he should go back to sales training since all the offers he mentioned are available without trade, and that his math doesn’t work to lower a trade in price to get discounts anyone would already get. He then went into ranting about other various things wrong with the car and model before going inside to plug in the numbers. After waiting 30mim for him to return he came back with the lowest offer I’ve received out of multiple dealership to include wholesale offers from the buy-​it-​now folks. I will never bring my Nissan here again to include maintenance and will most definitely not buy from here either.
Oh, and his name is Ali, not shocking considering the other poor reviews of him on here.

I had a pretty good car buying experience. I was given a fair price on my trade-​in after some negotiations. My only concern was the finance guy seemed kinda unorganized and didn’t give me copies of all the paperwork. In the excitement of buying the car, I completely forgot to ask at the time. They did make good on some follow up work on my car so kudos to them for that. Everyone I encountered was super friendly.

How professional is this company?
this man Rabin didn’t only not respond to my issue (they have my number to contact me) but the response came from Ennie using his name, how sad.
the more I talk to people about this place the more I find out how bad they are.

I just purchased another company van from Imperio Nissan. Michael Shelby was my contact person for both purchases in the past 8 months. Michael is very professional and knowledgeable regarding the interior contractors package for company vehicles. He helped me select the interior contractors package, roof racks, etc.
The general manager was present while I purchased the vehicle and gave my 9 year old son a gift from the Sales Store. The financing manager was also very professional and had all the forms ready before I sat down to sign the contract.
I already told Michael, I’ll be back again in the near Future for my next company truck or even a personal vehicle.

They took great care of me during my car purchase, and I got great service for an oil change. Thank you Imperio! You guys are great!

Their service department is great at this dealership! I took my car in just to get a quote on a huge scratch and dent I got on one of my doors. He said he’d take it in the back to try and get the scratch off at no charge! Turns out that the huge scratch was just the paint from the pole I had hit! I still have a dent but it looks so much better and walked away not a dime out of pocket! Great service (especially on a Saturday with no appointment)!

Saw a car online that looked interesting so called and spoke with Ali Jabbar. I shared with him that I was only in town for two days and was looking to buy a car TODAY. He took my information and said he would verify they still had the car and call me back. I got a return text with his information and he asked that I let me know when I was headed down since I was coming from Orange. I did so and started the trek to deep South County. Arrive only to be told that while they still had the car, it was sent over to get smog checked. He didn’t indicate where the car was but the bottom-​line was that the car wasn’t on site. He said we could drive a different Optima and then write up paperwork on the one not onsite. WTH?
Any of the following should have happened.
1) Update your inventory system to indicate whether you physically have the car onsite and available, not just in your possession.
2) Get the necessary equipment to do the Smog checks onsite
3) Ali — get off your ass and actually walk to the lot to verify that the car is on the lot!
4) Ali — call to notify your customer the second you find out that you royally screwed up by having your customer drive a hour round trip to find out that the car wasn’t available to be driven.
Lazy, unprofessional service. I believe Ali knew that I was in a rush to buy a car and after realizing he didn’t have what I wanted, thought I might settle for something else after I drove all the way down there. That didn’t happen as I left. He did offer to bring the car up to Orange the following morning for me to test drive but since I have work, that wasn’t an option.
Instead I found another Optima that I was interested in. Called and spoke with Andy Bosma and Kia of Irvine. He got my information to verify the vehicle and responded with an actual photo that he just took. Ali — take notes here. When I arrived, he already had the car right in front of the dealership, went over the features in detail and off we went. Drove off the lot with a great deal.
Will be looking to replace another car in a few months and definitely know where I will be returning and where I would never return again.

The absolute worst customer service dealership I have ever dealt with. We had a Costco price and had researched what options we wanted. We were directed to one particular salesman who was doing nothing but he turned us over to a very young man who could not answer any questions without conferring with someone else. After going back and forth for 1 hour we left. We had an Altima coming off a lease also. We went next door and bought a Prius in 1 hour time. So much more professional. Turning in the Altima became a disaster as there is only 1 person who can handle this and he’s always busy. My son made an appointment and he had to wait 90 minutes. I had to ultimately sign off and the man in charge of this was the rudest and most unprofessional man I have ever dealt with. He said turning in a car is ¹⁄₁₀ of 1 per cent of things he has to do. Is this a way to handle a repeat customer. I wouldn’t give them 1 star if I didn’t have to. I highly recommend going to another dealer.

This place was horrible with my car purchace. I bought a ford mustang 2007 that looked nice but had many issues that they promised to fix if I purchased it. Bought the car and was forced to drive it out of the dealer before any work was done on the car. The breaks where horrible witch almost caused an accident. The engine was making a noise that I’m sure came from the timing belt but it was just loud and anoying. After I left the car there for 4 days, they ended up calling me back to pick it up and none of the work had been done on it. I made them take the car back but was forced to take another nissan car since they would not give me a refund. I’ll never buy another car here again and that goes double for my entire family that always bought cars from them. The car they forced me into didn’t have a good deal. No special offers and the mechanics where extremely rude. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

My friend just purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and I was with her thru the complete process. Omar was our sales person and he is the most honest car sales person I ever met. All the people we met there including the finance person were very helpful. I will definitely return to this dealer to purchase my next vehicle. I highly recommend asking for Omar but the other sales people we met were really nice also.

I just bought a Nissan Rogue 2015 from Imperio Nissan of San Juan Capistrano. This is a nice purchase experience because of the sales man of Sudip Roy. He is very professional, nice and patient. I met some aggressive sales men in other dealers, but Mr. Roy is completely different. Besides the shopping experience, the car price is also attractive to me. I would definitely recommend yo. u to talk with Mr. Roy if you like to buy a Nissan in San Juan Capistrano or around

Yeah if you are a girl. Take a guy with you. Unwilling to work with a woman. All the reviews here are guys getting a good deal. The only other one was a woman bringing in the car. Ugh really ! I guess my girl money is less green. Douchy

ASK FOR ROY SUDIP!
My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Roy Sudip this past Saturday and our friends can’t believe what a great deal we got. Roy went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Roy’s friendliness, knowledge and expertise is the main reason we purchased the Rogue.
My wife and I had an appointment next door at the Toyota dealership to purchase a RAV4 but decided to stop in and check out the Rogue. When Roy communicated with us, he was very inviting and non-​pushy which helped him quickly gain our trust. Roy made it a point to educate us and give us only the facts so that we could make an informed decision about our purchase. He walked us through a comparison checklist explaining the differences between the RAV4, Rogue and CRV and then took us on a test drive to show us additional features. After learning all the facts about the Rogue, we were sold on the car, and we only have Roy to thank for that. The next day, he called to see if we had any questions and whether we were happy with our purchase. Again, Roy was extremely professional and accommodating.
My wife and I are beyond thrilled with the purchase of our new 2016 Rogue and the experience we had at Imperio Nissan. We will be sure to come back to and recommend Roy to our friends and colleagues.

A few years ago we (wife) made the mistake of bringing our Altima in for an oil change against my better judgement. They asked for my email address and in those days I guess I was naïve.
They’ve been hammering me with emails and mailings ever since. I’ve unsubscribed at least 3 times and they just keep on coming.

Came here with my boyfriend to check out cars for him and I would definitely recommend asking for Ryan Nassios. He was super friendly and helpful in getting my boyfriend the best deal and being patient with him while he was making his decision.

RYAN NASSIOS was the best sales representative I have dealt with. I was able to get top dollar for my trade in and also a great deal on the new car I purchased. I was able to secure 0.9% with barely any credit history and also given added benefits all on top of excellent customer service. Could not be more happier. Even though the dealership was a little drive from where I live in Irvine it was defiantly worth it and will come back in the future and deal with RYAN again.

If you can help it, go elsewhere. m for service. I got nothing but bad vibes from this place, and was given incorrect information about my car, and it took hours just to get a diagnostic. And one of my tires was wearing down, which they said was due to me being an aggressive driver. How about the alignment? Two stars only because the place was clean inside. But that’s about all, since I asked them to just watch out for a busted window when they washed it and they declined the wash altogether.

Ali Jabbar. Service was great, he knew our situation, and truly wanted to help. Ali made it happen, we got a deal and ended driving a new car home. He was patient, he listened and showed us what we wanted, and not what he wanted to sell us.
Kascey? Was nice and helped with the paperwork, the manager came out and congratulated us on our purchase.
Over all the day was long but it wasnt a drag thanks to the service. Well deserved 5 stars.

The majority of my automobile sales and training took place at this location in SJC 5 years ago. What we experienced on a demonstration drive in mid August 15′ with a Pathfinder was quite different from anything I have ever seen in the business as a customer or employee. Our salesman wasn’t much about product knowledge but made up for it with his helpful and positive attitude. The vehicles themselves were in a shameful, dirty and dusty condition, so bad, you couldn’t interpret the color! We had to use the wipers for visibility! Our first attempt ran out of gas. Our second needs a jump. Then, in front of the showroom, due to the Mexico City based owners New Latino demographic goals and radio advertising tie-​ins, we get to hear the latest «Ranchero» ballads en Espanol at a million decibels in an out of context, even bizarre juxtaposition of town and country.
Let’s buy a car.

I am writing this post due to my experience at this dealership. Real nice modern facility. Went there in attempt to look at a car I had found posted online. It turned out the car was located at a different property within the company, which the dealer was more than happy to obtain for me. Though we couldn’t come to an agreement in price (I was probably low balling them too much) their customer service was excellent. Not once did I feel pressured or obligated to buy. They truly had an interest in finding me a car rather than trying to «sell» me a car.
Kudos to Kacey Chavez in the sales office. Super personable and a pleasure to work with. Kudos to Fred Knapp as well. He even engaged/​entertained my dog during my shopping experience.

This is a review of the SERVICE Department only.
I bought a car from Imperio Nissan a few years ago, when it was still formerly «Weseloh Nissan». I got the price I wanted and EXCELLENT financing deal. I didn’t feel taken advantage of, as a lot of people can commonly feel. Since then, I have established a great rapport and relationship with the Service staff.
The Service department has always been very accommodating and has made my servicing experiences seamless and easy. I personally work with Gary Linendoll and he always has a smile on his face. He’s very straight forward and doesn’t sugarcoat or disguise anything. They are incredibly fast and even without an appointment, they seem to just get things done within a timely manner, NOT skimping on the quality of work at all.
They have a comfortable lounge area to wait for your car and the staff is constantly asking if there’s anything they can do for you while you’re there. I am always offered a ride back home when I drop off for a longer service, something that a lot of places do not offer.
Overall, I know that dealership prices are typically higher than independent garages, but I trust the Service Department at Imperio and would not take my car anywhere else.

Do not buy a car from this Nissian dealership. The worst customer service after you buy a car. They promise lies and the cars are all overpriced. Sid sales manager is a *^%#hole and hard pushes you and the finance department are incompetent. Nissian in Irvine is much better make the drive

Joe West and his service team at Imperio of SJ are A-​MAZ-​ING!
I went to them for what I had been told (by a neighborhood repair shop) was wrong with my car; front brakes needed replacing and a crack in the arm bushing. They took me out to my car up on the rack and showed me. The crack in the arm bushing was not anywhere near as urgent as I had been told, can go another 20,000 miles! Nor were the front brakes anywhere near as bad as I had been told. Again many miles left. They did show me what the real issue was. They SHOWED me. You cannot argue with seeing fluid in places where their should not be fluid.
I would have spent $ 500 on the arm bushing and brakes that was not yet necessary with my neighborhood repair shop.
I did Imperio’s recommended service and I could not be happier with the outcome. The honesty and follow through with this dealership was superb with everybody I encountered; the mechanic-​loved him, my service rep-​loved him, even the customer service woman, and Joe West the service manager.
I worked for dealerships and auto distributorships for many years when I lived in the bay area and because of that I have owned many more new cars than the average person. I know a good thing when I see it. Imperio of SJ is a good thing.

For everyone that got the advertisement for the scratch off game in the mail and came here confused: here’s the breakdown.
This was bait to get you into the store. The event was the 18 – 23 or something. You didn’t win the prize you scratched off, you won one of the 4 prizes including UP TO $ 300 in lottery tickets. It took a lot of asking to figure out that if you did go there and waste your time, you could end up with a $ 1 lottery ticket booby prize. There were 3 good prizes and then the lottery tickets that were used to get you in their doors. I’m so glad I didn’t waste my time going to this disgusting company. Alas, I will never be buying a Nissan car if they support these type of misleading scams. If they had just come out and said that the consolation prize was a lottery ticket I don’t think people would be as angry.
I told the manager they had bad Unilocal reviews and he was not concerned at all. He said «yeah there’s like 2» and I said it’s around 4 now. He said that was actually «good» considering that over 1,000 people were tricked into going to their store. I almost broke out laughing but he was dead serious. I wonder if any of them bought a car!
