Flood Pro

I would highly recommend Flood Pro to anyone. I have used them professionally for my Associations as a Property Manager and personally at my own family and friend’s homes. The crew at Flood Pro have always been super responsive to my calls and keep me up to speed on the progress of work being done which makes my job easier. Even when I’ve come across difficult situations, they are ready to step up by contacting the customers to answer any questions that may come up. I trust them and they always go the extra mile to get the job done right! Everyone I’ve ever worked with from the technicians to the gang at the office have been great and are always professional. John and Linda take pride in their company and it shows. Keep up the great work!!!

After having a pretty bad flood in my kitchen, I was referred to Flood Pro. I found myself to be thankful with this referral. I was afraid I would be waiting a couple of hours for these guys to show up, but it turns out they were quick and quite responsive to my needs. Their emergency line worked rather quickly, and someone was at my house within an hour. There was a team of two men who worked at getting my issue solved. They were very clean, mindful despite the mess, and professional, which I appreciated. The water was removed and my place was set with fans to get everything dried up.
A few days later I had a mold inspection. I was impressed by how easy the process was and felt a weight lifted off my shoulders because it was taken care of so quickly despite the circumstances. I hope I don’t have any issues again, but I wouldn’t flinch to give Flood Pro a call and seek out their business. They’re also pretty funny guys.

We had a leak in our garage due to a pinhole leak in a pipe above and behind our washer/​dryer. You don’t have to be a Rhodes Scholar to identify it’s NOT a good thing when water is flowing from your electrical outlets.
The techs (Ramiro and JR) arrived around 8pm on a Saturday night. Our call interrupted a grill/​smoking session at one of the tech’s homes. I felt badly about that as I am an amateur smoker myself. We talked about the «art of smoking» as he and his colleague worked on the mold remediation. Both guys were very personable and walked us through the process while they were quarantining the area.
I realize there are only certain types of mold which are truly harmful to humans. Regardless, I appreciated their thoroughness as there is no need to roll the dice. Once they completed their process I couldn’t help but laugh. I swore ET was going to exit from the floor to ceiling length zipper of the «plastic wrapped» quarantined area during the course of the night.
My only sort-​of complaint would be that they left their HEPA filter machines running for weeks while they waited for a «possible» HOA approval on the re-​build job. As I understand the process it only takes a few days or so to dry things out and resolve the issue. I’m guessing running those big boys for weeks was a big culprit in our hefty electric bill for that month. And they ended up losing the bid on the re-​build job as our HOA must’ve gone with the cheaper of the two.
Regardless, overall it was a very positive experience… if you can say that about mold.

We had a pipe break in the walls that caused mold damage inside the walls. The H.O.A. were called and this company shows up to begin the mold remediation. They were very nice and professional. Their work and supplies seemed kind of sub-​par, however. We had to call them out a number of times to fix the containment barriers they put up around the kitchen and a small area in the garage. Due to the heat 90 plus degrees outside and the scrubbers and HEPA filters inside the containment area created sauna type heat that caused the seals to come undone. We would call them directly to tell them of the broken seal and would say they would call us back a in a few but, never did. We had to arrange to have someone be home when they responded to fix the problem. However, it was like pulling teeth to even get information from them. All they would say is we’ll get back to you and/​or there are no one available. Eventually, they would call back and give a time they can respond that day. We have never had this type of problem before (pipe breaking in the walls). So, this was all unnerving as we lost our kitchen for weeks. A new company, STAT Services, Inc, replaced Flood Pro and did a much better job. Furthermore, as a result of our experiences and others in the community that had similar problems with water and mold remediation that had Flood Pro respond, I give two stars. Everyone said a second remediation had to be performed after Flood Pro responded initially. I didn’t get a business card from the workers that responded. The reason mostly is that we didn’t call them out or pay them. So, I am not sure of their address.
