Your Home Plumber

My husband had Marc come out and give an estimate for some work to be done for a rental unit. For that job we ended up going with someone else, but my husband kept Marc’s contact info because he liked Marc and felt he was a straight shooter.
Recently, we had some plumbing issues at our house and decided to call Marc up again. His service was excellent — pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The final cost was a little more than originally estimated, but the job did turn out to be more involved than initially thought. He still cost slightly less than the previous plumber we had come out to deal with the same issue 6 months prior — plus he gave us more much information than the previous plumber about what our situation was, and he didn’t charge us for an additional item that we originally thought we’d be charged for. He was able to show us via camera what our pipes looked like before and after his work, and he saved the video for us on a memory stick that we provided him (don’t ask me, my husband wanted to see it!). Finally he provided us with a viable solution for how to handle this issue on our own going forward. That was invaluable to my husband.
We will definitely be calling Marc in the future with plumbing issues, and we highly recommend him to others.

I called Mark for a plumbing upgrade. He was on time, knowledgeable, and honest. I ended up not even needing his services after he explained the situation in more detail. I will call Mark int he future for repairs or upgrades and recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Mark is by far the best plumber in San Clemente! While we were away on vacation our kitchen sink backed up. Our neighbor called another plumber who snaked the line for 3 hrs with no success. He concluded that our line must be collapsed and quoted us $ 20K to jackhammer though our concrete slab and replace the line. We where devastated to hear this news and cut our vacation short to come home and deal with the problem. When we got home, we called Mark (thanks to his wonderful Unilocal reviews) for a 2^nd opinion. Mark couldn’t have been more professional, friendly, and trustworthy. Shortly after inspecting the line he reassured us that it wasn’t collapsed and just badly clogged. He told us that if he couldn’t clear it, he wouldn’t charge us and he’d recommend another plumber to come try but under no circumstances should we have to jackhammer through our floor. Huge relief! He cleared the line after working on it for 1.5 hrs and we couldn’t have been more appreciative of his service! Hands down the most positive experience we’ve ever had with any plumber!

Mark is a pro and more importantly, I trust him. He has demonstrated deep knowledge of how to find and fix complex problems in our 28 year old plumbing. Pricing was upfront and fair, he uses good quality parts, and has a tool for every possible job.
As a bonus, he has given me several great referrals for other trade people too.

Hands down the most positive experience I have ever had with any plumber, let alone home service provider. Marc and his colleague, Brian, showed up early for the appointment time, dressed sharply and ready to work. They diagnosed the problem immediately. My previous plumber recommended cutting out my travertine tile to fix the problem, which would have cost thousands, let alone destroyed my bathroom. Marc used a simple fix and the problem was solved. Marc is the only plumber I will use from now on and I will refer him to all my friends and family. Thank you to Marc and Brian — I can’t thank you both enough.

Today is the 4^th time Marc, Your Home Plumber, has helped our family out of a plumbing jam. We found him thanks to Unilocal,so I wanted to chime in to share our positive experiences.
The first time he talked me through (over the phone) clearing a clog of veggies under my kitchen sink. He didn’t charge us, but I was sure to remember his company for our next plumbing need.

Marc is a stand up pro. Even though I am a guy, I know nothing about the plumbing craft. Marc handled our plumbing issue efficiently and at a fair price. He told me how I could have a part paid for by our home warranty. Showed solid integrity. Hire him with your plumbing issues. Marc is by far the best plumber we have ever used. He repaired a leak at our rental property and then unclogged a very dirty toilet at our own home. He is a consummate professional, prompt, and is very affordable. His sense of humor was a pleasant surprise. This week we called him out again due to an emergency. By mistake, a crew from the home builder arrived before Marc did and commenced work. Marc called and advised us. When we offered to pay his house call he graciously refused and then gave us great advice about our pipes and how to solve what appears to be a recurring problem. We would recommend Marc to anyone and will definitely use him again.

Called Marc for an emergency flood at my vacation rental on New Years Eve (!). He was swamped and so referred me to another plumber he trusts. I am so thankful I found Marc on Unilocal.In San Clemente there are plumbers on every block and most are pretty sketchy (sorry guys). Marc on the other hand is honest, professional, competent and just a great guy. I called him in the a.m., he fixed the problem the same day, and we had to deal from a distance since I was stuck in meetings. But after I got off the phone with him in the a.m. and made arrangements I had no concerns about that. Call Marc, you won’t regret it.

We weren’t getting any hot water so we called Your Home Plumber. Marc came out right away and had the problem fixed quickly. Yeah! I’m sure my colleagues will be very thankful that I was able to shower before work! His price was very reasonable in comparison to what others would have charged. He was professional, clear and honest in explaining the problem and how it would be fixed.

Came to my house within an hour and was early. I had a leak from a bad supply line that was behind the wall. He figured out the problem right away. He’s a really cool guy too. I have no idea what that Anjo K. guy is talking about. All his 3 reviews are 1 star. Sorry, he has no credibility with me. Everything is a 1 star? He gave the same bad review to San Clemente Plumbing too, which makes no sense.
