Established in 2006.

Although Cinematic Events Group has existed as a company since 2006, Senior Producer Jonathan Morgan Jenkins produced his 1^st student film in High School. Jonathan’s Event and Commercial production work become so popular that he decided to open the business. He also opened his commercial production company, Per​for​man​ce​Pro​duc​tion​Ser​vices​.com in 2006, which creates and implements Video Marketing Campaigns for businesses of all sizes.

Business Owner

My passion for filmmaking started at an early age when my father, a 1953 graduate in Cinema USC, used to produce family movies on his 16 mm camera.

My first two student films were produced in Cinema Class at San Clemente High School shooting on a Super 8 Film Camera. As Video cameras continued to become smaller and more available to the consumer market, I purchased my first consumer camera, a Samsung SCF703, in the early 90’s. I was only shooting mostly family events.

By the time consumer HD was introduced by Sony in 2006. I was already producing professional event and commercial videos for clients. As High Definition Cameras have continued to evolve I have continued to upgrade our hardware and software with the latest advances.
