We went in on a Saturday night and the nicest gentleman helped us. I feel so bad because I now have forgotten his name and I really wanted to recognize him. So nice and helpful, he offered us a sample of the 1st Class Camouflage and told how it is a special for November and that some proceeds go to the USO. We were sold, absolutely yummy! I was just really impressed with the guy working there and I thought that guy is going to be successful. Hopefully the management at this location is doing something right and is training all their staff to be as positive & pleasant as this guy. We were very happy with our experience and we will definitely be back!

This store is the best one to come to because it’s normally not too busy. The people are very friendly and the cake decorator rocks! The cake case is always clean and the ice cream cases as well look great. The atmosphere is nice since there’s not a whole lot of trafgic around there. You can also eat outside at their tables which is nice. Rocky road is still the best!

I’ve been coming here for more than a decade. Always good service, tonight. Hey ice cream guy, No matter how old a person is, if they drop the cone they ordered as a side, you should at least ask if they want another one. Especially if it’s the customer’s birthday and it fell as soon as they took it off the counter. The worker just stood there as I, me and the rest of my party, pouted.

typical ice cream spot, good selection, fair prices however both times I went there was a fat person/​different one trying a number of samples and therefore really delaying things seems like if they need to graze they should just buy something rather than trying to get all of the free samples they can probably why they are so over weight — will go back though

I called here after experiencing the rudest service at the Dana Point branch and Nick not only helped me with a cake, but went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating.
My cake was perfect and delicious. Honestly no one makes a better chocolate chip ice-​cream anywhere.
