Zumba San Jose/ Bodiez In Motion

I have tried other Zumba classes, but there is just something about Nicole that keeps me coming back. I am in no way the «typical» Latin dancer nor can I cha-​cha. When I am in this class it is like no one else is around to judge how I am moving. Everyone is encouraged to do what they can and modified as needed. Nicole is even willing to stay after class or work with you on other days to learn more about the moves, give you nutrition tips, and even be there for you when you need a friend. It is worth my coffee money to see this petite woman with attitude help me sway my hips to help me in my weight loss journey!
