I’ve been a personal trainer for 10 years and have sent many clients here for shoes. Quality has gone down. The owner is rude. He did not greet us. His apparently less than qualified employees were trying to help us, but since they seemed stumped and were stuttering, the owner grunted a few interjections without making any eye contact. His comments were rude and untrue. (ie. The shoes were not two years old, and if he had looked in the computer at his own records, he would’ve seen that.) When we bought the shoes originally we had to beg for help. We had to ask them to video him running. And it wasn’t surprising to find that we had been sold the wrong shoes for my son’s feet. (BTW, the owners assessment was unsolicited by employees and was from far away as he leaned over the counter with his bifocals.)

Love this place! I have now purchased my second pair of running shoes from them. The gentleman helping me was awesome. Even though I knew my size, he still had me step on their nifty shoe measurer scale thing — high-​tech ;)! He brought out the newer version of the shoe I had previously and a different model. I love that he listened to my concerns and what I want the shoe for, I am no marathon runner, but I do like to pretend!
I ultimately ended up with a Nike, which to be honest, I have never been able to have a Nike as a running shoe, ever. But this new one, the Navigator, I think? is amazing. It was extremely supportive and light. I loved it — its incredibly comfortable, supportive — the arch support was surprisingly good. And mind you, I walked in with my Nike Free’s — but I had always used Nike as my «casual» shoe, never as a serious workout/​running shoe, well that changed yesterday!
I highly recommend this store if you are unsure about what shoe you might need! The guy was nice, friendly, patient!

This place was recommended by my trainer and hence gave it a try! Excellent customer service — personalized service makes it the best. Our running pattern was analyzed and Chris was very helpful and patient with us while explaining our running pattern and shoe suggestions. He was right on from the first shoe we tried. I will go back to them whenever buying my running shoes. Great prices and excellent service.

Amongst the bet if not the best I have ever had. Pretty sure he was the owner who helped me, took his time and really cared about what I needed did not try to up sell or rip me off. In fact as he was grabbing me a different pair to try on I googled the price of the pair I had just tried on and ended up paying less than what I had found online.

The best pair of shoes I have ever worn. Can’t believe these existed I believe I got the Brooks Dyad in a 2E sized width.
Side note:
There was another associate helping another customer. I kid you not this had to be the poster person for the worlds worst customer (he was there before me and still there when I left and I was there for quite a while), similar to those you see on prank shows and the associate was still smiling, patient and helpful. Also on my way out something fell from my bag and another associate ran and made sure I got it before I left.

They are really knowledgeable here. They are the only place I trust for running shoes. The owner also sold me an orb when he noticed I have tight hips, and it has become my favorite foam rolling tool. I recommend this place to all of my clients who have any special needs for shoes.

I am not running currently and just needed a pair of Hoka One’s on the recommendation of my Podiatrist. So, I did not go through the full run analysis, but I could tell from my brief consultation that the staff really cares and put their customers first.

This is the first time I get my running shoes from this place and I’m happy I did. I was helped by a guy named Bobby I think and he was very nice and answered all of my questions .i just wished the had more selections.

I really wanted to like this store. I’d heard so many good things. I went in to get a good pair of running shoes. I found one I liked, but they didn’t have my size in the color I wanted. They offered to order it. I wanted them sooner, but figured I could wait a few days. I was told (on Monday) that my shoes would be there by Friday, maybe Thursday.
I called Friday, they didn’t have them. Now it was Monday or Tuesday. That is waiting almost double the original time. Tuesday comes along, I call in the afternoon. Still no shoes. There was a lot of circling around why my shoes weren’t there yet. But, it really sounded like they hadn’t bothered to order them.
When I customer comes in and pre pays for $ 100+ shoes you would think the store would make every effort to deliver on this order. I wasn’t called Friday or Tuesday to say they would be late or anything helpful like that. Since they weren’t there Friday and I had already called once to ask I would have expected them to have more follow up.
I wanted to support a local business. I like being able to go to a store and try on shoes, and that’s great to have. But, if they are just going to take my money and not even bother to order my shoes or do anything to make up for their screw ups they have lost my business.
The only good thing is that I was able to get a refund. In theory it has been refunded to my card. If that doesn’t happen either I will update.

Amazingly knowledgable and helpful! Come here before you go to a podiatrist. They will help with your foot pain and save you lots of money.

Great shoe store! They carry brands and sizes that other places don’t. They are great at fitting you and let you run outside to get a feel.

Friendly and experienced staff to help select the correct shoes. I was recommended by a friend to try this place out and to get advice on shoe selection for running.
I needed to find a better running shoe that wouldn’t cause blisters or IT band issues. The staff used a machine to measure my foot size and discovered that I had the incorrect shoe size by almost 2 sizes. They let me try on several shoes and they even video tape you running to make sure there aren’t any biomechanics issues, which would require different shoes. I probably tried on at least 5 different pairs and they let me take a quick run in them to make sure it was the right fit.
I highly recommend going there for advice and they are super helpful in making sure you get the right shoe.

I had the best experience here today with Ryan. He was very knowledgeable! He first examined my foot on the machine and then he video taped me running with a pair of their running shoes. This was all done to give him some idea on what brand and type would best fit my foot.
I tried on 4 pairs and ran outside with each one. I found a pair I love and cannot wait to use them.
He also had my 8 year old daughter test out the machine to see her arch and size of foot, even though they don’t sell childrens shoes. He was beyond helpful and clearly loves his job! My daughter and I are now very ready for our first 5K race!

I worked with Ken and Chris (the owner) today. I have been going to a larger corporate store for my running needs. In the past year I have moved from the novice in and out of the store just buying shoes to more in-​depth questions and needs, and the larger corporate place has not been able to keep up with the knowledge required to answer my questions!
I read about The Running Revolution when another runner mentioned coming here for a shoe fitting. I am so glad I remembered about that and came in to check it out! They encouraged my running style (more natural/​minimal style) and answer my questions about garmins and tom tom watches!
You can tell that all of the employees are runners themselves, they are invested in getting to know YOU as a runner, and they are ready to answer all of your questions, even using personal runner data and experience to help guide important decisions!

I like that I can try them and run around outside to get a feel for it. I got Asics with a president’s day 10% off. it was just a few bucks more than online so I purchased it here.

I have been going to this place for years and almost always receive great service. Most of the people that work here are very knowledgeable about the shoes and provide a lot of options for you to try. They let you run around outside to test out the shoes and the prices are fair. If you want, they will scan your feet to review your arches and also review your gait.

I decided that this year would be the year I get off my ass and do a triathlon. I’m not a traditionally athletic person. I hate running, I tolerate biking and swimming is about splashing around in a pool or lake, not swimming in open water for a mile. So I began practicing at a track and I was able to get halfway around the track and then my feet were killing me, my shins were in pain and I felt exhausted. My coaches and co-​triathletes suggested the shoes are likely the issue, but I kept using my existing Nike shoes for 3 weeks, never making any gains in endurance or distance and always in a ton of pain. Finally, I took their advice and checked our Running Revolution to get fitted to a proper shoe that would not only take away the pain, but make running easier. I was skeptical. It’s just a shoe.
Boy was I wrong. After getting my new shoes and using them for the first time last night, I was able to run a little over 5k, I rarely felt winded, my feet didn’t feel like they were being split in two and my shins never hurt once. In total I walked about 2 laps of the 5k, so I was super impressed by how well they fitted the shoes to my feet and gait.
I can’t recommend this place enough, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Running Revolution for getting me back on my feet.

Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful.
I was charged $ 120 for the shoes and later found an online price of $ 70. I told the manager upfront and he promptly gave me a refund of $ 50.

If you need a pair of running shoes that feel like they were custom made for you, come here. These guys are all extremely well versed because all of the sales associates are runners themselves, including the owner who I had the pleasure to meet today.
Although I haven’t reviewed this place before, it has been my go to place for running shoes for the past 5 years. I found my dream shoe here– The Asics Fortitude and have not strayed since.
I stopped in today because my current pair were in bad shape and I was looking to either buy the same or get something different. Ken was helping me today and since I hadn’t been sized in a while, he decided to size me again after having me step onto the machine that determines what kind of runner I am. It turns out things haven’t changed and I’m still what they call a «neutral» runner.
Based on this, I was able to try on 3 different pairs of shoes that all felt amazing to walk in. I test drove them by jogging around the corner and while it was a tough choice, I decided to stick with another new pair of the Asics Fortitude yet again. The bottom of the shoe is much wider and as a result is more stable. I need this because my ankles tend to roll over because I’ve sprained both of them several times in the past.
I asked to wear my brand new shoes out of the store like the excited little girl (ahem woman) that I am. Did I mention that I skipped out the door too? Just kidding. I might as well have though. I was that ecstatic with my new shoes.
