Just came and saw their Black Belt testing. The community and students are the best. I had a blast the whole time I was there.

We looked for a program that will give our kids an opportunity to get a new skill, to be active and the most important to have fun and be happy!
This place has it all. discipline and fun, physical activity, and mind focus
My kids get so much from their program, they are so happy to go to class and come back with a big smile on their faces.
World class Tae Known Do is so much more than a martial art school, it’s a place that respect and love their students, kids and adults, and their families.

We have been taking our daughter to this school for two years. This school is a bit unusual as far as martial arts go. They have a knack for getting small kids to pay attention and focus. Mr. Sroka is hoot. He makes the lessons fun for the kids and they all pay attention to him. I have never seen anything like it. They have a great program and I highly recommend it for anyone with kids that need a little extra attention on focusing, listening and following directions. Not to mention learn something that could help them if ever in a sticky situation.

Update: I’ll give the owners credit for making an extra effort to assist my son after his first month of lessons was less than successful. I appreciate that she is working to help him catch up and overcome his reluctance to join in as he feels so far behind the other students.

My daughter began Tae Kwon Do here at the age of 8 and immediately feel in love with it and the instructors. Mr. and Mrs. Sroka have the up most respect for the sport of Tae Kwon Do, each family and student. They have high expectations of the children and expects everyone to do their best. My daughter had to work hard to earn her belts, and in that process her self confidence grew tremendously. Unfortunately we had to move out of the area and are finding it impossible to replace World Class Tae Kwon Do.

The best place to go. My son loves it. He’s willing to give up a luxury of new video games and a less costly summer school just to continue practicing at this school.

I’ve waited a while to write this review because I really wanted to experience this place before reviewing, and wait for the novelty to wear off.
I’m very happy that I’m able to give it five stars — this place is fantastic! BUT — you have to know what you’re looking for.
Mr. and Mrs. Sroka run this school with a strong focus on fun and family, which is exactly what I was looking for to help my 7-​year old daughter develop her strength and confidence. I looked at many martial arts schools and World Class TKD stuck out because they allow both adults and kids to practice at the same time on the mat. This means parent-​child participation, and was SUPER hard to find in any school at all.
It meant all the difference to our family because it let me help ease my (nervous) kid into the sport until she developed enough confidence to start practicing by herself with the other kids. We go each weekend for «Family» training and each individually for our own (Kid, Adult) trainings as well.
Now on to the instructors — WOW, are they good. Mr. Sroka in particular has an excellent way with kids and engages them on their level. He insists on proper behavior and respect but without all the «fear» that some martial arts instructors try to put into the class. And Mr. Sroka knows very well how to get across learning through goofy examples to the kids. He’s a rock solid instructor. Mrs. Sroka seems to run the school more and be on the mat less, but she also helps teach and is an awesome example for those with girls who want to show «Girl power!» with a real life example.
The other instructors (some high-​level students) are excellent as well. They’re friendly and ready to answer questions, lead by example and all have a good demeanor with the kids.
If you want a competitive, aggressive place to learn to kick ass and take names, it’s probably not for you. You won’t start earnestly sparring until you’re at a very high level — but frankly that’s not what I and what a lot of people probably want out of this.
If you want a sport that might come in handy to defend yourself with, good exercise, a confidence builder and a great family activity, you won’t find anything better than this school.

I took a trial class here. Mrs Sroka was the instructor and was amazing. The school is great. I did not enroll, because they do not have once a week program, you have to sign up for a minimum of two classes/​week.
As far as quality of school/​instruction is concerned, I would definitely recommend this school
Suggestion to the instructors/​owners: Please advertise on your website about the program you offer (2classes/​week minimum). This would save time and effort for you and prospective students as well.

This school is fantastic! The Sroka’s are just great humans besides being great teachers. They work well with children of all ages and really encourage them to do the best they can… in all aspects of life not just TKD. They are also great with students who are physically and/​or mentally challenged. They are very caring and patient and treat all the students equally.
We met Mrs. Sroka at the Willow Glen Relay for Life event in June 2013. Some of the students performed a demonstration for the relayers. My daughter and husband watched and both were impressed. It was a super hot day and Mrs. Sroka didn’t have a canopy or shade, so I made her come hang out with us with cold drinks and snacks.
She asked my daughter if she would come try a class, she said yes! Her first class was June 23^rd, she said she wanted to come again. The 2^nd class we signed up for the 3 year contract.
Our daughter decided to have her 8^th birthday party at the school. She said it was one of the best birthday parties she’s had. 6 of the kids liked it so much they signed up too along with 2 of the moms.
The kids love and respect the Sroka’s and the other instructors so much that they don’t want to disappoint them. So if they are acting up at home/​school, just tell them you will tell Mr. or Mrs. Sroka about their behavior and that usually stops the bad behavior on the spot. If that «threat» doesn’t work, Team Sroka is happy to have a chat with the student and that will fix things up on the spot!
My husband and I both like World Class Tae Kwon Do because it teaches our daughter self-​defense, they stress Mind, Body and Eye focus and respect for yourself and others. The icing on the cake is that the Sroka’s are truly honest and lovely people.

We attended a birthday party at this facility and followed up with an introductory evaluation of our 2 daughters recommended class. The instructor Mrs. Sroka was remarkably intuitive, disciplined and communicative. The studio itself was well lit and remarkably clean. After the birthday party, in fact, the mats were promptly washed down & carpet immediately vacuumed. The staff involved in our whole process was respectful and interested in our needs.

Mr & Mrs Sroka are wonderful! Our daughter has been going to World Class TKD for over 6 months and continues to have such enthusiasm for each and every class. You can see that they love what they do and their passion for TKD comes through in their teaching. I would strongly recommend their school if you are looking to get into TKD, either for yourself or your child!

My 4 year old daughter loves world class tae kwon do. The instructors are great. I recommend anyone to come check it out.

We love this place! Our 7 year old has been there over a year now. Our 10 year old started after his brother (in another sport) and then took a break when his spring sport started. They were very flexible and understanding. I have seen a big difference in our son’s confidence and coordination over the year, and while it is hard work, the Sroka’s make it fun, too. Even the parents crack up. Go see them — they have a free trial and a few free private lessons. Your kids will want to join immediately after seeing the class really having fun!

Can’t say enough great things about this place! My 5 year old son has been part of the little tiger program for a couple months now and he absolutely loves it! We joined World Class TKD in hopes of building our son’s confidence and focus. It has been all that and more. Our son asks daily if he gets to go to class and he is having a blast. Mr. and Mrs. Sroka are amazing and we have been completely impressed with their instruction and philosophy. They command respect of the children, but are fun and silly at the same time. One of the best things we have signed up for!

great school, but most of all excellent teacher. Mr. and Mrs Sroka are fun and energetic. They take their job very seriously and worked hard to make sure the kids succeed. My 3 kids are students in that school for the past year and they love every minutes of the class. highly recommend this school.

These guys are amazing. Our son is really young, and we wanted to see if this would be a fun activity for him while teaching him some discipline as well. Mrs. Sroka was so up front and honest with us and worked really hard with our son to try to prepare him. We will definitely be returning when the time is right!

Mr./Mrs. Sroka are excellent instructors and very willing to work even the craziest of schedules. I am a full time student working toward my Dr. of Chiropractic, have a private tutoring business, and have 3 horses requiring attention, but the Sroka’s have proven to be very fair and willing to make things work for everyone if they can.
I have been attending classes a couple of times a week for a little over a month and have attended both the adult and family classes. I find them to be very good dealing will the variety of age groups and experience among their students.

Mr/​Mrs Sroka have been great instructors for my son.
They are very professional in their instruction. At the same time they make it fun for the kids.
My son has been going here a few weeks now and loves it. We definitely plan to keep my son in their class.
