Needed someone to step into a new construction project quickly. Ariel came to provide quote. Had to change the appointment twice due to last minute conflict from work and he was patient and flexible to work with me. He was knowledgeable on the issue encountered by last crew and suggested solutions. Best of all, he was prompt to respond to all requests and questions. Thanks, Ariel!

We recently used Tile Plus to have a glass tile backsplash installed. They use epoxy for this kind of installation which makes it a little pricier than regular grout. From the estimate process to the installation of the tile, they were all exemplary. Ernie came right out to take a look at the project and a day later we had an estimate which was at a fair price. A few days later the installation took place on a Saturday morning. Freddy and a colleague showed up at 7:30 am precisely as agreed upon, they worked diligently all day and were done at 3 pm. We are extremely happy with their work, their professionalism and their punctuality. You can’t go wrong in hiring this business.

Ernie and Freddy are cool and will make sure the job is done right and to your specifications. It may take a little longer than you would like but thats the construction business… right? Well, at least that’s what they tell me.
The crews are professional and always show up on time and leave early. Personally, I think they could work a little faster, so make sure you get a fixed bid otherwise they will never leave, especially if you have a nice place like I do. My wife is hot so that may keep them around too.

A very positive experience from beginning to end. Tile plus did a great job fabricating the granite, and the installation of it and the glass tile backsplash was just perfect. Besides the great install job, working with Tile plus staff was a pleasure. All their folks are very courteous and clean.

I called Tile Plus to get a bid on my kitchen back splash. Ernie called me back within a few minutes and made an appointment to come out that evening after work to take a look. He took measurements and then answered all of our questions as we discussed the details of the job.
He had a crew come out to start the job the following Tuesday. They did a great job of preparing the job and protecting our new counters and appliances. The tile we chose is glass tile with a color backing. I’ve talked to several tile people who say it is much more difficult to cut that kind of tile without having it rip the backing. These guys did an amazing job of cutting and installing it.
Before they cut a single tile they laid out every detail and discussed with us where they would place full tiles and where the cuts would be.
When it came time to do the grout, they noticed that the epoxy grout we bought did not have the exact proportions of A and B material. We purchased the wrong bags. They called a foreman to come over and discuss it. He told them that rather than measure the proportions themselves they should go back to the supplier and get the proper packages so they would get the exact mixture. It is that kind of detail that impressed us. Before they cleaned up and left, two different foremen came by to inspect the work.
We could not be more pleased with the quality of work.

Miguel and Javier just finished my new master bath. It is absolutely beautiful. These two gentlemen, who spent over two weeks us made the whole experience very easy. They were here everyday and worked very hard. I wanted something new and different and they came thru. From Ariel who bid the job to the staff at the shop it was a very professional experience. They even had the added job of matching 7 yr. old kitchen tile, to a large pantry… hit it perfectly. I can’t say enough about Tile Plus. And I can’t thank them enough for making my dreams come true.

When I get a thought into my head over what to purchase or who will be doing the work, I will obsess over it for hours, day, months over the material and/​or the service people we use. We live in a condo unit on the third floor which creates extra work for contractors having to go outside and up and down elevators. I was looking for the «perfect contractor». One who was reasonable and good quality work. I called and looked around for weeks and last but not least called Tile Plus. I spoke with Ariel who always is available by phone. He came over and gave me an estimate that was the most competitive. I mentioned to him how picky we were and he said that Freddy (installer) had been doing tile work for over 20 years and was one of the best in the industry. We wanted our hall bathroom floor replaced and back splash installed in our kitchen.
We signed contract and work was begun exactly on time. Ariel always calls before hand to let you know the exact time that the installers would be there and they were always on time. None of taking off from work waiting around for contractors and work isn’t started for 3 hours later because they were on another job or whatever excuse people have. Always, always punctual. Like I said we live on the third floor of a condo and never did Freddy complain of the extra work this created. The bathroom floor has some weird angles and my husband was amazed that they never said the tile they cut was good enough. No, not for Freddy. He is a perfectionist and up and down the elevators he went until the tile was cut just right. We love, love our bathroom floor and how great a job Freddy did. The back splash in the kitchen was done flawlessly as well. Whenever we would ask a question or make a suggestion of what we wanted; we were treated with such great respect.
Tile Plus is easy to work with. They are punctual, very competent, easy to get a hold of; and we would use them again for any of our tile work.
Don’t bother wasting your time looking around for a tile contractor. Give Tile Plus the opportunity to do your job. You won’t be disappointed.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would cause they more than deserve it! Absolutely Amazing work & finished everything the day I called! We are renting and took on the DYI project of putting down pergo floors in the living room and tiles in the bathroom. After a series of unfortunate events & the ceiling coming down we are now 3 days from moving with the toilets in the bathtubs with no tiles down. I told my husband I would figure it out and when he went to work today I researched local companies then found a Unilocal review for Tile Plus and someone in my situation. When I called they had someone out to my house so fast! Ariel was amazing and so understanding to our problems & not wanting to pay an arm & leg! Super professional he sent me a quote & his crew was there in an hour! The guys were so nice and considerate of the new pergo & got the job done in 2 hours.
The beauty they left in 2 hours would have taken me & my husband 2 weekends to do past our move in date! Let me tell you the guys at Homedepot sold us up the river with how easy this would be yada yada. Somethings are better left to the professionals! I appreciated that they were clean, efficient, and above all didn’t take advantage of me cause I was a lady. My husband was worried about me getting treated unfairly but I have to say that Ariel and his guys were amazing & fair! We were looking for a tile contractor to tile the floor of our bathroom. We called 3 contractors for estimates. Ariel from Tile Plus Inc. came and sent us an estimate the next day. The estimate was slightly above the lowest, but he was very responsive to our needs. We signed the contract with Tile Plus Inc and was given a start date. The workers Javier and Miguel were very prompt, courteous and professional. They finished the job in one day and cleaned up everything. The bathroom floor looks great. We would recommend Tile Plus Inc to everyone.

I just had an amazing experience with Tile Plus. The team was able to accommodate my ASAP demands, work in their off hours AND also during July4th (just to I can have a shower). What a customer service. The level of service and professionalism is something I wish we all could aspire. Do not hesitate to call them. They are prompt, professional and deliver on their promises.

I just had my fireplace retiled by Tile Plus and I am 100% satisfied with the end result. It looks amazing. Working with Tile Plus was a great experience from start to finish. I have a hard time saying that about many contractors I have work with in the past. I picked out the tile, but they handled the ordering and picking up of all the materials. They were fast to respond and finished the job much quicker than I expected. Even when an unexpected addition came up in my project, they had no problem handling the issue. I also received a follow up call the next day to make sure there I was happy with the work. They are completely professional and will definitely call them for my next tile project.

Ernie at Tile Plus was recommended by our contractor and he was very easy to work with. We changed our design after Ernie had quoted the job and although the final design required lots more cuts, Ernie did the job for his original quote. My only criticism was that the tile setters weren’t a little more careful with our layout. Some grout lines are a little bigger then others but over all we get lots of compliments. They were on schedule, clean and did a great job on a complicated design.

Summit Remodeling Company Inc. has been using Tile Plus for over ten years. They have literally done hundreds of projects for us. I just had my tub surround done by Tile Plus and it is GORGEOUS!!! I walked in and saw it when they were done and it really is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen! AND its in MY bathroom!
I have used Tile Plus for flooring in my house before, kitchen counter/​back splash, bathroom, laundry room and entryway. Because they did such a great job, they did my dad’s entryway, bathroom, laundry room and his back splash, which turned out amazing!

We had our tile in the bathtub/​shower combo done by Tile Plus at the end of last year. They did a great job! In order to reduce costs my husband and uncle did the the removal of the old tile and the installation of the cement board. However, we couldn’t finish it by the time they were supposed to come to install the new tile. So I called and delayed them another week, Charlie was very understanding (I am sure it was annoying to them!). Charlie was our estimator and was so nice and explained things well to me. The guys that came to install the tile we nice too. I would highly recommend this place for your tile needs!
