Essa’s Construction

We own several rentals in San Francisco and just bought a house in Marin. Essa has worked on all of our properties and has gotten them ship shape for our renters as well as for us. He has taken our places from uninhabitable to beautiful and has done it VERY quickly. What I appreciate most though is that he is always a pleasure to work, is flexible and always comes in on time and on budget. Thanks Essa!

We recently hired Essa to complete a kitchen and bathroom renovation project. I was a little hesitant at first, because his bid was more reasonable than another larger contracting firm. However, we are completely satisfied with the excellent work Essa performed, and feel that we got an extremely good value. We retained Essa because we were placing our condo on the market to sell; both budget and timing were critical for the effort. The bathroom was a «back to the studs» renovation with replacement of everything. The kitchen involved replacement of the counter-​top, painting of cabinets, and replacement of the sink and faucets.
Even though the City identified that we would need to install a new electrical panel (not anticipated because we were not touching circuits), Essa still finished all the work on time. He also immediately brought a great electrician on board to accomplish the electrical panel addition/​relocation, at a cost that was much more reasonable than we feared.
Essa’s crew worked extremely hard to bring our project in on schedule, with Essa never asking for a time extension. He was professional, let us know status as the work progressed, and stayed within budget. This was probably the easiest process that we have experienced yet in working with a construction contractor. Great Job Essa! We would not hesitate to use Essa again in the future, you should give him a try.

Essa is an absolute rock star contractor! I had a laundry list of things that needed to be done, prior to a tenant moving in and I had less than a week to get everything done. We’re talking large ceiling crack repairs, concrete work, floor work, wall repair/​patching/​painting, cat door removal/​repair and bathroom fixture repair. Essa is truly my hero and a life saver because he not only did all the work with extreme attention to detail and precision, but he finished with time to spare. I just can’t thank him enough and feel honored that he was so incredibly kind and willing to help me with everything. Definitely don’t hesitate to hire Essa. He is extraordinarily honest and reliable, has fantastic communication, is extremely reasonably priced and is an all around great guy. His talents exceeded all my expectations. Essa communicated with me on a regular basis throughout the life of my project, he proved to be flexible when my time line got delayed, he was highly organized and consistent.
