My daughter signed up their fall homework helper program. It’s such a wonderful experience.
Their manager and staffs are very professional, thoughtful, warm and friendly. It’s like a home. My daughter now always finished all her homework in Think Tank, her math score is keep increasing. No doubt about it, we signup for spring homework helper. Highly recommend this place.

I went in for a consultation yesterday to prepare for the ACT. The staff there are very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and gave us an overall positive experience. Another plus is that the staff speak Chinese! I highly recommend going here.

Think Tank is a very good place that really does help. They help struggling students in a variety of subjects. The classes that I took and am taking have really helped me improve my skills in subjects such as History and Math. The people here at Think Tank are very professional and provide wonderful help. The tutors are very nice and sociable people, and the couselors create a plan based on their students’ overall profiles.

We signed up a package since my son was in 9^th grade, he is now in the 11^th grade and getting straight As. The classes really help. If you want something done right, go to the professionals. Think tank teachers are really knowledgeable. They also help on SAT and ACT preparation as well. We are very happy with the results. The counselors even helped my son with picking out the right classes to take in school. The also helped us plan on what summer extra curricular activities to take. We plan to enroll our 2^nd son in Think Tank when he goes to high school. The staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff is professional & the tutors are very helpful. Within a month my son’s math grades improved a whole letter grade. I will continue to take my son here for help with his homework. Highly recommend!

This tutoring center is full of very helpful and educated tutors; however I have had problems with some distractions in the center – kids running around and yelling. But, the office staff usually takes control rather promptly.

Please do yourself a favor and READ this before you sign up. I say this both for your sake and TTL’s. Don’t plunge in toThinkTank in haste. On a more serious note, I took my child to help improve grades. Initial consultation was pleasant. Sale process made you feel like you are at the right place. I give at least two stars for that. But at the end, my child got a C for a class! Great… Also signed up for the SAT class at the same time of signing up for tutoring. SAT score did not improve at all. One may argue ‘that is your child,’ but isn’t that what the tutoring is for? If your child is self sufficient, why do you need tutoring in the first place? If your child is disciplined about learning, SAT study guides with perhaps an incentive (like a new computer or gadget) may work better for you. I was hoping they would teach techniques of taking the test. Here is what I recommend you to if you still want to be ‘tanked’: Don’t fall for discount on buying large packs of hours. If you have any leftover hours, it will be like pulling teeth to get it; if at all. You will not only lose the discount but you will be charged a processing fee (which I did not know about). Ask for copy of everything you sign so you understand precisely what you are getting into. Remember, you do have 3 days to cancel any contract by law. You never know what you may find in the contract. Sorry to say, but I never got a copy of the contract. Learn from my mistake. Ask for one! Truthfully I recommend paying by the hours until you are really convinced that you are getting what you asked for. Overall, I feel like it was a big waste of money. Finally, learn Chinese before you sign up since they will speak to you in Chinese if you remotely resemble Asian :-). I’m not kidding! I am sure many people are happy with their services and so your experience may vary. Please do look around however. You may find other tutoring services that suit you better. At the end of the day, decision is yours!

Yesterday we came with our daughter to sign her math preview class. We are very impressive for the information the lady give us. Its very convenient to have this learning center in Almaden.

The staff here is great — super friendly and helpful! I just came in to see what sort of tutoring services they had to offer and the front desk girl was really clear and concise. I left with all the info I needed. Very quick and efficient. Their packages are ok in price I guess, maybe a bit high but a bit if money for good grades is not a bad tradeoff. Would recommend to come by and check out the center if you’re looking for a friendly environment for your kid to learn/​study in.

This tutoring center is wonderful. All the staff and teachers are always exciting and fun to talk to. The material that is being taught here is easy to learn and understand. I highly recommend it.

They are friendly and offer advise that I need when my kids are struggling. I recommend their service.

My son enjoy the advance reading class that he is taking. He said he actually learned something from the class. I think it is a good sign when a student find the class is a helpful.
