If you are looking for someone who is a professional, who has integrity and does everything s/​he can do to make sure the job is done well and one right, then look somewhere else!!!
We hired Mark Tracy to install plantation shutters in our living room and our two bedrooms. He screwed up on the measurements for the master bedroom shutters but claimed the manufacturer made the mistake. He said he’d put a rush order on the shutters and we’d get them by the following week. That should have been in the beginning Sept 2010. He asked for a portion of what we owed him and I naively (stupidly) gave it to him. It’s now the end of December and not only do we NOT have the third set of shutters, my emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. Save yourself the stress. Find someone who cares about his/​her work, cares about his/​her reputation and actually cares about you, the customer, because this guy DEFINITELY does not.
