Shopped for porcelain tiles from here. Hassan sold them to me at $ 5.13 a square foot. Purchased around 200 sqft of tile at close to a grand.
Went to Terico across the street later on and saw the same tile at $ 1.40. Went back to return the tiles. He would not accept my return of the item and gave me a BS excuse saying that the order was shipped already.
On my invoice, the order was not shipped until two days later.
Just ignore these losers and go to Terico and save your wallet. Terico’s customer service is miserable, but the price more than makes up for it.

Purchasing stone from them was okay. But they said they do fabricating, which means they arrange with a fabricator, and gave me a price. But when the fabricator came to measure he said Tez had not made an arrangement with him and he asked for a different price. eventually I negotiated a price with him, which was about the same as several other estimates. So maybe buy the stone but arrange your own fabrication.

Never use this company.
I purchased a granite island from them .
10 minutes after delivery I noticed a crack in it and immediately called them to notify them.
They would do nothing to address this situation and told me the owner was out of the country and would be back in a week. They used this story 3 weeks in a row. low lifes. non truths.

I had a pleasant experience working with Hassan at TEZ. They have pretty good selection of Marble, Slabs, All sorts of stones and back splash, Very good variety.
I got pretty decent price on the pieces i was looking for.

Very good customer service experience, they went out of their way to get my order delivered quickly. I knew exactly what tiles I wanted before I went in, but their selection of tiles is quite decent, so I could probably find something nice anyways. They had Porcelanosa tiles in stock, while the Porcelanosa store nearby didn’t and delivery time was long. Granite slabs are quite nice, but I didn’t find anything that I could choose. Still, having been to many granite lots, I think the selection and prices at Tez Marble San Jose are reasonable.

Showed up at 11 am and it was closed but there was a big sign on the door that says store opens on Sunday!!! Urghh! It would be nice if it informs that it would closes on any holidays since it happened to be Father’s Day today!

I ordered tile for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Richelle was very helpful with selection and options on size, finish and materials. The tile came as per stated schedule but the shipping company broke tiles in one of the boxes. Sometimes stuff happens and the test of a supplier is how they handle the situation. The people at Tez took care of it, reordered and made it right. I will definitely work with them on my next project.

There are many granite supply stores in San Jose and surrounding areas. We finally remodeled our bathroom. By far, the easiest part of our project was working with Tez marble on Rogers Ave,! Mr. Oz was very knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t say I ever felt pressured about my purchase. We had to exchange from 8 ft. To 12 ft. So a person was sent to the supplier to make sure of the quality and color. Mr. Oz is very personable. He and the other staff do their jobs well. It’s a busy place, but you feel like your questions, concerns are addressed. I vote for Mr. Oz to get a raise! Thank you, Patty R.N.
