We provide a stimulating and developmental appropriate environment, which foster the intellectual, social and emotional, and physical developments of all children. The goal of Teacher’s Heart is to meet the developmental needs of each child by collaborating with parents and families. Every 6 months, our teachers will review children’s development using DRDP (The Desire Result Developmental Profile) and discuss with parents in formal meetings. Parents are actively involved in the program. Every month, we have a parents’ discussion meeting and talk about tips and strategies of raising healthy children. We currently have 3 teachers, all CPR/​First Aid certified. Our school currently has 8 children, aging from 7 month to 4 year old, and the ratio is exceptional because we want to make sure each child get enough attention. Business Owner

I graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering. After working in the computer industry for a couple years, I realized engineering is not what I wanted for my life time. I have always been interested in children’s development and human science. After doing serious research and talking with several senior educators, I decided to d persue my career in early childhood education.

After getting my ECE certificate from Deanza College, I am also accredited as a Master Teacher by the State. I worked at Future Assets Child Learning Center as a teaching assistant for half a year while I was in school. Then I was honored to be hired by De Anza Child Development Center, which is a model preschool in the education field. Meanwhile, I worked as a part time teacher at Children’s Corner Preschool in Mountain View.

I opened my own home based preschool on Oct. 2008. My school currently have 3 teachers and 8 children aging from 8 month to 4 year old.
