This company is personable, professional, and goes above and beyond in customer service. We had an early flight, carseats, and three small children. Our driver arrived early, helped us with everything and even chatted up our 3 and 5 year old. We also used them for our return flight. Very reliable! Everything went as Tam planned for it to go and we were so pleased to be in such good hands after a long flight late at night. We will definitely use this company again — exclusively — and tell everyone else about them.

I came across Tam Tu Go Shuttle via Unilocal.I called the top three services in the evergreen area and decided on Tam Tu Go. They were professional when they answered the phone and I was able to get a quote and book the service in minutes. Right off the bat, they were easy to deal with and very easy to communicate with (long lost skill these days if you can me). I received my courtesy call and the driver came 10 minutes early. Our scheduled pick up was 5:30 AM on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Binh was genuinely nice, professional, and very down to earth. I think we got along because we were in the same generation and maybe it was because of the American/​Asian connection. Their rate was competitive, compared to the other two in the area, and their service was superb! But the best part was that Tam called me about 4 days after they dropped us off. The found my son’s lost cell iPhone in the shuttle when it was given a car wash. Their drivers identified my kid’s pictures on the wallpaper and Tam called me to let me know I could pick it up. And because of the hectic schedule in the holidays, it wasn’t until last week that I picked it up. Again, they are easy to work with, courteous and to the point, and they really value their customer service. Their schedule books up quickly so make sure and call them to reserve your shuttle service. It really does not get any better than this!

Tam Tu Go Shuttle is a reliable transportation to get you to the airport. I called 3 weeks prior to my trip and Tam Tu Go was able to schedule a pick-​up for me. Being so busy with the packing the day before, I forgot to touch base with Tam Tu Go to make sure they will pick me up. Instead, Tam Tu Go called me and made sure of the confirmed pick-​up date, which is great! For a 7AM flight, Tam Tu Go was able to help me plan on when I should arrive the airport to be on time for my flight. The scheduled pick-​up was at 5:00AM, but I received a window call 15 minutes before and they arrived a few minutes earlier than 5:00AM, which is not a problem at all. The driver was very friendly and social to talk about current events in the news and telling me about the additional services they offer besides just an airport transportation. I would recommend Tam Tu Go Shuttle for airport transportation with their excellence in service and communication. They also have a reasonable pricing at $ 35, compared to other airport transportation that I have requested quotes going above $ 40 to San Jose Airport.

For those requiring shuttle service from San Jose, Ca to SFO… I highly recommend Tam Tu Go Shuttle.
They are PUNCTUAL, & their prices are reasonable.
An example of their outstanding service was when we had the unfortunate Crash of the Asiana Airline on 7÷6÷13.
My daughter was arriving on another flt, eta 20 mins after the Crash… & her aircraft was diverted to Oakland.
The team at Tam Tu Go called me immediately & informed me about the crash, & also the closure of SFO airport.
They then diverted all their tansportation to Oakland, keeping me informed via text/​phone about when the passengers of the diverted flts were disembarking at Oakland. Once my daughter cleared US customs (4 hours later) she called Tam Tu Go, & they had transportation waiting for her & brought her to San Jose.
This is how we measure the efficiency of a service company … the way they react to emergencies …& Tam Tu Go came out tops.
I have used this transport company for the past 2 years … & they have not disappointed me … both in Service & Price.

All the drivers are really nice and fun to talk to. They’re always early or on time, I remember I made a mistake on my flight ticket and I had to call them to rearrange it to my place in less then 15 minutes and they actually made calls to which driver is closest in my area, rushed to my place and surprisingly made it on the dot.
