This used to be a really nice Taco Bell up until a couple of years ago. I don’t know if management was replaced or the franchisee changed but it has progressively gotten worse since mid 2014. Today I stopped in at around 3pm to pick up some food on the way home from work. There was one guy in line ahead of me and one that came in right after I did. Maybe three people sitting inside eating, and a lone car in the drive thru out the window. Looked as if there were two employees, one taking orders and one making food. I stood there for ten minutes without so much as an acknowledgement that there were customers in line. They called someone up to pick up their order and something was wrong with it, needed part of it to be bagged or something. The order taking employee, instead of taking care of it right there, thought it would be better if he took the food back, bagged it five minutes later, and then took it out to the table where the lady was sitting — again, all the while not acknowledging any of us in line as he walks around us. Also guess what dude, you’re handling money, you shouldn’t be re-wrapping food. I finally just walked out. I’ve worked service jobs my whole life and that’s exactly what this location needs — some customer service. I do like how they have Halloween decorations draped over half the register counters — not only is it ridiculous and unsanitary for a food service operation — it shows how little their registers are actually used. Whomever manages this location and owns this franchise should be ashamed. What the hell happened to the fast working and professional team that used to work here?

Oh my god, let me share you guys this, I came here to order a quesarito, and when the order came, There was no fucking rice in my fucking quesarito! So i decided to record the situation and i waited for the lady to give me a refund and she said she was going to call the police on me for recording, that’s fucking bullcrap. And then i lefted. Worst Taco Bell experience ever.

The customer service here is wonderful! The employees at the register always have a smile on their faces and actually ask how my day is going. They seem like they are happy to work here. It’s always clean in the restaurant and has easy parking. And of course the food is always fresh and yummy!

Excellent costumer service at the drive thru tonight. The lady with Spanish accent was so nice and helpful that I can’t explain how wonderful she was. I wasn’t sure of the new icee drink flavors, so she offered to give me some in different cups to try the flavors. She was really nice. One of the nicest costumer service I’ve received in a drive thru. I’ll be back.

It must suck working at Taco Bell, but that definitely isn’t an excuse for a lack of customer service. The manager, Alejandra, is the rudest and most unprofessional manager I’ve encountered in a long time. I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 tacos and said«that’s it.» She then asks, «what can I get you to drink?» I declined a drink and when I got to the window, she had a frown on her face and completely spoke over me when I asked for sauce. When she was done talking, I asked for fire sauce. Instead of processing my payment and handing me my order, she talked with other employees and even took the next order before giving me my food. If she was being spiteful, I’m not sure why! Because I didn’t order a drink or because she is unhappy working for Taco Bell’s drive thru?

This place doesn’t have a drive through. But they do have a good customer service. I hardly wait to get my food.

Customer service is horrible at this location. Not once have I came here for lunch and had my order done correctly. I always wanted to write a review but I also wanted to give them another chance. Well after today’s visit, I had enough! I went through drive thru, ordered a crunch wrap and a steak quesadilla. On my way back to work I decided to have a piece of my quesadilla, I bite into it and see that it’s chicken, I check my receipt and sure enough it said steak. I thought, no worries chicken isn’t bad. Kept driving until I take a bite out of my crunch wrap supreme. From my first bite I noticed there was a clear plastic wrapper twice the size of a dollar coin. At that point I had enough, as late as I was going back to work, I turned back and went there n asked to speak to the manager. I describe my problem to her in a very nice way. She looks up at me and asks«what do you want me to do»? I looked at her and said I want a STEAK quesadilla and a new crunch wrap supreme. She didn’t even offer to make it free or give me a gift card or anything in return. Which I do not mind. I get back in the car and notice my quesadilla all messed up as if it took 10 secs to prepare it. This and countless other times where I have my order done incorrectly will be the reason why I never go back to this and any other Taco Bell.

I normally don’t eat at fast food places, but there’s always been exceptions for In-N-Out and Taco Bell. Not because I have a soft spot for their kinda food, but maybe because it’s good to eat some food that’s bad it tastes good. Plus, you can’t stop those TOTM cravings. Ordered via drive thru: Baja Blast Freeze, Doritos Locos Supreme in Nacho Cheese & Cool Ranch, Chalupa Supreme, Beef Griller and Cinnamon Twists. Happy about the new happy hour $ 1 additions(Baja Blast Freeze and Griller). Everything came out alright, not soggy or missing anything. Plus all this for under $ 10 bucks. I know it’s a lot, but I shared … don’t judge. P. S. The Baja Blast Freeze is probably one of TB’s best ideas in a while, next to their Happy Hour.

Went here since I was child, and came back to it recently. Nothing has changed. Fast and efficient and the place gives me nostalgia. It is a great place to get takeout or dine in by yourself or with friends. Nice customer service and better than a few other taco bell’s that I’ve gone to.

hMmm… okay. So I’m not sure how to review this… I’ve been here many times before(in years past). but all the things I’ve ordered have been like. a taco, or a burrito… and well. they have this $ 5 box thing now. and my little brother got it… and there was something from there that I wanted to try. So the first time I went to order. I admit. I ordered wrong. I went home and asked my little bro what it was called(they have several different boxes). I usually order mine special. — no sour cream! — which I didn’t have a problem with… The second time I went… I knew what it was called. cuz the little bro told me… so that’s what I ordered… They gave me something wrong. they gave me their New Doritos one… now. I didn’t realize until I got home… but I thought it was REALLY nice of them. cuz I forgot to tell them no sour cream(went through drive-thru)… and they remade the ones with sour cream for me…(this is why I gave them 3-stars as opposed to two). but they did get my order wrong… so… I don’t know how I feel… The first time I went. I did ask them about the boxes… and I am taking it as my misunderstanding on my end. cuz I wasn’t sure which one I wanted… but the second time?(my little brother even went to their website to make sure he told me the right thing… and he did!)… I guess the customer service is nice… but… they did get my order wrong…

Should you really desire fast food, especially Mexican fast food. Well If you ever get that craving but want the best it can be. This one and another off of mission is worthy of your stomach lining. Regardless of how good it taste you will always feel like you ate crap after because our bodies weren’t meant to process this kinda food. Anyways, if you live close or just driving by. This one I recommend. Been going there since I was 10. Never got sick. But seriously go get something healthy. Your body will thank you.

Yeah it’s taco bell so you can’t really expect much but you can expect them to at least be competent enough to make a taco. Our cashier was«Kiki» who was extremely rude. I understand you work at Taco Bell but you don’t have to be so effin rude — I didn’t make you work at Taco Bell and take my order that was your choice. Secondly they messed up our order which I didn’t notice until we got home. My BF got ranchero chicken soft tacos which apparently they don’t make anymore but they can add the avocado sauce for extra $. So my boyfriend asked for that with NO tomatoes. And a supreme taco. Got home and no avocado sauce & they charged us extra for tomatoes but didn’t put any tomatoes on the tacos. and they gave us a regular taco not a supreme. So drive back and they are closed inside so we have to wait in a really long line in the drive thru. They fix our order with no apology whatsoever. But it’s Taco Bell and they suck so why should I expect any type of customer service? Oh and btw saw«Kiki» cleaning the inside and literally wipes down the tables with one swipe– doesn’t even get the whole table wiped down and walks away. Awesome.

Rule of thumb, if you mess with my Taco Bell you die. Taco Bell is that cute girl in high school that all your friends gave you crap for, but deep down inside you knew she was the one all along. Ok I’m not saying anything at all about this place being the best at what they do, but for some reason me and my particular friends enjoy quite a bit of «Taco Bizzle» from time to time(lately it’s been once a week). We have this odd thing amongst guy friends that when we get to Taco Bell, theres always this fraternal instinct to try to show off how much you can eat. That usually goes horriblly wrong and like a whole thing of nachos, 4 tacos, and hell even a Chalupa will slip by to that one guy that didn’t order anything all night. I’ve forged quite a bit of fond memories eating at nice places, but Taco Bell has been there since high school for me and I love her oh so very much. Also yes I will comment on it being awesome drunk food. Ok there. But yes to me, Taco Bell is the fast food chain to rule them all. Order fresco style on your tacos. It’s health conscious and way better for you. Yums too. 5⁄5 yums Happy Eating! Chris PS. I typically order the Nachos Bell Grande combo with a Spicy Chicken Burrito on the side. One time I did however eat 10“fresco” tacos by myself. True story.
