This is the subway nearest to my house. Over the last year, the quality over here has been steadily deteriorating. The bread tastes old and they are always out of some vegetables. For example, today when I stepped in they said they are out of avacado. Once the servings at this location was very generous. But now they have become very stingy. Also it seems as if the servers are no longer interested in doing their job. They look grumpy and act as if they are doing us a favor when putting together a sub.

I’ve been to this Subway twice this week. I thought it was my own fault the server was rude the first time. My second and final visit, however, I found that it was just the service. They were very skimpy on my vegetables today. I asked for everything once my sandwich was toasted. I received no banana peppers, no olives and about ¼ of the lettuce needed for the footlong. When I asked for the banana peppers, olives and a little more lettuce, the server added the banana peppers/olives no problem but the lettuce was another story… She picked up a handful and semi just threw it at the sandwich, absolutely DROWNING the sandwich in lettuce in the process. I can understand having bad days — no problem. We all have them. However, customer service really does go a long way toward keeping me as a customer, and I am officially never going to go to this Subway again. I suggest you do the same.

I will never go this Subway again due to the poor customer service by the two Indian women that work there! They really need to hire people that are more friendly! These women do not know how to talk or treat customers! They will never get one more dime from me! The only reason I gave the one star was that their soda machine was not broken!

My boyfriend hates this subway with a passion, I thought he was just being picky, I mean Subway is Subway, how bad could it be. OH, ITGETSWORSTTTHERE! Came in, Indian lady greeted us(not too bad right, I was kinda happy to prove him wrong). I ordered 2 sandwiches, they were having the promotion of some sort for those 2. There was NOONEELSE but us, but she was rushing us through our order. I swear I am not racist, my uncle is Indian! She didn’t even use«excuse me, would you like…» or any basic customer service questions, but rather Rude Indian B*****: «bread? cheese? toasted…» After my sandwiches were toasted, she goes«veggie?» Me: yes, onion…(not even done with my sentence with«please») Rude Indian B*****: DONE?(ok, WTF?!) Me: cucumber Rude Indian B*****: putting 5 pieces of onion. DONE? Me: green pepper Rude Indian B*****: putting literally 5 pieces of green pepper, I COUNTED! «DONE?» Me: can I have more green pepper please? Rude Indian B*****: add 2 more pieces!(wow, that generosity) DONE? Me: spinach Rude Indian B*****: you can’t add more than 1 veggie… bla bla bla(I can’t understand anything she said, but I think she was saying I can’t add something, psh I couldn’t care less at this point. Also note, I had the same sandwich, same promotion the day before, with the same veggie add-ons, so don’t try to bullshit on me). DONE? Me: Creamy sriracha sauce! Rude Indian B*****: DONE? Me: yes.(I have killed her a 10 times for every DONE she asked already in my head) My bf was watching that the whole time so he just went with«everything» with a smile because he proved me wrong! This is not even a 1 star place, it’s a 0 star! Bottom line: I am filing a complaint to corporate. Period.

Every time I come here the lady are so sweet and nice to me. Often we are so quick to criticize others on how they treat us when you should really consider how you treat others. I think people tend to forget there’s a slight culture difference but you just got to take it for what it’s worth and be polite.

AVOIDTHISPLACE! There’s a reason why chain restaurants usually turn to shit end up with a bad wrap. Most subway chains are purchased by Indians looking to go into business. I get it… really I do. But you can’t open a business and cram your friends and family members in there to work that have absolutely no sanitary standards what so ever! I witnessed the rude Indian lady sneeze into her hand, do a half a second finger tip wash, wipe off on her shirt, sniffle and apply gloves. It was obvious she had a cold. This was all after I was half way done with a sandwich my brother ordered for me while I was on the way. He probably didn’t see any of that due to his face glued to his iPhone. So here I am…2 days later sniffling. I keep myself very clean, my work area is clean, I stay away from anyone sick. Coinsedence? No. This establishment is very unsanitary. I also saw her topping off produce with her bare hands and sweater sleeves coming bin contact with the lettuce. Shut this place down. And tell her to fix her attitude while she’s at it.

Does the job. Always clean. Staff is friendly. What more can you ask out of a subway?

So, after reading the reviews I almost feel like it’s unnecessary for me to comment, but I still would like to add my two cents. So I got a six-inch meatball today and asked for everything on it. The lady tells me that nothing comes on the meatball but I could have 2 or 3 toppings if I wanted. I’ve never heard of this before. I ask for lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles, and she puts down a seriously paltry portion of the first two on the sandwich. I was a bit annoyed and thought better not to pursue it with my daughter there. In the end, the food tasted fine but still left a bad taste in my mouth.

Even though, this subway is next to home. Literally! The last time I went. We order about three sandwiches + chips and cookies. The Indian lady yells at my dad for not picking fast enough for the cookies. Dude you’ll lose business if you yell. They charge to much. Last time I got charged $ 15 dollars on a foot long with extra meat. Like WTF? I would never come to this subway ever. Ever go to the great mall subway and eat there or eat Togo’s by morrill!

I have to say I have only been here during early morning hours for breakfast, usually around 7:30am. The staff at the hour have been very friendly. Parking is easy, usually no lines, and it is very clean.

Fast and friendly service, both are a plus for me. Went here during lunch time, before the rush. They are generous with the toppings which i was happy about. Location is clean. Plenty of parking too.

Been coming here because it’s close to work, but today is my last day at this location. Even though they skimp on the meat a little, I thought it was worth the convenience. The shorter older lady who’s notorious for skimpy sandwiches, got my club sub and she put one piece of meat side by side, not even half stacking them. I also got 4 little pieces of cheese and could barely taste the sandwich. If I wanted a veggie sandwich stacked with lettuce, I would have asked for it. I’ve also in the past gotten a meatball sandwich from the same lady with hardly any sauce on it! The service here is fast… I guess it can be when you don’t put a lot of toppings on your sandwiches!

I HATETHISPLACE. the workers here are fake and bitchy especially the indian lady. i’m not being racist or anything, but from all the times i’ve been there, there has always been that indian lady and a mexican lady. the indian lady gives you so much attitude, and the mexican lady thinks everything they fuck up on is okay as long as she smiles at you. so far, the workers SUCK. they barely give you any meat here. i ordered the buffalo chicken, and the indian lady put in only enough chicken to fill half the foot long. this was just about when i had it with this place. i usually get tuna at this place, and they would give me a decent amount. it’s been a while since i came back here, but i would always try to secretly avoid this place unless my friend wants to come here cos it’s the closest one in his area. i honestly think this place should be shut down. they rather waste money on paper trays to hold tiny bits of chicken to make it seem like they put a lot of chicken in your sandwich by using 3 trays. their veggies are gross too, they look like they are from the 50’s. their veggies are dry and colorless. when ever i eat my sandwich, i feel like i’m just eating bread, cheese and paper. THISPLACESUCKS, I DON’T EVERWANTTOCOMEBACK.

WORSTSUBWAYINTHEBAY. I seriously stopped going to subway after this experience… Ordered my sandwich like usual. But the Indian lady making my sandwich had HELLA bracelets on both her forearms. as she was making my sandwhich. It touched the lettuce and i said…“Im sorry, your bracelets touched my food… Can you have somebody else make me another one?“ and she said«sorry its my religion»(WTF?) didn’t take em off… ended up having another person make my sandwhich but she puts less of everything on it… wow? really? I do understand its your religion. but we have certain regulations in the food industry; hair ties, gloves, washing your hands, jewelery !!!

So I just went to this Subway less then 20 minutes ago but it prompted me to Unilocal about it. Gave it two stars only because 1: Subways is Subways, it’ll taste good everywhere and 2: it was close to home. I should slap myself for comparing what I got to what the menu pictures it should be(advertising I know), but damn, my sub was thin as hell. I’ll probably drop by this place a few more times during my search for another Subways but that’ll probably be it. Also, I WATCHED one of the ladies drop the cutting knife by accident, she saw it, I saw it, and she looks at me and smiles. She then picks it up and puts it back to her work station to be used again… W.T.F.

This is one of the worst Subways I have ever been to. They are very cheap and all the reviews here can prove it. If you’re looking to get WATERTOGO, then do not come to this Subway! I asked for water, and they gave me a couresty cup, which is fine. I asked for a lid, because I needed to drive home with it. After explaining this to about 3 people(because none of them speak English) they proceeded to tell me that the lids could be found at the self-serve beverage station. Of course, the ones there were too big. They told me my only other option was to pay $ 1.69 for a cup if I wanted a lid. In previous visits, they have also charged my credit card when I told them I wanted to use my Subway points card(as another Unilocaler said) and then said it was too late to reverse it. They are rude, and speak to each other in something other than English which makes customers uncomfortable. I used to come in here every once in a while, but will be going to a different Subway from now on instead.

Okay, so 1 star only because it is subway. I come here to gain more points on my subway card and I just hit the point where I am able to buy a sandwich. Well I came here to just add more subway points not purchase a sandwich. I clearly told the two ladies about 2 times. I go to the register and she tells me «Okay, thank you.» Um, wth?! Did you just seriously charge me when I clearly told you two times about my card? I was so furious you guys! She rudely told me «Well, there’s nothing you can do about it now.» Then she turns to her left and starts talking in Punjab to her co-worker. HOWRUDE. Seriously, I am not a mean person. Your lucky I didn’t post both of your guys’ names on here. My favorite Sub to get is the subway club, btw :)

I’ve been to this subway twice(since I was in the neighborhood) — usually I go to other subways. The first time I went I noticed that they skimped on the everything(meat and veggies). No problem, it was that day or that worker. I went a couple of days ago and noticed that the guy in front had a wrap that barely had anything on it. He asked for extra meat and said he’d pay for it. When my turn came up, I got the foot long tuna. Other subways put four good scoops of Tuna. This place used three okay scoops. Then when it came to the lettuce and tomatoes it was very little. The sandwich looked like the ones Quizno’s use to make fun of Subway in their commercials. Maybe the business isn’t that good so the owner(who is always at the register) is just trying to save a little bit of money. It’s not too bad, but you can definitely notice a difference compared to other Subways.

I always get a sandwich to go from this place. $ 5 dollar footlongs yeeee. This place is healthy for you right? Like Jared losing like hundreds of pounds. The Spicy Italian, and the Chicken bacon ranch are my favorite sandwiches but they are less healty. If you want a healthy sub, get the roast beef.
