Came in for an oil change to my 2005 Camry. There was no line and they were just done servicing a few cars.
The mechanic told me it was going to take about 35 mins to do a regular oil change. I was out of there in like 25.
Great staff, great service.
My family has been taking our cars here for years without too much complaint.
I don’t know how well they are with other services but if you just need a quick oil change on a random Friday afternoon, this might be a good place to check out.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, but you can’t write a review without clicking one. I was horrified to find out that my family members had such a hard time retrieving their beloved dogs from an employee from this place! With the help of the manager here, they gave my family nothing but grief. Told them they weren’t getting them back, manager went as far as to laugh in their face. I’m a business owner in the Evergreen area and I also have dogs that I love like family. I would never try to keep someone’s beloved pet. The manager also told them that it’s their fault that the dogs got out and they were not going to get them back. Shame on the manager and employees at Speedee oil change! I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody I know nor any of my clients use your business! Nothing got resolved until corporate was called and forced them to give the dogs back and only because of all the calls and bad reviews being posted.

Holding two lost dogs captive and refusing to give back to the owner when the owners come looking. Horrible set of morals for the workers at this facility! Give the dogs back to the appropriate owners!!! Manager gave the dogs to an employee and are refusing to give the family dogs back to the owners!
I will never go to a SpeeDees if this is the type of business they do! Boycott SpeeDees!!!

They said they don’t take fleet cards and sent me away. That shouldn’t make a difference. Weird that an auto mechanic shop doesn’t. Never had that happen at any other place I have been

Way overdue post. I had gone in for an oil change. I ended up getting a few fluids flushed. I knew it was time. Within a week I noticed all of my coolant had leaked out. I wasn’t sure what was going on. I took the car back since I had just flushed the fluids and wondered if maybe something was wrong on their end. The manager, Uriel Chavez, went above and beyond trying to solve the problem. Turns out it was part of a hose. He had a worker go get the part, replace it and sent me on my way. Great service!

Got to the place. was not greeted by anybody not after 10 mins. waited for an hour for them to start working on my car when there was no car on the ramp that theyre working on. The whole management needs to be replaced. Awful service.

Quick service and they showed us what else should be taken care of without pressuring us to do it there. Prices are a little higher than some other places but there’s always a coupon online when I go and the location is convenient.

The mechanic threw a hissy fit because I asked him to go back and vacuum my car. He kept going on and on about how it’s supposed to be «complimentary» and how he didn’t have to do this. The sign clearly says vacuum included. He didn’t even check my tire pressure or my fluids or anything! He literally did the oil change and was done in less than 10 mins… which is nice; but I really love the inspection so that I’m aware of any issues my car may have. the women at the front counter is always nice and knowledgeable…
I would of given more starts by honestly. every time i come in. rarely do i get my vacuum or even window cleaning! Which is all clearly stated that it comes with

Don’t know who owns this place or if they read these reviews but I had to comment anyway. Hours of operation until 4p on Sunday. I pulled up at 3:34p and they said they were closing and would not take anymore business. This place must be making a shit ton of money to turn away current and now any future business from me. I worked in retail at one time and could not imagine telling customers that although we are open until 4p you have to leave at 3:30. Went down the street to Winchester Auto and changed the oil myself. Not rocket science.

i will never come back to get my car serviced here ever again. I went for a routine oil change for which was overpriced. then the service mechanic went on to tell me additional work that need to be done. So i took the list to my personal mechanic and told me there was nothing wrong with the issues the other guy addressed to me. then he proceeded to ask me why i went there in the first placed and i told him for the oil changed and then showed me that nothing had been done to my car; everything stilled looked dirty. So I ended up having to pay for another oil change, but also ended up saving $ 250 on the supposed work that need to be done.

First and last time here. I called ahead to get a quote for their labor cost, $ 110 hourly, and it would take two hours to swap out my oil pan/​gasket that I have bought online, $ 75.99 for 5W40 synthetic oil change. Okay, that’s a reasonable price. I came in and got a different quote $ 250 labor + $ 85.99 for 5W40 synthetic oil change. Hmm. Slightly different prices bit it’s still within my budget.
Donald and his team told me it’ll take them two hours. I left my car with them at 10:20 AM and went to Starbucks to read. Came back at 1PM and they’ve told me that I needed specialty bolts to hold the oil pan up from Audi and it’ll cost $ 60. I didn’t have a choice as they’ve already swapped out the oil pan; just needed the bolts to tighten all the parts together. Very well. Additional $ 60 it is.
With all the quotes, when I was billed, they wanted to charge me $ 290 for labor, $ 85.99 oil only + $ 30 labor for oil change & 17 points inspection, and $ 60 bolts. And it’s 3:48 PM. I’ve been here over 5 hours and the prices keeps piling up. No! No! No! That’s completely crap. The cashier saw that I was upset so she refunded the difference (-$ 40) and give me -$ 30 off. My total came out to $ 376.14 + over five hours wasted, sitting in their office. If they had known that it’ll take longer, they could’ve mentioned it so I can go grab food. Instead, I kept getting «it’ll be another 20 mins and we’ll be done» x 3. Maybe it was more than three times bc I lost count.
On top of that, there was another older white employee (probably manager?) smoking inside the garage; where they change oil and plenty of flammable products around. How is that up to code or safe?!
As I sat there for that amount of time, I noticed that ⁷⁄₁₀ customers where charged with additional services or were sold on extra products that they don’t even need. Ridiculously hustling people.
After finally getting my car, the interior wasn’t even vacuum. It’s a freakin’ TT; two seaters, you only need to vacuum the front small space. This makes me wonder if they’re just marking things of as completed when they’re not even done at all. 17 points inspection my butt! What load of bullcrap!
Never coming back here and I don’t suggest any one supporting this type of unethical business.

I have tried their services a few times over the years… sometimes good and sometimes very bad. Always polite but seem to get that feeling they are trying to sell me something I do not need.
They have gone through many changes of management, so your experience could be totally different.

–I got an oil change here for the first time and doing it without a parent as well.
–The woman at the front desk was very nice and walked me through what to do.
–Theyre kind of a pricey place but with a coupon it was reasonable. their oil change package is considered fancier and they even vaccum your floors and top off some fluid if applicable. Normally I pay $ 25 so I dodnt think it was too bad.
–I have read in reviews that they will try to recommend you more services which costs more $$$. They do. As long as you tell them you just want what you’ve come for it’ll be fine.
I would definitely come here again!

Took an hour and half just to get my oil change and I had to pay way more than I should have.

Do not bother coming here. The workers here are rude and unprofessional. He decided to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car out loud in front of everybody in there and then walked me out to my car and showed me a oil everywhere on my engine. even though I looked under my hood before I went over to them. So it looks like they are scammers! Went to other mechanics and they said they literally spilled oil on top of my engine… To make it look like something was wrong. Wow. Thanks. DO NOT GO HERE BEWARE !!!

They didn’t seem to know what they where doing.
Basically refused to rotate my tires because he doesn’t rotate his in the winter… duh fu?
Forgot to put window fluid in, and said they would call when finished but that never happened. I wouldn’t go back.

I’m so mad about this place. I come in to get an oil change and my spark plugs changed. The guy told me that it would cost $ 230 for it all. Uh. What?! They wanted to charge me $ 80 for the spark plugs that I was able to buy at Oreilys for $ 60 and then charge me $ 150 for labor on a job that I know only takes 30 minutes. So I told them just to do the oil change.
When I get back to pick up my car they told me that I had a blown head and it was causing leaking. If it was blown then oil would be mixed with the coolant which would’ve been very obvious.
This guy is also trying to play genius and told me I need fully synthetic oil for my Volkswagen. WRONG. Unless a car comes out of a dealership with synthetic oil it does not need it. I’ve owned my car for 10 years and am positive with what type of oil it takes.
Granted they didn’t know what they were talking about. That’s understandable. But on top of all of that they were completely degraded my knowledge because I’m a women and treating me like an idiot. I understand my car and I did not have them give me an oil change with a side of bitterness.
Let’s just say I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They try to over charge you and are completely rude when you don’t accept their ridiculous prices.

This place has a fairly quick turnaround time. Although, that’s cause their prices are a little higher than most. They’re fairly friendly, good service and they do try to up sell you but aren’t as aggressive as other places.
Mostly I come here because it’s near where I live, it’s convenient, and fast. They do recognize issues fairly quickly… and are fairly good as explaining to someone who is not car savvy.

Came here the other day for an oil change in my civic, but sadly I have to say that their customer service is going downhill.
While waiting in their waiting room for my car’s service to be finished, many of the mechanics were yelling at the front desk lady for paperwork, keys, etc. They just didn’t show any sign of respect for each other as employees, and certainly didn’t care if we heard them. Once my car was finished, the mechanic who was speaking to me about my vehicle yelled at the service lady AGAIN while right next to me about paperwork for my car. Then he proceeded to talk to me like I didn’t know anything that was going on with my car. Although I am a woman, I know a thing or two about cars… I used to really like coming to this place because the mechanics were honest, provided quick oil change service, and were respectful to each other and customers. That’s not the case anyone. Bye Speedee, that’s the last time I bring my service here!
