Tyler was great, punctual and easy to work with. He tinted the large windows in my condo’s living room to a semi-​reflective 30% and it has greatly alleviated the glare problem I was having. The tint is also rated to cut out 99% of UV rays, so it’s a great insurance to know that my furniture and floor will be protected from fading.

I called around looking for someone to tint the windows of my salon. I got various responses from various companies with a general quote. When Tyler at South Bay Window Filming called, he made a point to come out to my site and really understand my needs. I went from thinking I needed to blackout my windows to getting a really nice UV reflecting film.
The job was done quickly and the price was affordable. I would highly recommended giving them a call!

South Bay Window Filming does super work! We’ve had the owner, Tyler, out twice now — first to do UV film on our upstairs windows, and then to do a lighter film on our downstairs windows.
We love that we don’t have to worry anymore about our floors or items in the windows getting faded over time by the sun, and it helps keep the house cool in the summer.
I’m super picky about lighting and was slightly worried when we first started looking into it that the rooms would look too dark and gloomy. Tyler did a great job of assuaging my fears and showing me samples. I really don’t even notice that the windows are filmed — still plenty of light, just less heat and UV!
Tyler is also super responsive and a genuinely nice guy. The prices are very reasonable and he doesn’t mind driving out to more remote areas.
5 stars for sure!

I don’t write many reviews on Unilocal but this company is highly recommended! Tyler, the owner is a very honest and a responsive to email and texts. He is a person who you can trust to get the work done correctly. I had a high triangular window with multiple panels which needed the 20 year old bubbly tint removed before installing the new film. Prices and quality can’t be beat!
