Rude customer service, cheap glass. had to replace the downstem three to four times due to very light falls (not even on hard floors) actual water pipe broke twice!!! It was just poor quality. When I came in with my complaints they were totally rude. They aren’t even professional with their prices, and everything is so overpriced. They just type in a price and then they send you off. I went in to buy a small grinder, like one to two inches wide. THIRTY DOLLARS!!! I negotiated it down to 20 but that’s still just so ridiculous… I’m not coming back here again, that’s for sure.

Good customer service. Friendly staff. One complaint though, these guys do not open their shop per the hours listed. Twice I have been here before 10 am and they are still not open.

Rude customer service. They don’t even know their own prices on their own merchandise. They had to ask each other to confirm a price that was way too much for tobacco. They never even scan the product just enter it in and say how much the final cost. Advoid this place!!!

Ill tell you right now, this is the one stop smoke shop. Amazing customer service, paired with great glass, and compassionate prices, makes for an unbeatable experience. This is a great smoke shop, and i would recomend it to all of my fellow glass lovers!

The guy there was very friendly and tried to help us in any way he could. The shop is a little small but they still have a pretty good selection of glass pieces. In the end he ended up giving us a very generous discount for the piece we wanted. Definitely going to be coming back in the future!

Don’t usually write reviews but my visit here was awesome I just had to write one. First of all alex gives great customer service he really cares for the customer and makes sure that everyone leaves happy. The prices at the shop are so reasonable compared to other shops that it’s a no brainer deciding if you should come here. He hooked me up with an awesome vape pen and was patient on showing all the cool details about the pen. I really appreciated his help and I recommend this place 100%

I called this place over the phone and Alex said he had the stuff I needed and that he would take care of me. I stopped by after work and Alex was really cool and helped me with everything I needed. I had no idea I was getting ripped off at other places until I walked into this shop. I’m a hookah fan and this place gives great deals on shisha, coals, etc. for the best price! Alex is nice and useful to all customers. Highly recommended for head shop seekers that want a reasonable bargain.
