Established in 2010.

Established in 2010 as an IT consulting company. The increasing demand from our clients for quality designed websites that were not only attractive but met the functional business needs for our clients led us to start supporting those marketing and systems objectives. This was the perfect intersection of skills for our founder Chad Lukens who majored in Fine Arts at the University of Oregon and has been in I.T. support professional since 1998

Chad Graduated from the University Of Oregon with a major in Fine Arts. He quickly fell into IT support as a carrer. Working his way up to systems administrator he started his own IT consulting company. The demand for business’s to have a holistic web presence that incorporated good visual design as well as business functionality lead him to start E2C Marketing.
