History

Established in 2001.

Ricky Adams aka Silly Ricky the clown has been juggling and twisting balloon animals since he was in grammar school. When he became of age to work, he too a job with the city of Morgan hill as a lead recreation specialist hosting birthday party packages, summer camps and holiday events. This wasn’t enough for Ricky as he wanted to give more to his community and take his talents to the next step. Silly rickys juggling and fun was created and silly Ricky has been wowing and entertaining children and parents with his silly balloon twisting and amazing juggling shows all around san jose bay area and northern California.

We had Silly Ricky perform at our child’s third birthday party. We signed up for the 1 h package as we didn’t expect the 2 – 5 yr old kids to sit around for too long. The show was interactive, fun and engaging. All our guests, including adults enjoyed the show and the kids loved the balloon twisting. Silly Ricky is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend him!

We hired Ricky for 1.5 hours for our son’s first birthday. We celebrated in Athidhi restuarant’s banquet hall. There were approximately 20 — 25 kids. Rick did juggling tricks, balloon twisting and some very engaging games with the kids.
He was amazing with them, the kids were super engaged the whole time. It took them about 3 – 4 minutes to warm up to his style and once they did, they did not want the show to end. In fact my 5 yr old son wanted me to find out where Rick lived, so he could go there and ask him for more balloon twisted toys.
His demeanor was very friendly, he came to the venue on time. Prior to booking he was responsive in emails (not so much on the phone, but undestandable as it was a weekend)
I will highly recommend Rick for parties with kids under 12 – 13 yrs of age.

We had silly Ricky for my son’s 1st birthday and he was great. We had kids from age groups 1 to 13yrs of age and every kid and even adults enjoyed him and the show. The best thing is that he involves the kids to participate, so they feel really special. Will definitely keep him in mind for my next boys’ bdays!

We asked Silly Ricky to juggle at my son’s second birthday and he was excellent. First, he came 15 mins early to setup, and stayed well over the time that we agreed on. Our guests were late and he was flexible and went above and beyond.
The kids loved the show, which was fun and engaging. He also does balloon twisting and flames (just kidding about the flames, but it would be a nice upgrade)
Last but not least, his prices are the best that we have found and he is extremely easy to deal with and very responsive.
We highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again.

Silly Ricky performed at my 11 and 9 year old daughters’ birthday party. We opted for the hour show which consisted of a half hour juggling and half hour of balloon twisting. He arrived on time and set up rather quickly. He was well prepared and all our guests enjoyed the juggling and balloon twisting. Both of my girls were able to participate in his show as well as a few other children. We had kids ranging from 1 – 12 years of age and Silly Ricky was able to keep them all entertained. The parents were also laughing and enjoying his show. Several children were asking their parents if Silly Ricky can go to their party so he definitely was a hit. He was the perfect choice for our carnival themed party.

Following up with Silly for almost two weeks now. Called him few times, left voice message, even texted him but still no response. Strange to see such an un professional behaviour from someone who is rated so high. Will definately not recommend him to any of my friends. Left him a voice message that i am rating him low but still no return back.

I Invited silly Ricky to my son’s 7th Birthday party at Anderson County park 5 weeks ago and he did not disappoint! The kids (Of all ages) we’re very engaged in his show. I opted for the 1 ½ hour package which was a juggling show, balloon twisting and games. The adults, myself included also enjoyed him very much. I Highly recommend him and in fact now have to hire him again in July as my 4 year old insists that «silly Ricky» is at her party as well and I’m looking forward to it as well!

Silly Ricky was awesome! I had 32 3 – 8 year olds at my sons 7th birthday today and he went above and beyond my expectations. I’ve hired other entertainers in the past and honestly, I am 100% satisfied with Silly Ricky’s performance, price and professionalism. He was great with keeping the children’s attention and keeping them entertained. Some entertainers over due the «clown» appearance but Silly Ricky’s outfit was just right! Last year we had a couple kids who wouldn’t participate and clung to their parents in fear! That was not the case this year at all. Silly Ricky’s juggling ct, balloon twisting and games were totally inviting and fun to be a part of. I highly recommend booking him for a kids party. I will definitely be referring him in the future.

«I thought that when he did his juggling, that was cool. All his tricks were funny, from everything he can do. Something else, Silly Ricky kept calling my brother up because he was the birthday boy and he let him pick more kids to help do the project. You should get Silly Ricky to do your birthday, too. We had our daughter’s 7th birthday today! We had Ricky over for 1.5 hours, in a room full of about 25 kids. Everybody had so much fun! Ricky is really talented and funny and the kids were all focused and engaged. The adults had fun too! Juggling, balloons, spinning plates… very entertaining. Kids participated too. My daughter had so much fun she wants Ricky for her next birthday too :) highly recommended.

Silly Ricky is a great entertainer! He was hired for my cousin’s children’s birthday party recently. He juggled, cracked age appropriate jokes, and made some really awesome balloon animals. He kept the children thoroughly entertained and they had a lot of fun. I wish there were someone like him when I had birthday parties as a kid.

Silly Ricky was so entertaining! I had 23 kids that attended my son’s 6th birthday and he was able to keep them entertained the entire 1 ½ hours. I had kids between the ages of 2 – 14 and they all loved it. They were laughing and participating in all his juggling acts and games. He was pleasant and kept a smile on the entire time. Thank you for making Noah’s birthday such a special day.

Silly Ricky entertained 20 kids at my sons birthday party. He was AMAZING! He had kids from ages 4 – 8 completely mesmerized for his entire show. They also loved the balloons. He also had all the adults stopping and watching as well. We did the 2 hour package and it was worth it He has a great sense of humor and was very interactive. I would definitely recommend him!

Silly Ricky did an outstanding job entertaining not only the kids but also the adults that were watching from the sidelines back row at my son’s 1st birthday party. We had kids that ranged from 3 to 13 and all really enjoyed his performance. Even his music was jamming! Silly Ricky is very responsive and accommodating. I asked for 30 mins juggling and 30 mins of interactive games and the kids loved every minute of it! I highly recommend hiring Silly Ricky for entertaining kids of any and all ages! G

We love Silly Ricky! We hired him for a 2-​hour show for our daughter’s 1st birthday in March 2011. At first we were skeptical on how he could entertain a banquet room of 135 guests but he was a hit! He had the attention of all the kids and the adults. At first I thought he would do his show and games on the dance floor with only the kids. I was surprised when the entire party stopped so the adults could also watch. He engaged every guest to participate and was very entertaining. He’s funny too. To the kids he was Silly Ricky, for the adults he was Slick Rick.
He made balloons, played games, did tricks, and more. He was very professional and responded to our e-​mails and calls promptly. He was also very easy to work and communicate with. He brings his own credit card transaction machine so you could pay with your card onsite!
We highly recommend him and would hire him again for our other parties.

Silly Ricky the Clown was a great entertainer for our little girl’s First Birthday Party. He was very professional and on time! His rates are reasonable too. The kids loved him and all our guests raved about how funny he was.
I think the age group that enjoyed him the most was 3 years old to 7 years old, as the younger toddlers couldn’t really interact, and the older kids just weren’t as amused. But, he was definitely a hit! We ordered two hours — one hour of performance (broken up into two sections — jugging then balloons) and one hour of games. The performance was really cute, funny and interactive. The games section was tons of fun for the kids. I’ll be calling him again for our next party!!!
