History

Established in 1985.

Sada & Associates was started by Sami Sada, in Castro Valley, California. Two years later bussiness expanded to a point where a second office was opened in San Jose area. In early 1990, Sada & Associates main office moved to down town San Jose. In 1993 one more office was opened in Modesto to cover Stanislaus, Merced and Frenso Counties. Later that year a third office was opened in Sacramento to cover surrounding counties.

Today Sada & Associates has three offices that cover the area from Fresno to Sacramento and the entire Bay Area, including Monterey Bay.

Business Owner

In 1983 Sami Sada left his position with a large engineering company in San Francisco, to become a commercial real estate broker with Century 21 GW in Castro Valley, California. After two years in sales, he realized how little most most Realtors knew about valuating income properties. In early 1985, he decided to study how to evaluate income properties. Later that year, he started getting many requests from investors and other Realtors, to price different properties. By the end of 1985, Sami Sada had started a small appraisal company to service the few accounts he had. Within one year, his appraisal business has grown to a point where it overtook sales. Since then, Sada & Associates has grown to a multiple offices company.
