Got a call from Erica from corporate office. She sent me working invite link, and promised to honor coupon price. Very impressed by quick response. Will up to 5 stars if birthday goes through smoothly.

We had my daughter’s 7^th birthday party here. Every step in the process from beginning to end was great. We walked in and a staff member happily game us a tour and answered all our questions. Lots of nice waiting areas/​couches for parents. We signed-​up on the spot and scheduled our party date for Sat, June 4^th. A week before the party, our party host called us to finalize our order/​arrangements. On the day of our party, our host checked-​in all our party guests (19 jumpers). Our party was well organized & our hostesses was very pleasant and on point. The kids had a blast… lots of jumping, climbing, dodge ball, pizza & cake. My daughter had so much fun with all her friends. What more could any parent ask for. Thank you Rockin’ Jump staff!
Tips: we signed up for the first party time slot of the day (10am) which turned out great since everything was super clean and prior to the afternoon rush. We also booked room 3 which is the biggest party room (4 tables). Rooms 1 – 2 are a little smaller (3 tables).
Suggestion for improvement: while there are staff members monitoring each of the play areas to make sure the kids are safe, there’s no security to ensure kids don’t leave the facility without their guardian. You have to keep a close eye on your kid (s) every minute which can be tough with such open/​divided play areas. Would be great if the facility had matching security bands for the kids & parents and a staff member at the door to check it before a kid could leave.

We had our son’s 5^th birthday party here and the staff was great! Very organized, helpful, and accommodating from the time we decided to have the party to the actual day of the event. Our party hostess Maria was fabulous! (Thank you Maria for being such a big help!!).
Would totally recommended!

I stopped in to check things out and grab info about what the buzz is about and how birthday parties go. I was surprised by how professional the staff was for the type of environment it was.
I was taken around the center by kind young man. We was very knowledgeable about the games, safety and best hours for me to come back with my family for our 1^st jump.
All in all it was a good informational visit and I look forward to coming back with my whole family soon !

Had my kid’s birthday party here. The staff was very attentive, especially when one of the kids in the party got hurt. I was very surprised by the staff and how much they paid attention to the kids, making sure it stays as safe as possible.
They have a «party planner» waiting to greet you and your guests and they even set up the room with the decorations we brought. And they let your party have their own private dodge ball round, too!
The food’s not that bad, either :)
I would definitely recommend having your party here – it’s quick, easy and super fun for the kids!

Brought my kids here serval times. Love that the kids are stoked every time we come. A few things
–u have to buy their socks or save ones from previous visit
–parking sucks. The parking lot is really small.
–with all the body heat it’s gets HUMID!
Make sure to bring water. Every time my kids are asking for water

We came for a tots jump session on a weekday morning and had a great experience. Parking was easy. Check-​in was easy, and the place wasn’t too crowded. I love that they cater specifically for young kids.
Lockers with combination locks are provided and there are tables and chairs for you to eat your snacks/​lunch at. The place seemed clean enough (though a little smelly) and the trampolines themselves were in very good condition.
You have to wear their socks (which cost $ 2.50 a pair) no matter how old you are, but you can keep them and reuse them, and to be honest, I prefer that to having people jump in either bare feet or in their own dirty socks!
$ 15 for me and one child to bounce for 2hrs, plus $ 3 for my second child (both under 5yrs old).
My only criticism was the one miserable member of staff on duty the day we went. One lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful, the other one was just downright miserable!
We will definitely be back!

Just had a birthday party here today. It was a nice party. I just have one big complaint. This place was PACKED. Our hostess was nice and the kids had as much fun as they could have. But I don’t think this facility limits the people they let in. They had three birthday parties the same time as ours along with Letting in other jumpers. Way too packed. I would recommend a party here only if they can fix their overcrowding issue. It was 400 dollars for 10 kids to jump with two extra pizzas. The socks are not included in the package so you pay an extra 2.50 per kid for socks. Too pricey and overcrowded. There are better options for birthday parties. I won’t completely bash it because the staff was nice and the kids had fun. Was it worth the money? Definitely not.

Amazing hospitslity. Came to ask about a possible party I might’ve hosted here and the front desk Ivy was super helpful and patient in helping me answer my questions. Also when I went in with my friend to check out the bounce area we saw this amazing party host I think his name was Jimmy? He looked super enthusiastic and efficient with the party he was helping. Overall they were very courteous and helpful.

We had such a blast here with the family. It was fun and also a work out. A little on the expensive side but it was worth it! I think if we come here more often we’ll lose much weight. The mountain climbing was fun and a bit scary at the same time. It was my first time ever rock climbing and when you get to the top to press that button, don’t look down. The staff was telling me that it was ok to let go of the rock and just let the rope take me down slowly but I just couldn’t do it… just couldn’t. You’ll get use to it though after a few more climbs… I promise. Jumping in the trampoline was my favorite. Couldn’t believe how high I could actually jump in that trampoline. It’s a must try with family and friends… you’ll love it!

Came to a birthday party got a free hour of extra jump time combined with my groupon $ 28 for 6 people to jump. Always have fun here the kids love the basketball court and enjoy here more than sky high

Seems like a pretty cool place but the only purpose of me coming here was to bring my toddler to foam pit and there are none. I’m disappointed in that because I spent money on something I wasn’t looking forward too. Oh well. My fault for not checking but your fault for putting up false advertisement. make sure you check your kids hair before you leave. i just left with my kids head full of lice. so disgusting!!!

Been there a couple of times now. I was really ticked off at this place a couple of weeks back when we stood in line for an hour before walking out when we found we’d have to wait even longer to get a jump time. The manager got in touch and explained what had happened that day (holiday crush and a bunch of staffers got the flu), so we figured we’d try again for my kid’s birthday. They were great about it and held spots for us even though we weren’t officially doing the party there. The kids had a great time and, in the end, that’s what matters. We liked that they have an area just for smaller jumpers… keeps the little ones safe.
Keep in mind… pretty much everyone who comes has no clue how to be safe on a trampoline. Accidents happen. Reading an earlier review, I’m guessing that’s why they got rid of the foam and now have a big inflated bag to land on… makes cleanup easier.
They make you buy their non-​slip socks for $ 2 before jumping. That’s fine. But telling me I have to buy socks so I can walk over and keep an eye on my kid when the padded areas between the trampolines aren’t exactly slippery? I’m guessing that’s thanks to the lawyers, but I don’t have to like it.
Suggestion: buy online and reserve a time since they often sell out (I think they limit the number of jumpers for safety).

My 3 year old had a great time at tots today! He made new friends, and we didn’t need to worry about him getting trampled on by bigger kids. Since my son has some sensory issues, trampolines are one of the best forms of exercise for him, because it works his core, and teaches him to better balance. I’ve taken him to other trampoline parks when we lived in Southern California, but he was too shy and intimidated to try and jump. His attention would only last about 10 min. before he’d become overwhelmed. Tots is a safe environment for the children to learn how to play on the trampolines, without becoming overwhelmed with all the big kids.
Parking seemed to be a little challenging, and I did notice a Tripwire machine (whatever that is) with an out of order sign. Overall, we had a GREAT experience, and I look foreword to making this a tradition (maybe partially for selfish reasons) so that eventually I can trust my kids to jump without my constant supervision, and I can one day take advantage of those awesome massage chairs! What’s better than having your children exercise, working all that energy out, while you get to lounge with a massage?! Oh yeah, we’ll be back!

I bring my son here, the stuff was very nice, Maya give me extra water, also soaks to put. You can enjoy, also they can guide you. I recommend to call before, they are very busy something.

Trampoline parks… not my favorite place to go.
Kid’s birthday party. Obligated parenting. There you have it. Don’t want to be a s-​q-​u-​a-​r-​e now (making the shape with fingers in-​between typing this), right.
Of course, I suffer from chronic migraine, so there you are… that said, it’s everything a trampoline park is expected to be: Loud, bouncy, dangerous, you have to wear weird looking socks, and kids LOVE it.
Were there signs everywhere? Yes. Was there lots of screaming and running around? Yes. Were there accidents? Yes… it does happen as you can imagine and shouldn’t be a surprise. I personally saw the aftermath of one accident (I didn’t see it as it happened which was fine by me –I didn’t want to– but I saw the «clean up» as staff wiped up the blood off of surface of the foam pit –later, hubby saw them tossing out stained foam squares from said pit, which was good to know). It was kind of weird watching kids standing there, watching the attendant wiping blood up, while they waited for the pit to open up again.
The staff is really nice. I like people who work there a lot. They have to deal with people going crazy, bouncing off the walls, like there aren’t any rules! Of course there are rules when you’re required to sign a multi-​page liability waiver! They said, «Have a nice evening» as we left, which I always like to hear. Politeness earns bonus points these days. Kudos for that.
Some of the prior reviews said that they force you to watch a video… I couldn’t wait for that. What were they going to do… force us into a room, lock the doors, bind us to chairs and ram toothpicks into our eyes to keep our lids open? I don’t know what video that was, but we just went right in with our preprinted waivers and my daughter ran off with her friends. She’s nearly 10, so I don’t have to hover over her anymore like I did when she was little-​little, which means taking pictures, checking every now and then and finding a little Zen somehow. Mostly sitting and playing on my phone, glancing up every now and then and talking with some of the other parents.
There are three party rooms and 2 sports-​themed areas –one looks to be a soccer-​themed area and one is a basketball-​themed area. The other areas are a foam pit and a trampoline area. There are massage chairs for the adults, pay as you go, they looked enticing. I love those things, but the screaming and visuals would have canceled out the experience for me… I just can’t tune it out enough. Anyway, there is plenty of seating and the place is well laid out. It’s a trampoline park… hard to rate for me, because amusement for me is reading didactic panels in a museum. I know… BOOOOooooOOOOOring.
The party had 2 liter sodas and order out pizza with food (order out, as in they order it out, not the customer), cake… I guess they require (order out) when you have a party there. There was a hot dog stand outside too. I saw a couple of vending machines inside.
Off Monterey Road. Good parking. Free wifi (Oh and did I mention… the place is LOUD).

I was just here last night for a weekday birthday party (smart move, prices are cheaper), and I don’t know what exactly I was expecting, but this place blew me away. It was VERY clean, and (albeit, on a weeknight), not too insane. The staff was incredibly friendly; Michelle was our party host and, boy howdy, she is great at her job. She was chatting up adults and kids alike, making sure everyone was having fun. She lined up the kids shoes while they were playing, served the party pizza, even cleaned up spilt soda.
And then, when I was about to leave and realized that my phone had been in my pocket during my singular jump into the foam pit (I couldn’t resist, too fun), the entire staff was very understanding and helpful, and even allowed me to stay after closing a bit to try to find the phone. (Special thanks to manager Taylor and the young man supervising the foam pit at the time, I’m sorry that I didn’t get more names.) Literally every staff member was pleasant about it. Even before the phone incident, I’d give this place five stars.

Pros:
–Healthy way to occupy kids for an hour
–Plenty of chairs and tables for non-​participants
Cons:
–The wifi connection is terrible. Bring a phone or tablet, not a laptop.
–You have to bring their special grippy socks or buy them each time you come.
Tip: for the adults, if you feel queasy when you first start jumping, hang in there. In my experience, that fades after a few minutes.

This place has really gone downhill since it opened. I remember going in there on the opening day and meeting with the owner and getting a great feeling about his vision and feeling his commitment to customer service. I have no idea what happened but it’s now a whole lot of «I could care less».
The Kids were there early for a birthday party for my son and they could not start jumping until exactly 3pm. Shortly after starting, my son hurt his foot and could not jump. He offered ice but they didn’t have heat which is what I felt he needed. The manager proceeded to tell me ice was what he needed. He was never able to return and no one ever came over to check on him again.
Meanwhile other unsuspecting parent took a seat in the massage chairs that were featured. And if you don’t put money in within a certain time frame it sets off a horribly loud beeping alarm akin to a fire alarm. Usually the employees just stand there and don’t even do anything but let it go and it’s not entirely obvious to the offender that it’s them siting in e chair that’s casing the alarm.
The other kids went off to play dodgeball and, once again, the person manning this area is a complete mess. He actually started playing instead of monitoring and kids were getting hit and staying in, others were getting hit in the face and this guy was oblivious and didn’t seem to care when the kids pointed it out.
It’s too bad this place is now all about the money. I won’t be returning.

My friend brought me to Rockin’ Jump with her kids the other day so I could help watch them. We came during the Friday open play at around 4ish. It was $ 12 an hour per kid and I think $ 20 for 2 hours (2 hours is a bit much for little kids). If you have your own socks from other jumpy places or there, you’re good, otherwise it’s $ 2 a pair to buy.
The kids ran around and played but the staff was very careful about keeping kids away from other kids. I kinda get this, but if the kids know each other, let them jump together.
Apparently the tot time hours are cheaper and they are more lax; even letting parents jump/​play with the kids. But this is a great place for kids to get their energy out. Be sure to ask them for tokens for the beam game.
