Beware in your dealings with this business. Keep xtra close tabs on all paperwork & demand copies of everything even if «she» gets frazzled & pretends over & over again to forget.
She was on the side of the buyers, so she proceeded to give them everything they demanded, keeping all these negotiations from us. She even got xtra money from us to give to the buyers to «appease» them for the improvements to be made after inspection report.
When we saw what she had done we refused to sign. She proceeded to show us the
contract I had initialed accepting everything even the sale price which was much lower than we had agreed upon. She had forged my initials. We called her on it & I got the fake papers & told her we were done. She grabbed the papers from my hand & I told her to make me copies, well it never happened cuz she flipped out & went beserk.
We eventually sold because the owner took over the sale & refunded us ALL the overages even the sale price was corrected. He was very concerned about the forgery charge so we know that is why he did it.
That did not change our review or opinion of this business.
