I was a Co-​Founder of this leading Real Estate Investment firm with its own Ecommerce research facility. We crunched the numbers, so Investors didn’t have to and, online, digitally strategized to gain investor trust. We predicted imbalances of Real Estate inventory levels, which estimated price fluctuations due to the stress of demand. We represented over a dozen lending institutions and 70 plus REO Listing Agents. Our success and my success, in this business, were contributed to by my many years of experience negotiating and closing out deals. I combined the SVREO high brand awareness, carefully planned investment strategies, wide reach, and reputation for quality; which assured our clients would receive the best possible return on their investment.
