Primo Party Bus

Dealing with this company has been a true disappointment. For my husband’s 30^th birthday I had planned a wine tasting trip and it was very easy to work with Jaye. Unfortunately, my husband’s mother died suddenly and we had to cancel the trip as it was the same weekend as her death. When I asked to apply the deposit to another date, at first I was told I could. Once I solidified a date, I was told that I would have to pay another deposit.
At this point I am fine losing $ 250, I would never want to work with a company that profits off of someones misfortune.

Booked this party bus for a birthday celebration. Let’s just say the bus was very disappointing. First of all the bus was supposed to be for max 30 people we only had about 26 and we were so crowded inside. Everytime we wanted to walk to another side of the bus we would fall on someone. The bus had only 4 water bottles in a hidden compartment. No ice was provided. The TV had lines through it (it needs to be replaced) the stereo was having issues with the auxiliary cable. Nothing was explained as far as the features of the bus. We didn’t know how to turn off the lights and if we did we probably wouldn’t because we would fall on each other any step we made. The bus ride was pretty fast to our destination so we didn’t fully enjoy it. I have rented a party bus before (a different company) and by far this was nothing like my past experience (this one was really dissapointing). Only reason they are getting 2 stars is that driver was nice and the price was reasonable.

I’ve used this company before and have recommended them to friends. They have great service, their prices are reasonable and their party bus is perfect for the any occasion, I’m about to use them again for my birthday and looking forward to it as always. On time pick ups and when I left several valuables on the bus I was able to pick them up a couple days later with nothing missing. These are honest good people, give them your business!

There are plenty of party busses in the area but Jaye and the team at Primo Party Bus were the most helpful, quick to reply, and cost effective. I had probably made 10 – 15 reach outs over a couple weeks time, Jaye gave me the best quote hands down. His correspondence and patience with me and my several questions won me over, he was flexible, willing to help, and wanted to make sure me and my group of 25 had the best time possible. We took a bus of 25 from San Jose to Mountain View for birthday celebration/​concert and had the bus for 7 hours, we had a great time, got home safely and the process to book was quick and painless. I definitely recommend Primo Party Bus and plan to use their services again.

Talk about customer service! Jaye– was very helpful and he was supportive of our quirky requests. The party bus was super fun, clean and our driver was courteous and easy to work with. I would hire Primo Party Bus again!

First off the pricing here compared to the 15+ party buses I have researched is bar none the best deal you will find.
However I had trouble booking an actual party bus. I communicated to the owner my needs for a 42 passenger bus, which he assured me was available. During the weekend I contacted the owner to place a deposit on the 42 passenger bus, in which he regretfully stated was reserved by another customer.
My only other option was to reserve the 30 passenger party bus, which he assured me is available and to contact him the following business day to finalize my reservation with a deposit. I then contacted the owner on the day he suggested, and to my inconvenience he booked the bus we conversed about to another customer.
Primos party bus failed me and altered my plans to stay under budget.
A robotic apology was given by the owner, and a half hearted attempt to make amends by connecting me with his counterpart as a recommendation was all that was offered.
Completely changed my plans for my wife’s 30^th birthday party. Disappointed to say the least.

Great bus! Great service! I used Primo Party Bus for a friend’s birthday to a few Los Gatos wineries, and it was a great time. There were about 20 of us, so it was a comfortable fit. The driver was very nice, and the bus was very clean.
I would definitely would use Primo Party Bus again and would not hesitate to call Jaye. He was very professional and made sure all of us were happy with the trip.

I decided to use Primo Party Bus for my boyfriend’s 30 birthday after hearing about it through a friend.
I have to say this was one of the best party bus experiences I’ve had. Now you know how stressful it is planning such an event especially with 30 people involved. Jaye was very professional and helpful during the planning of this event. I had a venue change two weeks before and the number of passengers changed constantly. He provided me with great customer service and was very informative. All i have to say is my boyfriend had an amazing 30^th birthday. We are both in the property management/​customer service industry and we were absolutely impressed with our bus driver Lou. He was very professional, had excellent customer service and was very nice. Thank you again and I’m definitely referring you to friends and family. May your business continue to grow with success.

2^nd time around was perfect — thank you Jaye for coming thru… you are the man! Jaye went to the ends of the earth to help me out for my 40^th bday when he was all booked. He was able to rearrange and accommodate me — thank you!

This past Saturday I once again got a party bus with Primos for my birthday its the best way for everyone to go out and have a good time with no DUI and no complaints that people have no ride. Jaye is the owner, hes nice and is very open to answering any questions you may have. He has been very good with me every year. My friends and I probably go with him three times a year. This past Saturday was a success I had fun with minor issue with the first club but it was not Jayes fault at all, other then that I had a great birthday with my friends and family and will continued to use primos when we need a party bus.

Jaye is so awesome! We used Primo Party bus on Saturday to Livermore for a winery tour. Not only was our driver friendly and efficient but he even let us pay more for an extra hour very last minute.
I have used other companies who charge an arm and a leg and their staff is not as great.
Jaye always responded to my emails and calls and I will refer him to any friend.

We booked Primo Party Bus for New Year’s Eve and had an awesome time. This was my first time being on a party bus, much less hiring one, and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. Booking process was smooth. Jaye responded to my many emails and texts promptly even over the Christmas break. Our driver Ken was on time, friendly, and very accommodating throughout the entire night.
Firstly, I chose to go with Primo because our group had an unusual request. We wanted more than a transport service, we wanted the bus to drive around the city for 6 hours and literally have our party on the bus. Many other party bus services weren’t able to provide this service. Also, Primo had the lowest cost out of 10+ vendors by a large margin.
The bus we had was the Pearl I think. Very nice looking, with red and white interior leather seats. One big TV in the back and two smaller ones on each side in the front. Several small built-​in coolers for champagne, ice and whatnot. Can hook up an iPod or iPhone (recommended). Mirrored ceilings. When the lights turn off, the disco lights turn on.
One major drawback is that there is NO BATHROOM on the Pearl bus. It might not be a problem if you’re just using the bus to get from A to B, but beware if you plan to stay on the bus for a long period of time on a busy city night.
Overall it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend Primo to anyone looking for a good party bus experience. If I need to rent a party bus in the future, I’m coming back here.

We had such a great time interacting with the driver that was chosen for our evening. He was a great driver and ensured the best level of safety possible. This review has been long overdue but I want to how wonderful Jaye’s customer service AND limo service was. We hired him for my girlfriend’s wedding last year and I loved that he was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Being a bridesmaid I had to take care of everything limo related and Jaye was patient with my constant questions.
Everything went smooth that day as far as arrival and pick up ***I wish I could say the same about the wedding… LOL **** the the limo was superb and he arrived on time at the hotel. We were about half an hour late coming out of the wedding but he waited patiently.
If you’re looking for a professional limo service I recommend using Primo hands down.

Def lives up to it’s name~ Primo! Whats not to love? I experienced my first party bus this past weekend & holy smokies am I in love. The bus was amazing!!! On time & the driver was so very nice (Lou). We were traveling pretty far & he made stops for the ladies to use the loo, LOVE!
The bus was very clean & well stocked with cups & ice as promised. It was like a mini club inside. Shiny lights, music, laughing, dancing, etc.
The owner was good enough to check in today so see how it all went. Talk about customer service!!! I highly recommend & am def going to be using this place again!

I’ve been on 3 party buses that were from Primo Party Bus, two of which i planned. All 3 times i’ve had a blast but this review is for last Saturday’s party bus experience that I had planned.
My brother was celebrating his dirty 30 so I took charge in doing the party bus planning. I decided to go with Primo Party Bus again just because I was already familiar with their service and people. I sent a message through facebook on their business page asking for a quote and had gotten a quick response back. Jaye is the owner, hes nice and is very open to answering any questions you may have.
They have a list of clubs on their website that you can choose from, not necessarily the best clubs but i figured if you’re with 45 – 50 of your friends, you can have a blast anywhere. We arranged pick up location and was told the bus will come at 9pm. To my surprise the bus came at 9 on the dot.
The buses are nice and was able to accommodate 50 people easily. Once we got to the club they let us out, somehow the bus driver said he counted 52 people and said that we had to pay an extra $ 60. It really pissed me off because we were given a flat rate on the party bus not for the number of people. I made sure that they recounted on the way back and we were able to fix the issue because i was positive we didn’t have 52 people. The drivers and host were nice and even offered to take our group picture without us asking.
Other than that minor mishap, it was a successful night and everyone had a great time. Thank you Primo Party Bus!
