A very popular shop because of the perfect service indeed plus all in one facilities and great location. The line is shorter than the post office and they offer attentive service. Nichelle Russien is always very warm and friendly plus all her staff are very knowledgable. You can count on them!
Her husband Fred Arguelles helped me with my business cards way back. It’s a family run business and you can certainly count on them! Great team!

I am not a jump on Unilocal and review everyone type of person. However, I have been using PostNet’s services as my business address for about about 8 years now. I have all my mail sent to their location. I have zero bad things to say. When stuff arrives they call me. If I need to send out a package they have great pricing. When I need multiple copies of something, they handle it. When I need a advertisement bill board for my business they do it. Basically, thru the years I have noticed they are a one stop shop for all your printing needs. They are very attentive and always provide EXCELLENT customer service. They always have a smile on their faces no matter what type of day they are having. I will continue to use PostNet services for the rest of my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! This review is for their passport/​visa photo service. I have been to the Sunnyvale Postnet and had a good experience. Here, the person who took my photo didn’t do a good job. The flash wasn’t turned on even. When I previewed the photo, it didn’t come out well and I politely walked out of the place to go to the Sunnyvale Postnet. I will not go here if I need visa photos.

These ladies are so fantastic. I came in with what I thought would be a quick print job, it turned into an hour of having to redesign my documents on their computers. They were so patient with me and helped me through the entire process. They were willing to print it out multiple times until it turned out perfect. Way better than the experience I received at Kinkos, and much higher quality printing. I will definitely go back and use them for the rest of my wedding things.

Excellent and efficient customer service. Had a few items to ship and was looking for packaging help too. Contents were packaged with an eye for compactness. A fragile item was bubble wrapped. The person helping me helped me understand the shipping choices and rates. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very nominal packaging prices. These guys will be my first choice in this area henceforth.

I would give this place a 0 if I had the choice. the only reason I came to this place was because it was open late and I was not able to go to a real post office. The service was horrible. It was the worse service I have ever received in my entire life. It took about 30 minutes to send one envelope via certified mail. there were 3 workers there and all these people could talk about was getting dinner at Five Guys. You want to have dinner then help your co-​worker get me the heck out in a reasonable amount of time. THIRTY MINUTES seriously. And the ironic thing is that I stood there cursing and talking to myself for 20 of those minutes and not one person acknowledged me. That tells you how much they concentrate on and listen to their customers. But then again, they might have heard me cursing them out because my package didn’t arrive PRIORITY MAIL/​CERTIFIED mail «in two days» as the woman promised. Of course, when I called to complain, I got the «well, ma’am we have nothing to do with your package… the post office… etc etc etc» When I brought up the customer service of taking hamburger orders «well ma’am that has nothing to do with your package.» No, but it has a lot to do with professionalism and customer service, doesn’t it? «well, ma’am…» I should have checked Unilocal sooner and read the remarks of Nov 2015.

It was the worse service I received in years of going to different places. Making «instant» photos took so long that truly, I didn’t even think it was possible. But let’s start from the beginning. Notary service a week earlier. Person doing the notary forgot to include my husband’s drivers license copy with his documents and he got in trouble because of this. In my case, they were moving slower than snails, managed to loose the card from the camera right after taking pictures, never found it and was retaking pictures again on the new card. Did she loose that one? Oh no, she lost photos on it, lied to me looking me in the eyes that she is doing well and 10 minutes later had to have help from another worker telling her that she lost the pictures!

I went in for a notary on a Sunday afternoon at 3:30 pm (they close at 4 pm). The nice lady had 2 customers ahead of me. She acknowledged me and I told her I needed a signature notarized. She told me that it would be another 10 minutes before she can get to me. She did and I was out of there in no time! None of the other post nets were even open within 10 miles of my house. I found one on Meridian which is closer to me, went there and waited, only to find out that the notary was not there! I was glad to find out that the Prospect one was open and did the notary herself. Thank you!

Been here a couple times and customer service always lacks. I came here for a passport picture and wasn’t acknowledged until about 10 minutes later. the lady that helped me was nice but asked the other lady a question about printing… I believe she’s the manager or owner or whatever– she wears glasses. So this lady starts sighing and getting all irritated with her worker and then kept asking me questions with a condescending tone. I was there today again to drop off a rent check. I walk in and she goes «can I help you?» So Itell her I want to drop it off and question whether I should put it in the mailbox. She goes let me see, I need to see. When I show it to her she starts yelling at me telling me I need to tell her what it’s for blah blah blah. I thought I just did??? I leave annoyed but still say thank you, no reply, just a sigh from her. Lady’s on some power trip.

I shipped some packages for the first time in my life here at PostNet today, and one of the lady employees here really helped me every step of the way, even with the international shipments. They are pretty casual and friendly here.
We ran into some snafoo’s however: I was trying to ship some very important prints that I sold, and the lady suggested I just put them in foam packages rather than cardboard, but luckily the mailwoman who happened to be around at the time actually corrected her and said that my prints would never survive in just a foam package and suggested that I put in the cardboard that I originally intended on using as support/​protection. I was lucky that the postwoman was there; she saved my packages and my reputation!
The PostNet employee lady did help me wave the mailwoman down in the first place and ask her to wait a bit for me to finish my packages, however due to having to re-​package them with the cardboard we missed the window of opportunity to get my packages sent today (around 2pm).
They ship USPS here, and print the shipping labels here, so it’s convenient and cheaper than FedEx.
They also print, and I intend on testing out their print quality, but it seems like they have less paper selection than Kinkos, and have been either too busy/​too slow (turned off their printers early before closing when business was slow) to help me do prints. They say emailing them the file would be faster but I need to see the paper and ink quality in person.
I will continue coming here for help with my shipments, though!

My husband and I went to Postnet last November to print out some paper items for our wedding. I was dreading this because I was pretty sure all the signs and programs were either the wrong file type or dimensions. But it turned out to be a really pleasant experience, mostly because of the help and expertise of Cowander. She was AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable about digital printing, paper, margins, layouts, etc and spent a couple hours with me to make sure all my documents were the right size and color. On top of all this, she came to meet me after the store had closed because I needed the printouts by the next morning.

I just paid nearly 40% more for postage to Norway. I really don’t mind the surcharge due to the incredibly long lines at the post office today. My main issue is the fact that my package was left open and without the address attached upon the reciept of my payment. I was asked to give my email address because they did not process my package before I left. The hubby was PISSED! I am just hoping that honesty will prevail and that our sons gifts will all arrive in a safe and timely manner. ** if that turns out to be the case, I will indeed change my 2 star rating of this business. On the other hand, if that is not the case I will lower my rating accordingly and proceed as needed. Let’s hope our son is a happy camper in the next 10 days or so & that I receive my tracking number by the end of business today.

Nichelle did a great job. She understood my order over the phone, promised that my print job would be completed by the end of day. It wasn’t a simple order (colored paper that they didn’t have in stock, cutting required, 2500 copies) but it was perfectly executed and ready on time.
Beware of using the Unilocal coupon. The price discussed on the phone was apparently a «discounted» price. But for voucher-​based orders they normally use a «regular» price. Had the coupon been applied to the «regular» price, I would have ended up spending more money than if I had not used the voucher. They were kind enough to honor the voucher anyway.
