This was a HUGE hit for my daughter’s Sweet 16^th birthday. Excellent and professional. I received so many compliments and especially regarding the open-​air booth, which allowed groups to come together for pictures. The backgrounds and props are awesome. They have fun with the guests. I rented them for 3 hours… it was such a hit I extended them for an additional hour. They communicated with the DJ as time was nearing the end and then again when we extended. The pictures are amazing and even better are the small video clips my daughter was able to receive afterwards. I would definitely book them and highly recommend them for any event. Very professional, nice-​looking booth set-​up. Book them! You will be glad you did.

We hired PictureVideoBooths for a party with 140 guests, and many people said it was the best photo booth they’d ever seen! The team came prepared with the best props, neatly arranged and accessible, with great music and equipment. The recorded part of the photo booth was an option we didn’t see with any other photo booth vendor. The contract was clear and the owner was 100% prompt, reliable, responsive. In sum, they simply offered the best package at the best rate.

I do corporate event planning and marketing for huge events like trade shows so I am in constant contact with hundreds of vendors. Very few people I deal with standout to me based on their professionalism and customer service.
I contacted Rael regarding an inquire about his photo-​booth services and he was a pleasure to talk with and extremely understanding and accommodating. After discussing options with several different vendors and doing thorough research on almost every photo-​booth rental company in the bay area, what he offers in terms of quality products and services exceeded all of my expectations. With the growing importance of social media and web presence for any company, the products offered has the ability to be customized to create a valuable marketing tool.
In addition to his products, I usually dread talking with vendors because its an on-​going negotiation conversation. I did not feel that way when speaking with Rael. I hired PictureVideoBooths for my nephew’s 1^st birthday party and we absolutely LOVED having them! Rael was very responsive while we planned for the event. He sent me several layouts of how our printed pictures would look, let me make a couple adjustments, and waited to get a confirmation from me on the final customized design. All of the details were clear and payments were made easily online.
On the day of the event, the team was set up on time with organized props. They were professional and friendly to our guests, helped throughout the entire process and got everyone to leave a video message for our birthday boy. They even directed people to decorate the scrapbook that I supplied. Rael gave a 20 minute notice before they were going to wrap up and waited extra so that my sister’s family (host) got some pictures in.
I received a digital copy of the pictures and video compilation overnight. We’ve watched the video numerous times and can’t wait till my nephew is older to see it. I do a lot of research when planning an event and am extremely happy to have chosen PictureVideoBooths! We look forward to having them at many more parties in the future.

We just had a 16^th birthday party for our daughter and the photo booth provided by Rael was a hit! Rael was a pleasure to work with, he is responsive and professional. He was very helpful and accommodating to our questions and needs. He was very flexible on where set up was. It was very low maintenance dealing with Rael. I would definitely use him for our upcoming events and recommend him to everyone!

What a fun photo booth! It’s nice to have the good ol’ fun of a photo booth but with a new added twist! Got to experience PictureVideoBooths at a recent baby shower and was super impressed. I loved that guests got to choose their own backgrounds — it just adds to the personalization and fun! But it doesn’t stop there… after you take your pictures you can record a quick 20 second video message for the celebrants! The staff really help to facilitate the whole process and keep things moving nicely. Two sets of photos were printed so fast… we walked out of the photo booth area and the attendant was literally handing us our photos already. The added bonus is the available kiosk where you can enter multiple email addresses and have the photo sent to you that way too! I had the photo by the time I got in my car to leave the party. I think this is such a fun idea that I am hoping to have them at my son’s first birthday party in January!

Of all the photobooths I’ve experienced at parties, I definitely like this one the best. Not only did they have all those neat props most photobooths have, they also had a green screen with many background choices to use and printed out, the background was very vivid and vibrant. Also, the photobooth was run by incredibly fun and enthusiastic people that definitely kept the party feeling going. The pictures were printed out a few seconds after taking the picture and video which is great as well.

We hired Rael for our wedding on 8÷22÷15. Throughout the process he was professional, and helpful, and offered great pricing for his services. Behind the scenes he was flexible with splitting his hours to accommodate our reception program, as well as allowing us a custom design with our names on the photo paper. The best part is that not only is Rael a real pro, he’s also very fun, which really got our guests to open up and be fun in their photos and videos. Finally, he went above and beyond by making sure my wife had something to eat in the staging room while we were away from the main dinner. Happy wife, happy life indeed. Thank you Rael.
What really drew us to picture video booths was that they use a green screen, so we could pick a variety of backgrounds for guests to enjoy. We highly recommend the TRex background, because who doesn’t like to pretend they’re being chased by the most ferocious predator the world has ever known? With a multitude of backgrounds like these, and a wide array of fun props, it’s no wonder many of our guests pulled us aside to say it was the best photo booth they’d ever seen at a wedding.
What also sets Rael’s picture/​video booths apart from the rest of the played out boring booths is the video function. Our guests were able to record messages to us after taking their photos. So far we’ve watched the all the messages 3 times, and every time it makes us so happy to relive the memories in such a vivid and interactive way.

We hired Rael and his crew for our wedding. The photobooth was off the hook and everyone kept going back for more. They had all sorts of props and green screen backgrounds to choose from. Rael and his crew were very accommodating and was even though we had time constraints. Our guests enjoyed how Rael took photos of everyone and how he was always everywhere taking photos of the wedding. The 20 second videos were a nice touch for our guests and bridal party. The slideshow was amazing on how he portrayed my wife and I from childhood to dating and marriage. It was like a nice story told through pictures and beautiful music. Rael’s just a cool and great guy all around. I would definitely recommend him and his crew to anyone looking for a great photographer and an awesome photobooth.

The video messaging definitely reminded us how fun the night of our wedding was eventhough we were a bit stressed of how things were going at the reception. Now we can just look at the pictures or watch the video and we’ll have something to look back on years from now. I wish we hired them much longer but unfortunately the wedding was cut short. The Photobooth made the night much exciting and the guests enjoyed it a lot and the video messaging was a hit! Looking forward to hiring Rael again… who knows, maybe on a christening??? lol

Called PictureVideoBooths because I wanted to organize a photo booth experience for my cousins wedding. Rael was able to squeeze me in that same week on very short notice, and the details were very easy to iron out. They arrived promptly and were able to set up at our location of choice, and everyone loved their photo booth! I kept getting compliments on what a great wedding gift it was. Loved our photobooth experience at the LA Travel Show in Long Beach, February 2015. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They had a mini line waiting to get their pictures taken but the staff was efficient and had the line moving really quickly.

I’ve never rented a photo booth before and let me tell you that this is the best place to go to! Rael and his wife are the best people to hire for any party. They make you feel special and know how to party it up! They have such an amazing aura and have such a great connection between themselves and make everything feel comfortable and carefree.

Came across RM booth at LA travel show. They offered photos with various props and backgrounds. They were very professional and creative. Very nice idea for any function be it birthday or baby shower.

Ran into RM at the San Francisco Travel Show which, like the 49ers, was actually in Santa Clara. They were with the Sunset magazine booth and a perfect add-​on to Sunset’s «get outdoors» vibe. The offered photos with various backgrounds (beach, mountains, etc) or a short video! We opted for the photo since we’re not creative enough to think up a short video on the spot. The people managing the booth were very nice and professional and did a good job managing the line which was no small feat in the chaotic convention.
At the booth, they had a bunch of props in cubicles which was a nice touch. Most photo booths just have their props scattered on table. This made looking for «just the right one» super easy. Grabbed our props of a penguin hat and a rubber chicken, got on our mark, looked into the camera, and they snapped the pic.
Waited a minute or so and had our 2 prints. They also had PCs where you could email yourself the pic. Just enter your email, no other personal info required which was nice. No muss, no fuss, just a cool photo! Great experience.

Rael is the best! He is very easy to work with. He is very friendly and put my mind at ease on my wedding day. I was so nervous on my big day and Rael helped me relax my nerves and also helped me get hyped up when needed. I have nothing but a positive experience with him. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a photographer. If my husband and I decide to have a maternity shoot, we will definitely hire Rael.
His photobooth is the best! His props get everyone of all ages involved. The photobooth was definitely the highlight at my reception. You can’t go wrong with hiring Rael!

Engagement Shoot
Rael and his team are extremely skilled and fun to work with. We are so glad we chose him to be our wedding photographer. Before the wedding we had our engagement shoot which took place at a couple locations around San Francisco. It was such a fun experience. Rael and his team were so professional and attentive to our needs during the photo session. During the end of the shoot the weather was getting pretty uncomfortable but Rael did a great job helping us get the sunset shots that we wanted. The photos ended up looking incredible. The package we got included two large prints that we displayed during our wedding. Many of our guests mentioned to us how great those prints looked. Rael also created a well-​edited slide show that we showcased during our reception.
Wedding Day
Rael did a great job using our venue to get the best shots possible throughout the wedding. We had a lot of guests, so room for photographer to shoot photos was an issue during the ceremony. He was still able to get great shots throughout our entire ceremony. I’ve heard of horror stories where the photographer and videographers «fight» for the best angles during the wedding. Rael’s team worked seamlessly worked with our videography team throughout the entire wedding. The post ceremony photos were extremely fun to do. Rael did awesome at getting great shots and getting us back to our guests in a timely manner.
Post Wedding
Rael did a great job communicating with us after the wedding. Our wedding photos were edited in a timely manner, and everything we ordered (photo albums, other large prints) came in a timely manner as well. I can attest that the photo albums and large prints are extremely well made. We even ordered a picture that was printed on sheet metal. It’s a really unique piece that looks great on the wall.
In the end, my wife and I are extremely happy we chose Rael to capture our special day. I highly recommend him and his team.

Rael Manlapas’ photobooth was the best experience ever! I highly recommend it for an occasion. The set up was impressive – perfect lighting, good music and easy to use.
The best part of the photobooth is Rael himself. He is energetic, positive and pleasant. With the assistance of his lovely wife, he facilitated the process. He assisted guest to choose their background and he ensured the were comfortably in the shot. Even though there was a countdown on the screen, he personally counted down to when pictures were taken and reminded them of subsequent photos. Pictures were available almost instantly.
One of the best parts of the photobooth was the is an option to share photos instantly with social media or via email. Another cool feature of the photobooth is that it allowed you to record a video message. I was the best green screen photo booth ever!!!

Rael and his team are the BEST of the BEST. He has an excellent eye, with a gift like no other. My (now) husband and I hired him as our photographer for our big day and we could’ve have asked for a more PERFECT & professional photographer. One big request I made was… that I didn’t want to see my husband before the ceremony and boy was it a challenge BUT Rael totally made it work and it meant so much to us! When I first met with Rael, there was a style/​look we wanted… when we took a look at our sneak peeks, he did what we asked for and some. I would definitely recommend him and his team for all important events you would like to remember forever. They will not disappoint!
