Perfect Nails & Tan

Strike 3. Your out. First when I walked in I got a warm welcome. But was asked if I wanted a more expense nail polish. Second she filed them wrong she took to much off the sides. Third I wanted glitter on all nails over the color she told me no just one finger. Time for me to find a new place and that sucks because they are across the street.

Came in on a Sunday and I didn’t have to wait for a pedicure, they are high in staff and the nail technicians are skilled. They have a wide range of colors and brands. Good price and designs are cheap. Good service too, she made sure the nails look good before I leave the salon. Would definitely come back.

This place has new management and Christine and her staff have been great. Christine is very detailed and makes sure my eyebrows are just right. Thank you!

All around awful experience, the staff was remarkably rude & made me very uncomfortable, as did the dirty environment and towel. Much better nail places in south San Jose, would not recommend.

Friendly Staff great job every time I have my coffin Nails done. Ask for Christine she will do a great job keep you going back every time.

If you are looking for a nice nail job, I would not recommend this place. The rush their work and do a sloppy job doing it. I’m glad I’m not from this area because I will definitely never go back.

Absolutely love Mai! If you have ingrown nails, she is definitely the person to go to. She always has a pleasant smile, quality service, I only go to her:). I’ve had pedicures around the South and East Bay… Nothing beats this place for excellent service.

I haven’t gotten my nails done in awhile. My gf sent me for a nice treat to get a gel manicure. This was my first time here, and Christine did my nails. She was very nice, friendly, helpful, and did a nice job. I love my nails & the color. I will be going back soon.

I don’t usually get my nails because I like to do them myself. Yesterday, I was feeling lazy to do my nails so I went here to get shellac and snowflake designs done on my nail. The total came out to be around $ 30 more or less.

If you need a place to get your manicure and pedicure done then this is a perfect place for you. This place is under a new management. The new owner is very nice and friendly. Her name is Diem. She’s very good, awesome. If Diem is busy you can ask for Hang. She’s very good as well. I am normally very picky when it comes to pick the right place to get my manicure and pedicure done but so far this place is the best place i’ve been to. It’s nice and clean. They have the best collections of nails polish.

Waxing is a no no here Double dip and yanked my skin .Now i have a scab on my upper lip. Please make sure the waxing person knows what there doing. Went on Thursday night 15^th of October and since then i have to be walking with Neosporin on my lip and inside my purse Very embarrassing.

Ok, this place sucks!!! I work literally next door. Came to get just a manicure and they said 5 min… 45 min later. I kept arguing to myself well just leave but what if you get in the next minute. Nope. My nails polish wore off within a day. I only work there not live there or else I would go have them re do it!
One day our plumbing wasn’t working so I asked to use the restroom. They conversed rudely in Vietnamese and the lady with the short hair said it was for customers only. Really, I have been here before and I work next door. I repeated I am from next door. She said again «for customer only» ! Just told my 7 female staffer to not come here! Plus, their work and their word are worth nothing!!!

WOW over 2 hours just for nails!!! I watched 2 episodes of lost On Netflix $ 35.00 WOW!!!

I was in need of a mani and pedi and since my nail shop was close I had no where else to go but here. I’ve been here before and I never had an issue but this visit has made me realize that I will never go here again.
I had a mani and pedi done. On my nails I asked for shellac and I didn’t realize that she did a horrible job until I got home. She did paint my nails correctly leaving some spots unpainted on the side. While I was getting a pedi she kept picking on my big toe a few days a few days later I wasn’t able to walk or put any pressure on my big toe because of the pain. My toe had this horrible throbbing pain that I had to go to my doctors to check if out. My doctor said I had an infection. My big toe was infected that pus started coming out of it (TMI). PHOTOS ARE POSTED!
Think twice about coming here. There tools are not sanitary.

I went a week ago and got a shellac manicure. Only a couple days after, it was lifting and chipping already. The lady I had was rushing. She did note cure each hand enough. She even made me put both hands in 1 light because they didn’t have another one available and she was in a rush. The only thing I liked was the color. So disappointed. I will never go back again. I have never had such a bad experience with shellac

UPPER LIP WAX Nightmare!
I went in just for an upper lip waxing, it seemed like they were closing but were kind enough to still help. Worst mistake ever. It appeared the lady helping me had to reheat the wax, she didn’t heat the wax at the appropriate temperature and as soon as she pulled it the strip and wax it severely cut my upper lip. Now I am healing and will probably have to buy medorma and Vitamin ointment to avoid scars.
If you think I am complining just in regards to this visit, you are incorrect. My visit on ¹²⁄₀₄ was my second visit. On my first visit, I got a mani/​pedi. When I told the lady I did not like the color if we could please switch it before she continues on she said it be a $ 5 removal fee! WTH!

Whats with all the negative reviews about this nail salon?!
I’ve been going here for years and I love them!!! I never ever go anywhere else because they just don’t treat you the same!
The workers here are sweet and they make sure they take care of your nasty toes ^_​^
The feet massages that comes with the pedicure are awesome! now they are using hot stones on you!!!

well I didnt contract any diseases so i guess it’s really not the WORST OF THE WORST.
But I never been to a place where 2 ladies can’t paint toes… LIKE REALLY!!!
if you can’t paint toes then what the hell are u doing there?

The spa chair i sat on was old, beat up, rattles instead of massages…
the lady NEVER WORE GLOVES. THE Massage felt like my 3 year old niece could do better… she just lightly touched the top of my calves!
then the polish… if u want to use their O.P.I its an extra $ 1.00 charge?

the 1^st lady didnt speak a stitch of english. i kept telling her to get the sides, she got polish all over my cuticles, on my toes… she got 2 squares of Toilet paper and used it to separate my toes. REALLY??? My toes were NOT separated. which lead to polish getting on the sides of my other toes. so i complained that it looked like crap and another lady takes over. she knew how to speak english but WASN’T ANY BETTER!!!
I told her i’d pay for the extra 1.00 cause the polish they kept applying layer after layer had streaks all over and missing spots/​sides, etc. it was a disaster!!! she took off the O.P.I color, with an annoyed attitude and applied a diff color (a cheap brand). MY toes still looked dirty coming out of the salon.
all the colors there were outdated. there were NONE i liked. I HAD TO force myself to choose one.
HORRIBLE!!!
