History

Established in 1982.

Over the past 15 years Peggy developed and successfully implemented customer and executive engagement programs and operational processes that strengthened relations with customers that led to a significant increase in revenue.

She developed the world-​class Executive Briefing Center at SAP Labs from beginning stages to a premier briefing center, where account managers from all over the world preferred to host their customers. Within the first 12 months SAP’s Executive Briefing Center experienced an increase in customer visits by 300% and an increase in revenue by 40% year-​over-​year.

Peggy developed the game changing «Exec on Deck» program at Sun Microsystems. Within 6 months of implementing the program, executive participation increased by over 70%, putting top company executives in front of potential customers and increased both sales and customer satisfaction.
