Payless Shoe Source

We had to come here and pick some new shoes for my son, which of course he goes through very fast due to his nature of having a good time and playing sports. Yes, he is very hard on shoes, so from time to time he will rip off the soles of the shoes which then I need to get him new shoes fast.
That then brings me to this Payless shoe store, which we know they have a good selection of shoes plus we can look and find something for us all including myself, yes I am very picky of what shoes I wear. We walked in during the afternoon hours when my son was nice enough to let me know his sole of the shoe was gone, so we stop here on our way home. The sales person was a nice gal which welcomed us both to the store, and asked if we needed any help, which we asked where my sons sizes were located, which this very friendly lady showed us. At which time we began to measure and try on different shoes for him. Of course as normal we did find some shoes for him, which he picked out and liked very much. As we were checking out the friendly lady, asked if we needed anything else, like socks, shoelaces or anything. That was nice to be we’re good at that point with just the shoes.
Overall we had a good experience with this Payless shoe store and we would recommend it to other, if you need to get high quality shoes at a good price, especially if you have kids that can destroy shoes in one week, you need to come here. Payless shoes always have good deal and friendly people, we look forward to coming back soon.

You always find parking, this store is in the same block as Wells Fargo, Togos and Baja Fresh. Went in today to purchase some shoes for my son for his orchestra concert. Had his feet measured, he has grown again!
Found some nice shoes in black and brought in a 20% off coupon which the attendant honored. They do have a lot of stock and normally only one person working in the store.
She was helpful and even removed a few different sizes off the top shelf as the display box had the seem coming apart on a pair of shoes.

Small. quaint. well stocked
Not the biggest variety and for a small store it never seems that the staff is at the register. Like, they only have one person to stock and ring up, which ends up meaning I have to wait until they realize I am waiting or I go hunt them down
Hands down (or maybe feet down), still a better priced shoe than what you would find elsewhere

Not the cutest non-​slip shoes ever, but definitely the cheapest.
I walked right in asked for my size and requirements (i.e. black) and was escorted to the right isle.
This location is clean and organized.

I really like this particular location, even though I don’t often purchase their shoes. This Payless is very clean, immaculate even. The customer service is awesome – everyone is nice, friendly, and helpful. This location has also kept their former store layout (where shoes can be found by size) which is wayyyy better than the new style/​layout of Payless stores found in malls.
I like that my size has an abundance of shoes, regular prices and many on sale for under $ 10. I would rather buy from here than from the mall where the employees can be bitchy.
