I have been using Paul Limo Service for the last year for all of my corporate travels and they have never let me down. All of their drivers are courteous they have always been on time.
I have also used their stretch for my wedding and they provided really good service. The driver was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this limo company to anyone who is looking for limo service.

I am so disappointed in this limo service company. We booked them for our wedding.
We booked for transportation between several sites that day. I asked our driver to pick us up at 11:00pm from the reception site. He arrived early and texted my husband that he was outside waiting for us. We still had guests, so my husband texted back saying he’d be out in a few minutes. At 11:04, the driver texts us again, pressuring us to come out because he has to go pick someone else up. When we came out, he wasn’t even ready for us. He was just sitting in his car so we had to open our own doors (as we had been doing most of the day). This is the type of service I’d expect from a disgruntled New York cab driver, not from a limo service company that I booked from my wedding.
Also, my husband left his glasses in the car; the driver did not have the courtesy to remind us of this nor did the company contact us about it. When I contacted the company, they said the driver was out of town and had the glasses. Why would the driver go out of town with property that belons to customers? I had to call back several times before I was able to work out picking up the glasses because they kept blowing me off.

I have been using Paul Limo for several years and can’t say enough about their service.
First, they are extremely easy to contact and are really on the ball. On-​time pick up, very clean and comfortable cars, and friendly service. I always know exactly where I’m being picked up at the airport, because I receive a call as soon as I land.
I also have appreciated their flexibility when I have needed to make changes to my schedule. A simple text message or email and it’s done. I have not experienced such professional service from other companies I used prior to finding Paul Limo.
I’ve recommended several colleagues and friends to Paul Limo and will continue to do so!

Used Paul Limo service for a night out. Transportation to and from The Mountain Winery in Saratoga for dinner and a concert. The car was on time for both pick ups, the car is newer and very clean. The driver/​owner, Paul, was courteous and professional. Prices are very competitive. I will be using them again.
