PANE-LESS Window Washing

I’ve never had work done by this company but I did call on Sunday evening to get a quote for what we needed done. I have yet to hear from anyone and it’s Wednesday evening now. Any company that can’t take the time to call potential customers back within 24 hours is not a company I will ever do business with.
We tried, but will be giving our business to someone else.

we have lived in our house for 35 years so you can imagine how many times our windows have been cleaned. now I am seeing what the others are saying about pane-​less window washing. I needed a real favor as I’m getting company tomorrow. so, with one days notice they came, they worked really hard and I’m just thrilled with them and my windows. highly recommend this company. I am looking forward to them for the rest of the time we are in this house.

Our windows were in need of a long overdue good cleaning. Daniel and his assistant did a very thorough job and the windows look great! I would take a photo but they literally look invisible, so what’s the point? They also did wonders with the screens and the tracks. The price was very reasonable and they showed up right on time. I also love the name of the company, very creative! We will definitely use Daniel again.

Daniel & his crew cleaned our windows yesterday and did a wonderful job! Their pricing is reasonable, availability is great and they are efficient & pleasant to work with. Some of our windows were new from recent construction and they removed any remaining residual adhesive & marks from them … All the windows & screens are now shinny & clean! After my last posting, Daniel contacted me and we set up an appointment for an estimate that day. He offered to clean my windows at no expense, but I wouldn’t even consider that since I have 40+ windows! Daniel and his crew of 2 others arrived promptly on time yesterday morning and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them for your window washing needs.

Pane-​less window washing is a great business. Daniel is the owner, and is very nice. He did a wonderful job on our windows as we prepared to sell our home. I have referred him to a friend, who also thought he was great. i only wish we were moving near enough to continue using his service, because I would. He comes on time, is very neat, and the windows look truly amazing. I read the reviews on him in Unilocal,and they were absolutely correct. I think he only takes cash or checks, but do not let that keep you from using him, he is a small business.

OMG! Daniel cleaned my windows today and they look fantastic! We made the appointment a couple of weeks ago, and without any further communication (my doctors and dentists always call to confirm, but I guess Daniel trusts people and doesn’t feel the need), he showed up on time and really delivered. His price was very reasonable, and I was also impressed that he removed his shoes to come in the house. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

Daniel cleaned our home windows just this past weekend! I am so happy with how clean and bright my windows are! He came on time, started working and breeze through all windows. They came, on time, and cleaned all my windows and glass doors (also brushed my window screens) at a competitive price. Very professional, polite, no mess, … nothing else to say except that I would use them again

I recently used Pane-​Less to wash our windows and Daniel and the person he brought with him did an amazing job. They were very meticulous in cleaning all our windows, skylights and sliding glass doors. It looked like one of our window was open when they were done but it was just that clean and spotless that it appeared to be open. I also have cats and told Daniel to please be careful not to let them out since they are indoor cats which he was. He even took off his shoes inside the house without me asking which is a huge plus since I recently had our carpets cleaned.
If Daniel doesn’t call you right away, please be patient or try to call him again as I did. He is a small company and it’s really just him running his own business and he prefers to speak to his customers himself. You will not be disappointed in the job he does and his prices I found are very reasonable considering all the windows, skylights and sliding glass doors we had.

This was probably the best service experience I’ve ever had in my home. Daniel Mann and his crew came in, cleaned every window and window screen in our house thoroughly (everything looked perfectly clean afterwards), quickly (less than 1 hour for an 1,800 sq-​ft two-​story home with 10 large windows) and cleanly (i.e., they made absolutely NO mess anywhere in the house). The price they had quoted us seemed low, so we were a bit skeptical about the quality of their service, but we were absolutely delighted.

It’s possible that they could have gotten 5 stars. However, since it has almost been a week and no one has called me back, I guess we’ll never find out.
Update 9÷23÷14: Daniel Mann sent me a message after seeing my 1 star review. He was very apologetic and offered a huge discount (basically free). However, I’ve already scheduled another company and have no intention of canceling on them. Daniel’s sincere apology does warrant two more stars.

Wow, windows and French doors look amazing!
Daniel works with a partner and they are very professional and courteous. The over-​the-​phone estimate was very reasonable and they did not go over. And what a wonderful job they do! My husband came home and said, «did they clean the windows or remove them?» I myself had earlier stopped myself from smudging up the kitchen window to check if it was there. Really, it is so clean that it looks like my windows are missing. We had the windows installed about 10 years ago and had never washed them beyond my trying to clean them with vinegar and rags a few times. I really wish I had called Daniel many years ago!

This is my updated review. Daniel Mann (owner) emailed me after I posted my initial one-​star review, and explained to me that he was not able to attend to my voice message and get in touch with me. He was very sincere and we decided to give him a try. We asked him to come out for an estimate, and since we felt comfortable with him, we booked him right away.
On the agreed appointed day, he showed up right on time with his partner and crew, and they worked tirelessly for 5 hours on our 300 square foot sunroom and windows/​slider doors in our house. They took their time and were very meticulous, and I was glad that we gave them a chance afterall! They were very pleasant and professional, and I will definitely refer them out to my network of friends and acquaintances. I will also use them again in the near future.
So Daniel, Dave and Kevin — you guys are Awsome! Keep up the good work!

I hired Daniel Mann to do the window washing at my home, originally asking him to do just the outsides (who knew?). Once I realized how affordable the service was, I asked him to do inside and out.
Daniel worked quickly and the service was top-​notch. I’ll be calling him again. I’m planning to do this regularly now.
