Louie Orta installed our AC units some years ago, so when I needed some repairs twice recently, I called him. He knew just what to fix. The last time I was expecting that the whole unit was dead, but it was a part that needed to be replaced and it was done quickly. The nice thing was that he did not just start swapping parts randomly until something fixed it. I explained the problem and he opened the correct spot and pointed to exactly what was wrong. A good local businessman.

My sister and niece have used Louie for plumbing issues for quite awhile, so when my kitchen faucet fell apart, I called him. The day I called him he was able to come out within an hour and install a new faucet. He checked things under the sink to be sure that nothing else was broken and that there were no leaks. He was very friendly and helpful.

We had him replace all of our air ducts, and had him back to do some bathroom and kitchen plumbing repair. He does quality work, and I will call him whenever we need plumbing etc. I asked him to quote on replacing all the sprinklers in the front yard… it’s a nasty job that we don’t want to do because it will require sawing through tree roots everywhere in the lawn; Louie didn’t want to do it either. Ah, the beauty of working for yourself!
