Carol is my go to person for anything in the balloon world. She’s such a pro. Always does the best and most professional job. Eager to put your plans into a beautiful displays that makes every party festive and a happy place to enjoy good times. You won’t ever be disappointed! She’s definitely the best!

Working with Carol is always a great experience with wonderful results. She is my go to person for balloons, great prices (Party City is a rip off compared to her), awesome selection and very reliable. She has been apart of my kids’ birthday parties from the last 4 years and each time she has gone above and beyond. She is so creative with the balloons. Also when dropping off the balloons she will always help to set them up, what more can a mom who is running around getting ready for the birthday party ask for :)? This year I emailed Carol 5 days before the birthday party and she was able to find me all kinds of Star Wars balloons. Even though she has a prior personal commitment, she is working with me to see how she can get me the balloons. What more can I ask for? Carol is the best!

Ordered balloons for a spring themed Winnie the Pooh baby shower. I loved the variety of the color, definitely set the SPRING to the décor. The bouquets were even. Carol was extremely flexible and even allowed us to send balloons we ordered online to her to fill for us. Prices were better than expected compared to other balloon companies. Definitely will be my go-​to for balloons for all occasions. Highly recommend!

Carol is the absolute BEST! She went above and beyond this past weekend for my sisters baby shower:) she was on time (even got to the park before i did, aha) and set up our balloon arch in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much Carol, we look forward to working with you for our next family event!

Carol was wonderful to work with! I’d hire her again in a heartbeat, and will recommend her to others wholeheartedly. She delivered 50 balloons to my high school reunion and had them set up quickly, and made great suggestions for placement. She is wonderful!

Carol has been providing balloon services for my (large) company’s functions for several years and I was always blown away (no pun intended) with her quality of work. After obtaining Carol’s contact information, i decided to give her a call to provide balloons for our party at home.
First of all, Carol is an absolute star to work with! She is fun, friendly, responsive, reliable, and will create amazing results for your event. We worked with Carol last year for our daughter’s luau party, and the guests were amazed. This year, we threw a casino party, and Carol really did a fantastic job with several balloon clusters, 4 balloon columns, and large number «2» balloons.
She sent me photos via email, so I could pick and choose the design and balloons. She also made great suggestions, which turned out perfectly. And, when she came to deliver the balloons, she spent the time to set them up, so they were ready to go for the party.
I can’t say enough great things about Carol and Brighter Than Air and highly recommend her!

I called Brighter than Air after I had approached a couple of other places and their faced their disgruntled customer service. I spoke to Carol on the phone and knew that it would be a pleasure to work with her! I sent her a picture of the kind of balloons I wanted & she delivered them to the party. That easy! Reasonably priced and dependable.

Carol is great to work with and can work within your budget for decorating an event. She makes excellent balloon arches. This is as good as it gets!

I recently took a new position running student activities at the school where I work. Carol (the owner) came highly recommended by a retired activities director who preceded me. I ordered a balloon arch kind of last minute for an assembly, and she came through. The arch was beautiful! She came early, set it up, and the price was right. I would recommend her for your work or social function. She is a seasoned veteran and will make your function look extra special with her balloon art.
