very bad customer service skills. There’s a gentle men Caucasian 5’8 really skinny. I was there witness him not helpful being a real smart ass when replying back with a answer. Like he was not happy for some reason. I wouldn’t return to this location for items needed. Thumbs down and I hope management understands how this person is when handling customers in a professional manner and a better communication when replying back with answers.

They do take used oil here, but at a limit of five gallons per customer; however if you’re in need, they will take a bit more. Staff are super friendly — they make a big point of saying «Have a good one!» as you’re walking away from the counter!

Well, I’ve come here several times for my auto part needs. They don’t have the largest store, but have a big enough storage space to have pretty much anything you could possibly need.
The staff is super friendly, very helpful, and will answer just about any question. I’ve had them come out to the parking lot to check my battery, asked for basic advice on this or that. Never have they seemed «put out» or annoyed. Very knowledgeable staff.
Yes, it’s a chain (franchise?), but it has that local store feel and isn’t like shopping at some Walmart in any way.
