Came by the other day to grab a few items and service was quick and efficient.
…although they do carry Pennzoil Platinum, they don’t carry the 0W20 weight.
Store was well organized and clean.
Staff were wearing uniforms!

Came in for a quick stop to get windshield wipers and AC coolant. The guys were so nice and helpful that they came outside to help us out by showing us what to do. That was quite the customer service we weren’t expecting given this day and age so we were so pleasantly surprised!
Kudos to you guys at the Tully location for helping us out we are very appreciative of your assistance!

Had an issue with an unethical auto mechanic at Reliant Auto and the manager Tony as well as the other employees at O’Reilly helped me with the situation tremendously! I appreciate their help and kindness. That’s what running a good business is about!

All of the worker’s I have came to helped me out with car questions, the workers are very well educated. They can check your engine light for you and tell you what to buy to fix your car (ex. My engine light was on and my car was sounding funny, sure enough I wasn’t getting proper spark in one of my pistons and it was misfiring, the manager Jason recommended to change my spark plugs since they haven’t been touched in a very long time, he even have his easy suggestions to swap them out. This was a very easy fix for anybody to do) The manager Jason is friendly and very well knowledged when it comes to car questions. Out of all the OReilly auto part stores around San Jose I like coming to this one even though I live 15 min away and I have one down the street from my house
