I highly recommend Network Remedy! Their team members are consistently dependable, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and go above and beyond your average work ethic. They always make it a point to help their clients feel supported every step of the way!
Something I’ve noticed that definitely separates Network Remedy from other IT companies is that they always show considerable passion when it comes to doing what is absolutely best for customers-​and we all know how important/​rare that is to find!

Network Remedy recently helped us with a small project. They upgraded our Firewall, Switch and wireless access points. They were responsive and very professional. The project was quick and not really too much to it, but everything that was installed supports our entire
office and our employees rely on the equipment to get their work done. Before we used Network Remedy, our network would go in and out, our Wi-​Fi was spotty and downtime was a real issue no one wanted to deal with. Network Remedy not only provided the proper recommendations, but did a very good job on the install and even cleaned up the wiring in our IT closet, something that wasn’t in our agreement. I recommend Network Remedy to anyone looking for a solid IT partner.

We are extremely impressed with Network Remedy which has not only repaired our IT issues but surpassed all expectations! Implemented new phone system, network system, gave us an on site team with our agreement. However, we gained much more, than a team with communication, involvement in our operation as a whole, we gained a partnership with people like, Amon, Justin, Jaime, Geordon who are now part of our 4c family. Network Remedy has also brought other excellent qualified vendors in to help us further our technological and communication growth. Network Remedy Works with our department heads one on one to find out their individual needs, Excellent skills with dealing with a multitude of personalities!

Network Remedy has been with us from the start. We started as a small company and have since grown to over 300 employees. They have always been extremely knowledgeable in the I.T. industry and have always made sure to be detailed in their work, as well as their approach when educating us on where we should spend our I.T. budget and why. Network Remedy is our go-​to provider of expert network/​bandwidth setup at Y Combinator. Amon and his team have provided wifi to nearly 2000 attendees at several of our events, temporarily installing all the equipment and breaking it down afterward. The service has been flawless and I couldn’t be happier. Amon and his team are have been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to many more collaborations.

Network/​bandwidth setup is one of these things where, when things work well, no one notices anything. That was my company’s experience when we asked NR for their services for an edtech event with 30+ companies and 600+ attendees, each with smartphones, laptops and tablets. Amon and his team promptly set up everything a couple days before. Went without a hitch.

Our company needed some major help. our server had suddenly died and turns out we did not have the proper backups — no thanks to the crappy IT support we received from a college kid who knew one of our employees and somehow managed to get a part time job managing our network. So we searched around and gave Network Remedy a call, panicking. They came out and helped us recover our server and got us back up and running. The best part is the way they handled the situation and walked us through all we needed to know. After that, we were sold… we have been using their services for over a year now and even moved all of our server stuff to their cloud services. Our systems have been working rock solid and we can now really get things done instead of dealing with computer issues all the time. Top notch support, we are very happy and would recommend them to any company needing IT services.

I work for a small company in San Jose and my boss had told me to find someone that could help us out with our IT problem. So I ended up finding Network Remedy on Unilocal so i decided to give them a call. Boy was i surprised, they were able to come to our office the very next day! and break everything down step by step what they could do for our company. So at the end of it all we chose to go with them, Trust me when they were finished everything was perfect !! I still to this day recommend them to other companies we know or run into.
