Way over due review for Dr. Nacianceno. I saw her several years ago and to her credit I will give her 2 stars for detecting my thyroid cancer, but that is all I can give. Everything past that with her was a nightmare. During that pivotal time upon her discovery she intentionally would not obtain the necessary referrals for the thyroid cancer follow up. This led to a screaming match on the phone with her. Her underlying interest was she wasn’t getting compensated because I wasn’t being seen on a regular basis in the office after the initial diagnosis and she had to get all the referrals for me anyway! What? That’s your job. Just what I needed to deal with on top of cancer, surgeries, and radiation. It’s my LIFE we’re talking about and it was her responsibility to have my health care interest as a priority.
