Murray’s Carpet Cleaning

On a Thursday, I called around and finally Sears was able to schedule me for a Sat. I had wanted someone to come that same day as I was working from home so based on Unilocal reviews, I called Shane. He had availability that same day and promptly showed up at the time he promised. Unfortunately, his machine broke in the middle of the cleaning, so he had to come back the next day which he did as promised and on time, and did a great job. My very dirty recliner and sectional looks wonderful and he even vacummed off all the dog hair upon request. I gave him 4 stars only because he couldn’t finish the project on the same day but in terms of customer service, great attitude and a job well done, you will not be disappointed.

I called Shane on the morning of Saturday, August 24, 2013 and asked him if he had any available time on Saturday to clean my Sofa and Love Seat. Shane promptly texted me back and said he could arrive between 1:30 and 2:00 pm on that same day. After I explained the work to be performed (Heavy Pet Stains and other Stains and General Cleaning) he then provided me with a quote, which I was very satisfied with.
As promised, he arrived on time and got right to work. He is a young man, but is very professional and courteous and respectful of his customers property and home.
I was very impressed with the outcome of the couches. Pet Stains came out and the Pet Smell was gone. Couches looked great. Shane spent nearly 2 hours getting them cleaned and looking wonderful. My Fiancé and I were impressed at how much work he put into those couches. He worked his ASS OFF to get them clean. I was very pleased to see that he cleaned up after himself and left no standing water or wet spots on our wood flooring. I wish I could say the same for past upholstery cleaners.
All in all, We were impressed and would definately call Shane back for our Couches and even our automobiles. He said he does carpet cleaning and leather cleaning of autos too. Nice!

~ Oh, another thing that was impressive and appreciated. A little later after Shane had left he sent me a text message Thanking Me for my business. That was a first. Again, other cleaners should take lessons from Shane.

This review is for Shane… Let me start off by saying he is soooo extremely helpful and nice! I absolutely love how you can text for quotes and that he is soo quick to respond! I was not able to get the services done due to my VERY tight budget but if I had the means I would def use his services! The next time I need my carpets done on not such short notice I will be sure to use him! Thank you Shane for all your help! You were great!

With an almost crawling baby on the way I decided to give Murray’s a shot to restore my dingy old carpet. I couldnt be happier. Great service from owner Shane. He brought my carpets back to life. Very professional and prompt. Even came all the way to Santa Cruz for a very reasonable price. Carpets have never looked so nice and new. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Shane.
