Lynn Nails

This nail salon is under new ownership. Previously it was Pha Le Nails, and now it’s Lynn Nails — and very improved! Lynn, the manager, is a wonderful person inside and out and very very good at what she does. My nails always look clean and shiny and she takes good care of me every time I come in. The service is great and talking to her is easy. This is a professionally run business. Looking forward to going back in two weeks!

Lynn has been my nail technician for a little over 2 years now. She does an amazing job and treats you like family. The other ladies at the salon do great work too, so you will always get nice set of nails no matter who does them. The salon is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend coming here to get your nails done.

This place had an amazing costumer service with friendly staffs. I was greeted when I walked in and seated right away. I had Kim she did her magic on mine and my friend’s fingers. She took real care of us and was really careful and took her time to make sure our nails comes out perfect. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Can’t wait to come back!

I have been going to Pha Le Nails for my mani/​pedi since the beginning of the year. Recently, I have contracted a nail fungus on two of my nails on my left hand. I only go to Pha Le Nails, thus this is only place that I can think of where I contracted it. My doctor advise me to write a review to warn other customers. I wish to give this a 0 or negative ratings. Unfortunately, I can’t. I won’t be coming back here. I will also advise customer to be aware of the unsanitary practices at this facility. BE AWARE! STAY AWAY.

I had a terrible pedicure experience at Pha Le Nails about a month ago. I wasn’t going to write a review, but my husband and (more recently) my doctor strongly urged me to share my awful experience.
First, I want to say that the staff is very nice at Pha Le Nails. Having said that…
I left the nail salon with scabbed, bleeding feet, as well as nerve pain that has persisted for 3 WEEKS.
My nail tech went way overboard with the callus remover. She didn’t just rub my heels and side of big toe, she rubbed every inch of my feet — namely the parts that are very tender and NEVER have calluses. Ouch! I had scabs for several weeks on the outer edges of my feet.
My nail tech also over-​trimmed my cuticles, so much so that they stung like crazy when she wiped the nails with remover one last time before applying polish. But the worst was one that wouldn’t stop bleeding, and developed into a scab right under the nail after the fact.
By far the worst aspect of the experience was and is a persisting foot pain that my doctor believes to have been caused by the (very painful) foot massage. I’m kicking myself for not speaking up more at the time, but it was the opposite of a relaxing massage. It HURT during, as well as days after. At first I thought I might just have a bruise, but when the pain worsened over the course of a week and no bruise appeared, I went into Kaiser for an x-​ray to check for broken bones. Luckily, no broken bones, but I’m dealing with some persisting nerve pain that’s still causing me to limp and I haven’t been able to work out in 2 weeks now.
I live very close by and really wanted to find my «new nail spot», but now I’m just afraid of pedicures in general. Please beware.

I came here cause it was the closest nail salon to me. I went to another nail salon near here with better reviews but my nails chipped the day after. I came here on a Monday and there were just a couple people and it’s a smaller salon but I was sat down right away and they offered me a drink. They had a big variety of nail colors and the manager was super nice. She made me an appointment for 3 weeks later and my nails haven’t chipped.
Definitely going back.

Probably one of the best pedicures I have received in a while, and it was only the express number one which they did a full mask scrub and moisturize and massage. I like this place because they time their massages so you did not get shipped. The staff is really friendly and it was very quiet inside

Came in to do pedicure today, great service. They are very friendly. It’s nice and quiet, relaxed atmosphere. They also offered me something to drink, and they covered me with a towel since I am pregnant and I was wearing a dress. The lady doing my Pedi was very friendly she asked me several times if I was ok.

This review is long overdue. I had been to this particular salon about 3 times for pedicures. The first 2 times were great. Third time, not so much. I believe it was the owner who did my nails the last time. She was so unprofessional and honestly not very good at her job. She nipped my toe and it started bleeding and she literally just wiped it off with acetone, which burned like heck. The nail file she used left my toe nails feeling really rough. When it came time to pay she basically harassed me for a tip. It was extremely awkward. I, of course tipped her but not my usual 20 percent. I will not be back.

Just got my nails done today and love the results! Service was great! Would definitely come back again!

I had to change this to one star. I got my nails done here on Saturday, and one already came off yesterday (wednesday) !! Horrible! I used to go to this place all the time. I hadn’t been here in about 8 months so I decided to go back. Ugh it took the girl OVER AN HOUR to take my nails off and put on new tips; that’s before starting the French tips with pink powder. She made 2 of my nails bleed. I ended up changing to shellac so I could get out of there. My nails turned out nice, but I could get the same thing elsewhere in less time. I won’t be coming back here.

I won’t go into detail but they are rude and did a horrible job on my simple pedi. Won’t be returning even though it’s within walking distance.

Today was my third visit to Pha Le. and have decised this is the nail salon for me.
The manicurists and pedicurists are friendly and professional in their approach with each other and the clients. They do exceptional quality work and charge a fair price.
I’ve witnessed them work on children’s nails and they are gentle and guiding.
Their massage chairs during a pedicare are the best I have ever sat in.
Al three visits were walkins.

Made an appointment for 9am on a Saturday — got there at 9 and the place was dark :-/​Went to Starbucks to grab a coffee and pastry, came out and the place was still dark :-/​/​Sat outside and drank the coffee and ate the pastry and FINALLY the lights were on!!! The pedicure was enjoyable, the ladies worked while my friend and I just chatted and enjoyed some time away from the kids and hubs :) Was over an hour in the chair and by the time we left there was a long wait.
The pedi lasted over a month and I only had to take it off because my nails had grown out too much — so was def worth the money (and the pedi was reasonable!!)

I walked in for a quick $ 12 manicure by nail technician named Candy. The manicure itself was fine but I did not like how her tools were not on the table so I could not see where they came from. The nail tech’s were chatting across the room, playing with their cell phones and tablets in the open, and taking prescribed medication pills (that one woman pulled out of her manicure table drawer), sounds relaxing right? I did not know I was hanging out at a Vietnamese house. When it came to polishing I noticed the coat layers were uneven and thought the top coat would make it look better but it didn’t. I asked Candy to touch up my thumb and she tried doing it the lazy way first– removing the polish with a brush on the damaged area instead of removing polish with a cotton ball from the entire nail and starting from scratch. One good thing is that despite the polish not looking the best it did not chip until 5 days later. I would not go out of my way to come here again unless I was in the area and decided on no polish.

This is one of the nail salons I’ve been
to, I was greeted right away and they took me in right away without making an appointment. Yen was great she took her time and gave me one of my best pedicures ever. I really recommend this salon.

Chic nails does not have the best reviews so that’s great they decided to remodel. Curious about the Pha Le Nails. yes trying to be French its so close to Phở to me.
So the remodel is great with purple painting and chandeliers.
Came here and used a spa chair– brought my own nail polish. The selection is not that great so I would recommend bringing in your own color if you are picky.
I liked that they did the hotel towel after the massage and they took their time.
BONUS– you get a frequent card 10 services get 1 for free. Every place should do this as to get people coming back. Oh and random but they gave me a pack of gum too.
Pedi– $ 20 plus tip for $ 25

This is a very nice and clean salon. Pedicure is very good I really enjoy it. It is a pleasant environment and good prices. Don’t forget ur stamp card.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 yrs now for my pedicures. All the girls that work here are very friendly and do a perfect job. The pedi’s can last from 40 – 60 min since they are very thorough. It’s a good time to just sit back and relax in one of their massage chairs and read a magazine. I’m always extremely satisfied when I leave this salon.
I tried the shellac manicure for the first time at this salon a few weeks ago and I was really pleased at how quick and skilled the manicurist Jenny was!
