Business Owner

I built a career in food service out of a desire to share my recipes and talents with others. Making guests feel welcomed and taken care of is truly second nature for me. Entrepreneurism is also in my genes, and growing my business is the realization of a dream that’s been long in the making.

I graduated from Santa Clara University with a business degree and fell immediately into the corporate world. However I quickly realized that being part of the big machine, and answering to a boss who had a boss who had a boss, was truly not my calling.

I shook things up by earning a degree from the Le-​Cordon-​Bleu-​certified California Culinary Academy, and knew right away who I was as a chef. NO to fine dining and white tablecloths. YES to gourmet, tasty, but completely approachable food.

I’ve worked as an in-​home personal chef, managed a gourmet specialty food shop, cooked in a hotel, taught cooking classes and parties, and even emceed a Guinness-​Record-​certified cake-​decorating contest.
