Line-X of San Jose

I just recently purchased a Dodge Ram and called Eric and asked a few questions and he was more than willing to answer all of the questions I had regarding the Linex spray in bed liner.

Eric Hawkins was down to Earth and honest the entire time. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and showed me on my vehicle exactly what he was going to do. Eric promised the truck would be done by a certain time and lo and behold, it was. Eric kept things professional and simple and the result was a painless process and a great product. For reference, my vehicle was a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado CrewCab, short box. The product I purchased was the Line-​X Premium.

Line X was great, I have a body shop and had to adhere to a pretty strict time line. Eric asked me to bring it down monday but I asked if theres anyway to get it done sooner because my customer needs their truck for work. He had me drop it off the next day day at the end of the day so they can knock it out first thing in the morning. I got a call at 11AM and the car was done. fast turn around and great service. There was a bit of residue from overspray on one of the panels but he made sure that was the 1^st thing he showed me. All in all, I’m in the body shop and painting business and I know how hard it is to keep the job 100% clean sometimes when we’re dealing with sprayable materials. His honesty was a breath of fresh air and that was his #1 concern when he first saw me. Many business owners don’t realize how important it is that we’re up front with our customers if something isnt 100% and that I can appreciate.

Just like everyone else has said, Eric is straight forward, the prices are fair (I called around) and the work is top notch. On a side note, the personal touches Eric provides are above and beyond. He took my daughter and I to the mall to catch Guardians of the Galaxy while we waited. Awesome! If you’re getting Line-​X, this is the place to go.

I bought a new truck recently and unlike most of the vehicles that I’ve purchased in my life, this truck needs a fair number of after-​market additions, one of which was a bed liner. I did some research and talked to the folks at O’Reilly’s and decided to call Line-​X. I am really glad that I did as it was a great experience.
I called and left a message explaining what I needed and I got a call back right away from Eric. He explained to me very quickly what the options were for me. He was clear and decisive about the time and the cost and then, thank goodness, he left it to me — no pressure, just information! Great.
I quickly made an appointment for 9AM on Monday. I ended up late (9:25) but Eric still got me in and out in the time that he quoted me originally. I showed up, he explained clearly what was going to take place, took my keys and told me that he’d call me when it was finished. That’s it… super simple. The work was done in the time committed for the price quoted and Eric’s kind and professional demeanor was a breath of fresh air for someone that’s been dealing with car salesmen for the last month!
I’d recommend Line-​X of San Jose to friends and family for sure.

Eric did a great job spraying my Ram 1500 bed with Line X Xtra. He explained everything in detail and his prices are great for the quality of his work. Definitely recommend Eric to anybody who needs a truck bed sprayed with the best bedliner available.
