I met Mason regarding my claim. He has deep and broad knowledge about labor codes, case laws and title 8 regulations. It is very important to make sure that an attorney has such level of understanding.
Besides that, he has the heart to help an injured worker to get the best result from the system.
Every one knows that CA worker’s compensation system has been more and more unfair. God will have a final say for people who despise and treat injured workers so badly and try means to protect «wealthy and powerful» insurance companies.
Israel people once suffered 400 years under the Egyptians’ suppression but God did listen to His people’s crying and prayers and eventually brought His people from the suppression at his designated time.
Under such environment, it is hard to find an attorney like Mason to give concerns to an injury worker. He treats an injured worker with respect and transparency.
He has many clients and handles a lot of cases. I am amazed that he almost always answers my emails in the same day despite I am not his client. Those helps indeed reduce my anxiety. I really can not think that there are any other applicant attorneys except him have such passion and service heart toward a disadvantaged group of people!
My previous attorneys puts their interests on top of my interests and never disclose any communications with the opposing party and even make critical unfavorable decisions without my representation. Mason always puts everything on the table. He encourages his clients to joint the conference with the opposing party. Despite his client has different opinions with him, Mason respects it and tries his best to help.
Mason always tries to give me his honest legal opinions and he is also patiently to present his supporting evidence or arguments.
I witnessed that Mason often has multiple hearings in a single day. It is tremendous pressure for an attorney in a hearing since each hearing will normally result in a judge’s decision and there is no a sure thing that the decision will favor his or her clients. Therefore an attorney must be well prepared for each hearing. But I saw Mason handles those hearings very well.
I am also impressed about the curtsey and efficiency of his staff. His office has at least 5 staff; for the same size of the law firm, most of his peers usually has one staff who does everything. With fully loaded staff, his clients enjoy a full service!
The office is spacious, neat and very organized, being equipped by advanced equipment. In the office, his clients also have the opportunity to enjoy classic music. His staffs are helpful, polite and considerate. I am impressed that my huge files were scanned and saved into the system in very short period of time. All those features make his clients feel being served, respect and helped.
Mason’s father, Mr. Robert Bledsoe is a well-​known, V-​A rated attorney. I believe that Mason is continued his father’s footstep.

Our hearts go out to them. And by invoking that plurality, I include the sentiments of Mason Bledsoe as well, who is the son of the firm’s founder, a full partner, and your Captain’s attorney.
California’s laws surrounding workman’s compensation are Byzantine, and protections afforded workers, have steadily eroded in recent years by successful lobbying on the part of insurers, to generate obstacles and intimidate plaintiffs. These serve not only to mire the rapid and fair settlement of cases, but also the timely application of necessary medical care as well.
The insurers chief tactics include seemingly endless delays, cancellations, obfuscations, and relentless obstructionism.
Mason Bledsoe took my case 5 years ago and we won it after 4 years of struggle. Our experience included all of the above. Despite this victory, the medical care we received was neither timely or complete.
Circumstances also forced us to settle for an amount we could live with. But not what we had hoped. Had we more time, we could have done much better. The decision to settle was your Captain’s alone.
Mason explained to us long ago that workman’s comp is a dying business for attorneys due to the reasons just listed.

Yet, if one uses email, Mason will answer promptly. We can never forget early on in our association, the phone call Mason gave us on a Sunday morning when he was in bed with flu, to dissuade us from settling for the Insurer’s first offer after I had instructed him to do so. Considering the final award was nearly 10 times as much, we can’t begin to express our gratitude.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER!!! This place SUCKS! The staff is a bunch of idiots. God forbid get a phone call back. WOW! The office itself is disgusting. Go in search of people that do their job and want to help.

i don’t understand how this office functions. when you call, there’re no answer 90% of the time and when they do answer, the person you want to talk to never calls back. all they do is send you tons of letters for appointments you have with them 12 months from now and 1 month before the dang appointment you get a cancellation letter and a postponed date for one more year.
the offices are messy, the staff is unprofessional! who would’ve thought that LAWYERS were unprofessional??? i’m completely disappointed and discourage anyone and everyone from using Mason Bledsoe’s services.
